So good and reasonably priced. You know it’s legit when the staff are yelling at each other in Vietnamese in the back lol. I used to work by the factory shop and went in there often. I got a new job in Langley and I’m very glad this location exists! Would recommend.

Came here 2 days in a row, the sandwiches are just perfect, the bread is a combination of soft, lite and crunchy, the ingredients are so fresh you can smell it before you even bite into the sandwich!!

What a gem! Banh mi's are great! Prob the best cold cut I've had in a while. Portion is very fair. Bread is soft but crunchy. The veggies crisp and fresh. What more could you ask?! And the iced coffee defo hits the spot!

Made just the way I asked, too many banh mi places say sure then make it the way they always make it and not follow simple instructions. I'm very happy to have found this place to satiate my hunger for banh mis They also have halal lemongrass chicken option for muslim/Jewish patrons. Spicy with a TON of flavour. Will be coming back quite often. Easy 5 stars. Shout out to Natalie for being such a kind and welcoming host. Edit: onions, Serrano, and cucumbers on the plate/sandwich were added by me, they do come with them but I like excessive amounts LOL, if I'm NOT sweating from eating a banh mi, it is not a banh mi

Tried this place for the first time and it has to be one of the BEST Banh Mi shops I've tried. Ordered one Lemongrass Chicken Combo (veg spring roll) and a Lemongrass Pork Combo (pork spring roll) for the wife. The baguettes were nicely toasted, all ingredients fresh, and the sauces they use are so savoury. WILL be ordering again. This is truly a Banh Mi Factory! As I waited I observed the 3 staff just hammer out sandwiches: several delivery drivers arrived to collect what must've been 6-8 sandwiches each. I was amazed as my order didn't take too long either.

This place knows how to make a Bahn Mi! The ingredients are fresh and the sauces are really good. Salad Rolls are also really good and the Coffee is nice and strong. Love having this place nearby more in a residential area. I also like you can order online and the pickup is super easy.

Delicious and fully loaded banhmi! It’s so good and addicting, highly recommend. My family loves the deluxe classic where it’s just a loaded version of the beloved classic banhmi. It’s the only thing that can satisfy us now

Great price, amazing staff. So far I’ve tried their lemongrass chicken, satay beef and lemongrass vegetarian 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼. Fresh ingredients, full of flavour. I’ll definitely be back in no time! A Hidden gem. Clean and cute interior with modernized menu and point system. This is a gold mine dor bahn mi lovers in the city. Toasty and crunchy bread with savoury and delicious sandwiches. The vietnamese coffee (iced) hit me nice and hard with a good amount of caffeine and flavour. Will come back for more.

I like the place and their sandwiches, but the boy who is preparing the sandwich does not have a mask on. And he speaks during making the food with the cashier girl...I am a bit uncomfortable seeing that but my wife told me to stop getting anything from there anymore.... I totally understand it's hard to wear a mask, but there is this food-service plastic mask you can wear, that's still easy for you to breath, much professional and clean, take a look at the attached photo~ hope to see that happen next time when I visit (alone without my wife lol). Just found a new regular place. Ordered on doordash and everything was super delicious. Nice crunchy veggies on perfectly crusty bread and nicely seasoned meats. My wife had the deluxe classic and me the lemongrass chicken and I can't wait to try the honey garlic and the beef sate. Best bahn mi sandwich I've ever had.

Hands down the best banh mi's in Surrey. I've tried everything on their menu and continue to be impressed with the quality and taste. The subs, spring rolls, nem fries, and viet coffee are all superb. Would highly recommend.

Last Friday four of us enjoyed Banh mi sandwiches from here and will definitely go back for more. I tried the sate beef and was very happy with it. Excellent flavour!

These sandwiches are great. The sandwiches are JAM PACKED with toppings, and the baguette is quite large. Each bite is delightful. While I still prefer Ba-Le Deli (vancouver locations), this hidden gem is probably on the same level and maybe even better to most. Definitely give this a try if you're an enjoyer of all things banh mi. 9.5/10

Great spot, kind of in a random spot and it's a small location but the lemon grass chicken Bahn mi was fantastic! Fast and friendly service. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good Vietnamese sub.

These are one of the best banh mi I've had. Cold Cut Deluxe is so yummy! They're my go to place now.

Good price, delicious, fresh, and healthy. I'm really happy with everything. I ordered a vietnamese xiu Mai and the flavors worked perfectly together. I could taste each ingredient rather than it being just a slather of sauce. I didn't think I'd like the parsley in it but it gave it a really refreshing kick too.

Never had avocado on a Banh mi before and it was a welcome addition. Tofu sub was delicious and good portion of tofu. Would have been 5 stars but the bread was a little dry - either over-toasted or day-old bread. Would have again!

Great prices. Had the #1 lemongrass chicken banh mi combo (spring roll and drink). Everything was delicious. Also got a bottled Vietnamese coffee which was delicious.Prompt service, reasonable wait time, and the place was full of actual Vietnamese customers, so you know it's legit!
