The international Save on foods is amazing. Finally we get British food for good value. It's great to see foods from all sorts of nations. If you want to eat fresh there is wide variety of options: buffet style bar, chicken wing bar, fresh sushi rolls, sandwiches. The pharmacy at this location is very good I've been going here for over 15 years. The store is well kept and employees are polite.

The staff is neither friendly nor helpful at all. I got harassed twice by the staff. I'll never go there again.

This store is amazing. Though expensive than Walmart or the likes. But you get good variety here. Associates here are great. They are helpful and very polite. A rare quality these helps repeat customers. Can use a little bit more light in the men's room.

Usually my favourite store to shop as good variety of products, relatively clean and always can find parking. However, almost every other shop there is a mistake on my bill. Wrong price (often expired sale but tag still up) or charged twice for one item - apparently till can be “touchy.”??? ALWAYS check your receipt! Goes for any store, I guess.

Bought cake for my birthday almost closing 845pm, tlThe bakery is closed but when I approach one of the staff. He immediately asked for the manager on duty. Since it is food, we got our cake in display cabinet, not pre packed (recommended when closed). The manager greeted me, asked which cake I want to. She packed the cake using hand gloves, which is best practice. Great service.

Disappointed with their online food delivery - produce that was delivered wasn’t the best. Had some weird substitutions, and was given salad kits that expire two days later, given a smaller size pint of raspberries when paid for a larger one, and missing a pack of juice boxes entirely.

This store has the best service. The deli is bar none, the front end checkout team are friendly, and interested. The people in the aisles are even quick to help look for something for you. The non dairy milk is hard to locate but everything else is perfect. Michelle and Jenn in the deli are defs the best.

Pharmacist Alistair is amazing! I mistakenly went to the other Save-ons on 152nd for my shots. I was late but on the phone he was super welcoming and once I got there he got me in right away. Even though they were super busy he still made sure everyone was helped, with a positive energy and converse with you :)

I think Save-on-Foods is a really good store because they have a really big selection of items. Also, their service are off the charts. The other thing that I like is their 🍣. The only downside is that in self checkout, you can't scan your More Rewards card. But other than that, it's a really good store.

Really subpar customer service by young, Indo-Can cashier Munpreet P. today. Snipped at me: "Wait! I'm not done with him, yet!" (Referring to clueless customer ahead of me, whom she was completely finished checking out!) Then tells me I can leave! Spoke to male supervisor about her and she came over to eavesdrop on our conversation! Claimed I was being racist! Isn't that the justification for EVERYTHING nowadays?! Millenials really do not value their jobs, nor genuine customer service anymore. I reminded her who pays her salary - the customer!

Did 6 tandem shopping carts for Christmas hampers from Surrey Central Lions. Well organized and great help with checkout.

Please pay attention to the product expiry date before you put them in your cart, I have bad experience when I shopped there today.

Prices are generally higher than the No Frill across the street, but with more varieties and good qualify products. Staff are usually very helpful. Store is well-lit, so shopping experience is good. International foods, including fresh groceries and hot foods are quite impressive.

Our school Mountainview did a nutritional tour at this Save-On-Foods. Adam the store manager was friendly and there to greet us and Kristin the registered dietitian gave a great informative tour. The place was super clean and included their international aisles which made it stand out from the rest. I will try to swing by more often and catch some specials and deals!

Best save on compared to others however they could provide more vegan options. Their bakery section has no vegan options. Also the fact they have zazubean chocolates but didnt pick the beast flavors is disappointing. They should stock up on pomegranate hazelnut zazubean chocolates. Overall pretty expensive place to shop. Can't get complete grocery shopping done without going other places.

I ordered cake for my son's birthday fifteen days before his birthday and I reminded them 2 days before his birthday... but when I went there for pickup they said sorry we didn't made any cake because our bakery head is absent today and we didn't checked our notebook.... they ruined my baby's birthday

Definitely one of the best Save On stores in Surrey. Wide selection and clean layout. The wine selection is an added bonus. They have tastings and specials on wine as well.

Experienced a very poor customer service at baker counter today. We were waiting in front of staff and they were busy in gossiping…we called them for help. I asked her if the cake slice is fresh and she replied “they are always fresh” …however the cake was stale.. the staff is unhelpful and gives you false information.

Went to get flowers needed them wrapped the two girls wrapping them were too busy gossiping and the wrapping I got was absolutely pathetic this was today at fraser hwy and 152 I don't think I'll be buying them from there anymore
