Great pancakes, bacon and eggs! The eggs are always done nicely. The chicken strips are fantastic here, highly recommended as they are light and crispy!! Been going to this location for years and have always had great customer service, good food and hot coffee! Nice its in the little mall as well if you need to do a bit of shopping. One of our favorite breakfast and family places to eat at!!

Wife had a burger, I had the Philly cheesesteak. We were both very happy with the food, was excellent! Staff were very friendly.

Staff was very friendly and there was always someone coming a round to top up our coffee. Everything tasted pretty good though my burger was kind of small and the bun was stale. Ever had a dry piece of bread and then try to toast it? My bun was crumbing into pieces as I was biting into it. Overall it was a pretty good experience. I would come back in the future

Lovely meal. Environment and staff are all friendly and helpful. Prices were reasonable for portion size and the food was good. I asked if I could order just the salad from their seasonal specialty meal and i expected them to say no but they were very accommodating. I also had the french onion soup and it was reall good for the price and size. Will go again sometime!

This Ricky's is much better than the Ricky's at Surrey central. This place was clean the servers were prompt and the food was delicious.

We had the turkey dinner with all the fixin's! It was superb! And the service was also top notch. The manager is a wonderful man as well. We will be back!

Ordered the Beer Battered Fish and Chips, the Supreme Caesar Salad, and Mashed Potatoes side order. The Fish n Chips were good, it came in near perfect temperature for a delivery order. The fries that came with it was so so, they were very dark as if fried in oil that needed a change? The Supreme Caesar salad was good, it came with a decent amount of everything. However it was absolutely drenched in dressing, I wish they would give us the dressing on the side so we can add it in our selves. The Mashed Potatoes were alright, I feel for the price it was an okay amount. Gravy that came on the side was tasty and I added it to the fries to make it more enjoyable.

Service was good. Didn't feel a welcome experience though. We arrived at happy hour and found a couple of items on the menu that worked for us. The food was quite quickly served. It was hot and tasty. Not a rave review, it was sufficient. Would not go out of my way, but would return if in area.

I asked for extra icing on the cinnamon pancakes and this is how it came out(ignore the piece I ate) there was barley any icing on the pancake and I didn’t taste the icing

Great food, casual, chill atmosphere and can take the kids without hesitation. The staff are super friendly and attentive, managers are super high customer service providers. Been there many times and will go back for our favs for many more visits for sure ! Lots of parking as in the outskirts of the mall and bonus is to grab a few Krispy Kreme donuts opposite the Ricky's in way home !

Had a great breakfast as always this morning! Coffee was perfect and always full. Had the Chaffles. Very good! Highly. Recommend. Server was great and attentive, didn't catch her name but my partner and I were really Pleased with the service. One of my fav places for breakfast, will definitely be back again

Went for turkey dinner october 9,2022. We were served pumpkin pie with whip cream for dessert. The pie was frozen still and a piece of my tooth broke. My friend asked for the manager. She quietly told him what happened. The guy asked where is the pie the server had taken it away. He said I need to see the pie and started arguing, my friend to him to leave. I have never witnessed such behaviour. No concern for the tooth. No sorry no nothing. I’ll never eat there again and I will tell everyone of my experience with this Ricky’s. Very poor attitude towards customers.

Wonderful Service, food and drinks fresh and excellent, very clean, sanitizing visible at all times. Was so impressed, we went twice within 3 days, once for lunch and then dinner. Compliments to the Chef ! 🌹

We arrived there a little after 8 am. This means that the day crew were just getting warmed up and situated. I received the pierogies which look quite tasty. Unfortunately was wrong order. Honest mistake. The stuff hash browns and Barbarian sausage were good and tasty.

I absolutely love this restaurant for a quick bite to eat. Have been coming here for 10+ years and I am never disappointed. Lots of value for their prices and the food is always delicious. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Cozy seating area with some private tables vs. Some tables along the window. Weekly drink specials and a menu for seniors and children. Located in the mall so you can browse around after you’ve finished having a nice meal :) Will continue to come to this restaurant!!

Good food. Family friendly ambiance. All at affordable prices. Also, wasn't too crowded considering pandemic times.

Haven't been here in years used to come with my gramps he loved this restaurant. Came in here recently and it was an odd experience. Food is still good!

I will never eat here again. Pressured to give up my menus less than two minutes after sitting down. Didn't even have a chance to read them yet. Get organized, or, order more menus. No wonder the place was empty.

It was tasty but not 5 stars as the steak sandwich was a little skimpy on the veggies. We did ask them to cut in half so they nicely put it in 2 different plates, with extra sauce. I am not sure if they charged us extra as my daughter paid for it.
