Great experience! Food and service both were good.

Update Mar2021: After quite sometime I accompanied friends for a weekday lunch. It wasn’t too busy at 12:45pm surprisingly. We all ordered the Legendary Burger (lettuce, tomato, onion and bottomless fries)- $15.99. Pro tip: order 000 sauce on the side to dip fries. Service was good, after the initial check that everything was ok, she didn’t come back after to see if we wanted more fries so I’m guessing they didn’t really encourage it. Burger was good, still what you expect. The 000 sauce giving it that distinct White Spot flavour. Prices as you can imagine have gone up with most burgers in the $18-$21 range. Nice interior and very good service during a late lunch on a snowy, cold Monday. Menu selection has gotten more upscale with the usual favourite standbys. Endless fries and free coffee refills still offered at this location. Fish and Chips(2pce.cod)-$15.99 and Chicken Potpie(from dinner menu)-$14.99 was delicious. New item Beef and Mushroom Bowl-$16.99 (aka beef potpie) was good.

The dining experience is great even during COVID-19. They are very clean, the staff is friendly and the food is great and prices are awesome!! We go there very often and the service is always great!

Went in after craving the halibut fish burger And onion rings which is my all time regular order but but sadly enough neither were available. I had taken my bf right after surgery A he was craving the onion rings with fish as well. The food pictured below was ok. The avocado on my burger was way to hard to eat..it could have used 3-4 days of ripening still. My cesar salad also was a huge mess of salad dressing And crouton crumbs under a couple big pieces if lettuce and croutons.. after being released from the hospital this is not the experience an outpatient wants to have. Not sure if this is going to be our choice of restaurant any longer!

I very much enjoyed my dinner at this location; it's the right spot for someone who is looking for a very homely, family friendly experience that doesn't necessarily break the bank. It definitely gets busy with families and young kids, but the value you get from a White Spot meal really can't be beaten.

Did the drive-in style eatery. Simply park in the designated stall and click your cars hazard lights. A waitress came out pretty quickly and took our order. The food came pretty fast on the old fashioned tray that hangs off the windows inside the car. You can’t go wrong getting any White Spot hamburger with Triple O sauce! The burgers aren’t as cheap as they once were, but the fantastic flavour is still there!!

first time to have dinner at this restaurant. The 9oz steak tasted so delicious with mashed potatoes and calm chowder soup taste good too.

We frequent this white spot. It's not always the greatest but it's close to home. Today I went with my 2 kids and mom..we got our drinks ( was never once asked for refills) got our food and stuff was missing or wrong. We decided it's fine. The kids are getting antsy let's get the bill. Our bill was $48.38. My mom gave the waitress a 100$ bill and got a straight 50$ back. We had every intention to tip about 10$. She didn't ask if we wanted the small change. She didn't say a word. Just handed back a 50 and walked away. This is theft. I spoke to the manager when we were leaving to let him know, and he really didn't seem to think anything was the issue. ( again we tip.. EVERY TIME MORE then we " should") he told me he would get me the change, I said no. It's fine. The bottom line is . If she's taking 2$ from me and another couple and so on.. that's her making lot of lonely from patrons. The way that this manager handled it was not professional at all.

Always happy with service here and my kid really enjoys the food. Portion size is very good too.

The ambiance is superb, I highly recommend this restaurant, the food was amazing and the service was fantastic! Specially my server sadia1618 was such a professional and friendly that she helped me to chose delicious food. I would love to visit this place again and again thanks ☺️

Great white spot. Very large with a large parking lot. They might be a bit short staffed as every other restaurant however, the servers are very friendly and efficient. We got our food hot and the wait wasn’t too long. The portions seem slightly smaller than Vancouver and Richmond but not a big deal. The breakfast menu has some good deals! The dinner menu has gone up it seems ~$20/entree.

Maia was an attentive and thoughtful server. She even brought our shared meal on separate plates without us asking. Food was good. Place was clean. Prices were reasonable.

Unfortunately the service was slow. We went around 7:30-8pm probably got to our table closer to 7:50pm on a Sunday. The restaurant side seemed quiet. We were sat against the wall at a table for two and literally it was a table for two. Barely enough room for drinks and plates. When we sat down we gave our drink orders but waited about 15 minutes for two milkshakes and a water. Once the milkshakes only where dropped off we gave our food order. As our appetizer was arriving our waitress came over and mentioned she was going on break (another 10 minutes roughly after our milkshakes showed up) I turned to her and asked if I could still get the water prior to her going on break. She did bring the water. We then had roughly two other waitresses in the half hour span of getting our food and checking in on us and another 15 minute wait to get our bill and a machine to pay. Super disappointed to see the service level in staff is so different on different days and nights as I’ve been in at lunch and it’s been a completely different experience.

Food was ok. We were a party of five and the outdoor section we were sat at was empty so it was quiet. The server was polite and informative but she messed up my friends order and one of our party had to go to another waitress to collect our cutlery. We had asked our server for the cutlery but she forgot it and we then had to adjust someone else.

I came to this location and had the best service of my life. My servers name was Tia and she was attentive, kind, efficient, and a joy. Hot water and lemon was to die for! Teya made us feel welcome and taken care of thank you queen

One of our group had allergies and was very through in the requests of deleted items. The burger came wrong, but they were on top of getting it fixed. The manager offered extra sides while we waited and allowed us to take the wrong one home to avoid food wastage. We offered to pay for it, yet in the end, they said no while also comping the entire burger meal. Might not be a big deal to some, but it really made an impression on us. Thank you, and we will be coming back again.

I loved their Nat's Caesar drink and Zoo sticks. Rebecca, who served us, was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our meal enjoyable." 😊 Over all, we ordered Zoo sticks, sea food fettuccine, Caesar’s and Teriyaki Chicken Donburi Bowl for our lunch.

It seems everyone came here Saturday with the power outage going on! Good food, decent service even though it was crazy busy. Very good fish and chips and the coleslaw is always the best. Two thumbs up 👍

I ordered the New York Steak today with veggies and mashed potatoes via door dash. It was so so delicious. I can’t wait to have it again. The vegetable were perfectly done. Highly recommend this dish.

Friendly staff. For management- employees are required to check in too often. We made it clear we were just in for coffee, did not need to be asked so much. Not complaining, but just sharing, some folks might have been annoyed.

My seafood fettuccine is so-so, and my husband's fish and chips are tasteless, not crispy, fries tasted bad. I asked for a cup of hot water, the server gave me a pot with added lemon, which is fine to me. However when we paid the bill, they charged me $0.99 on added lemon & honey. I asked the server why I haven't been notified of the extra charge beforehand. She said their manager asked them to add this charge for all hot water with lemon automatically added into it. I was angry that the server didn't ask me if I want to have lemon (there's no honey added) added, but instead, added for me and forced me to pay for it. If I knew I would definitely choose iced water instead. But I don't dare to giving the server a hard time cause it's not her fault. I just paid and left. We will black list this restaurant forever, not because of the less than $1 charge, but if they don't disclose anything about it, and if any clients have allergy with lemon or honey, they are screwed. It's all about their services and hidden fees, and not cared about clients.

It is a place I chose to go when I’m in the area. Both the food and the service is amazing. Specially the service by the veterans who has been there long. Every now and then though I find some servers and hosts being un professional and rude and very disrespectful to guests. Those people need to be reminded daily about the legacy of the restaurant. The manager has a big responsibility in doing so . Those few immature employees need an orientation on how to do better in restaurant business.

Amazing food and amazing service! We hadn’t returned to this location in ten years but what a wonderful experience. The fish n chips we ordered were beyond expectations…fresh, hot and actually crispy! Fish n Chips…Better than England! So DELISH! Plus our server was so kind and courteous which sealed the experience to be top notch!

Service was the best part. The food was good although prices were not good. I was treating a friend for his birthday, and he was disappointed in the fries he got with his burger. We got lots of coffee, which was good. My food got cold quickly because it was a bit too cold in the building.

We did a take out order On Sunday Sept 18, it was a large order got it home and we were missing an entire meal I had to touch all the burgers to look and see who's was who's. Burgers were made wrong also we given no straws for the drinks, called and complained had to go back and get the missing meal witch resulted is missing the entire dinner with the family witch was a memorial dinner for a family member passing, it was the worst service ever a lady working in the kitchen had zero idea what she was doing the manager asked her where the meal was and she said "I don't know somewhere over there maybe" I was shocked. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

The best white spot I have been too. I called in to make reservations has I barely take my girls to a restaurant I usually order in as it gets hard for them as they are under 5. But Bill the manager is awesome and so considerate he gave us a huge booth and had all the kids Coloring books ready and Sheryl our waitress was so sweet and really nice with the girls and was so patience and fun. Rebecca was very nice and helpful too. I was so pleased with the service and food. Thanks for making white spot a fun place for kids and amazing food for adults. I would highly recommend this location then other locations!

My whole order was burnt and not edible. Look at those zoo sticks, charred taste so I threw them out. The burger was burnt too as you can see in the picture. The most shocking part is how a restaurant would allow an order to go out like this. What a waste of time and money, ended up ordering pizza.

Service was great, and the place is very clean. Nice experience!

Found out they have the best poutine! And I can always go for a good ol bc chicken burger!! Mm mmm 😄👌🏼

I had lunch here with my son. It was lovely. The food was good. The wait staff was friendly and efficient without being bothersome. I will go here again. The prices are getting a bit high though.

Excellent place for Family dining...

I guess I liked it more because the place was very empty. Very strange on a Saturday dinner hour. Good service and good food. Fries with my 2 pc halibut were fresh and as they should be. Halibut was perfect.

Delicious food, we tried 3 different dishes they were absolutely delicious, burgers bowls with a nice drink. Pocket friendly I would not say it's not very expensive and not very pocket friendly. Ambience is great and service is really good as well. Definitely worth a visit.
