Only go here if you are a regular customer. As they are treated 100% different (as per our server). When ordering asked for a carafe of coffee "oh we no longer do this) we thought okay then. 2 tables over the person has a carafe, we ask the server says says "oh we do this for a regular customers". She did bring a carafe explaining they get in trouble but for regulars we do this all the time. LIKE WHAT THE "****". We ordered crepes could not even cut through them & the hashbrowns were cold. The server as we were trying to eat tried to apologize a couple of times. We said we are trying to eat and she kept on even when I asked her to leave us. We are trying to eat Even though she took off my wife's meal still No Excuse for treating customers different and having bad food.

Been to this location a few times. They have good service even when it gets busy on the weekends. The pancakes are always fluffy and delicious. The crepes are yummy too! The milkshakes are great. The price points are fair but the mimosas are over priced for such a small glass.

Very busy during the weekend, had to wait to be seated for at least 10mins. and the food came in less than 10mins. as well, good food portions and prices are very reasonable. Kids friendly, parking could be hard to find during the weekend.

Our first visit to Surrey IHOP. After fasting blood test you need a cup of coffee and if you have something along with coffee to eat the best is toast with eggs for me 😊. I love the Omelette with toast with a nice hot cup of coffee. Pancakes not to miss here. Original buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup is just delicious. We love the service and the ambiance of this ihop. Would recommend this IHOP.

the breakfasts are tasty. Bacon cooked to perfection. Hash is amazing. Pancakes excellent. The cinnamon bun pancakes let it down with too much cream cheese. Overall what I had was good

Even though it was a busy weekend, the staff was well organized and the food was served in time. Definitely will recommend this restaurant.

Brunch time on a Saturday can get super busy. Luckily, we got right in (10 min wait). Restaurant is clean. The service was personable and efficient. The food came hot and quick. The French Toast was on the dry side, but the pancakes made up for it. Leaps and bounds better than Dennys, but definitely not gourmet. Perfect spot for a filling bite. Parking can be difficult during busy times.

Great place on Scott Road. Food was really tasty, good portion. served hot along with the coffee as well. Staff are friendly n welcoming

I recently visited this location as I was craving their cream cheese filled strawberry crepe. Unfortunately they had removed it off the menu and I was devastated as I drove 45 minutes for my cravings. Luckily we had such an awesome server (I think by the name of Sabrina). She went above and beyond for me and made it happen with the kitchen. She’s was very kind and pleasant with great customer service. Thank you Sabrina for making my day. Good servers and customer service is hard to come across these days. You’re a great asset to IHOP.

IHOP, the place where you can get unlimited fluffy pancakes and satisfy your gut to your content. This review is a bit later than I had originally intended, but better late than never. I had the egg fajita, side of hashbrowns, coffee and of course pancakes. Hashbrowns were decently crispy and tasted good. Egg fajita had a pleasant taste although I wish it was hotter. But flavour was on point. Coffee was decent for the price. Pancakes were light and fluffy and satisfying for what you get. Load up some butter and syrup and you’re good to go. The customer service was welcoming. I would recommend this place for breakfast.

Had a small wait (15 or so minutes), but it's a Saturday, so it was to be expected. They had a nice text system set up to alert you when your table was ready so they didn't have to go searching for everyone! Staff was nice and the food was hot and came relatively quickly. The restaurant was very clean and the staff were attentive and friendly! I've never had an issue coming to this IHOP and it's always been a great place for friends and families to go to!

I tried coming here on the weekend and it was always very busy, but I had a chance to go during the week and was seated right away. The service was good, the waitress was personable and friendly. The food wasn't fine dining, but it was what I expected, pretty much the same as the other chained breakfast places. Like everywhere else, the portions seem to have gotten smaller, but the prices are reasonable.

Staff was friendly and got what we want. Though would be nice if can substitute bread and pancake for sausages.

Service great, even though the place was packed up with customers but we still didn't have to wait much. Food was really amazing but not much options for vegetarians. Drinks are really good though.

Kitchen staff at night can never seem to follow directions or provide adequate food. Everything in the morning is great but night staff frequently messes up my orders or serves me unacceptable food. The garlic toast with the hand print in it was gross and tonight then undercooked my French toast (not even cooked normally) and my bacon that I specifically requested to be burnt is soft. Recommend during breakfast or lunch hours but not for dinner.

I wish their pancakes had real fruit toppings. But this was good too. Nice service

I generally love IHOP. I also generally love cheesecake. I ordered the cheesecake pancakes and it was regrettable. The cheesecake bits tasted like it was from a powder and not well blended. But otherwise great. Just don't expect actaual cheesecake in the pancakes. Go for strawberries or something else.

My husband and I love coming here to eat. We come to ihop maybe three times in a month. The service is always amazing and friendly. The food here is always delicious and tasty. I love my pancakes and Chicken fajita Omelette. I would definitely recommend this place for the family. 10 out of 10.

Twice now that I’ve had amazing service from Charmain here! She is so friendly and has such a fun demeanour. She’s also quick and knowledgeable. Both times I came in (it was a coincidence to have had her serve us twice) I could tell she was super busy but even with her running around like crazy, the quality of the service was great and that’s so impressive! The food was great both times too, of course. I loved the pumpkin spice pancakes for fall!!

Was a great experience, didn't have to wait about 5 minutes to be seated and from a very kind gentleman..was greeted by our server almost right away and she was beyond kind and helpful, was there whenever she was needed and checked up on us. Politely handed us over to another server as she was going on her break (however the next server wasn't the most pleasent) food was amazing .. and we were thanked on our way out. Really enjoyed our breakfast that morning :)

Our experience at this IHOP location it was great. Our service at Ashton, was polite friendly and a great waitress. The food when it came to our table was hot and tasty the three of us sorted from their omelette menu three different choices each were enjoyable. I also had the opportunity to speak to the manager when I paid for the bill, she was very friendly a a person who knows about running a restaurant. Overall it was a very nice experience! We once again dined at this location of IHOP. Today the Manager introduced us to Mr K the owner. We complimented him in our positive experiences at his restaurant.

I've been a regular at this location for at least 5 years now. Staff are very friendly. But what prompted this review is my over the phone order today: peaches & cream crepes (which is no longer on the menu but is a fave of mine). Carter was fantastic and rang me through without a hitch! Easily the smoothest over the phone order I've done :) I hope they extend hours soon.

Always a pleasure to go here with our kids. They love the pancakes! They even accommodate our girls breakfast to make it cheaper without asking which we appreciate. Service is always great and quick. Coffee always fresh. We always get seated right away.

Went there on Tuesday morning it was very quite so service was very quick. Food was delicious. Love the flavor coffee ☕ here.

Who doesn’t love ihop? This location is always busy but the server we had that day was so sweet. I think her name was Charmaine. I came here on Halloween morning with my two girlfriends to have breakfast and they were so busy but she still gave us exceptional service. We had a really lovely experience 😊

Excellent service, lots to choose from, and they even have gluten free waffles and pancakes...waffles are delicious!!! Oh their coffee is excellent!! Check it out...you won't be disappointed!

The only good thing was the waitress she's was amazing but that's it. My eggs benediction hollandaise sauce tasted strongly of beef gravy which destroyed the whole plate as it was drowned in it. My hashbrowns were cold and plain and tasted of sausage. Blahhh

Food was great! Pancakes always come out delicious! Sausages are cooked thoroughly. Bacon is crispy. French toast was flawless.

It’s a breakfast place 🤷‍♂️ decent coffee, reasonable prices, and acceptable food.. for the most part. Always busy, always a wait. Service can be slow but servers are nice. My biggest issue is the under seasoned omelette. It’s happened a few times. Neither omelette or breakfast potatoes were properly seasoned. The pancakes were light and fluffy as always. Waffles enjoyable. Good crepes. But the omelette, the main part of the meal, could be better.

We really enjoyed our time here. Our server (older white male could not get his name) was phenomenal. He seriously made our whole meal great! Food was delicious as always. Try their omelettes!!! Thanks again.
