This visit was very pleasant. Visited upon opening on the weekend the unlimited sourdough bread was obviously left over from the night before (overly hard and crumbly crust but that's what happens when you are the first round of diners here). Otherwise all the food was great. The salad was actually fresh (no wilted or brown bits) and the service was friendly and efficient enough. For $21.95 for chicken, pasta, bread, coffee/tea and ice cream ... one can't really complain. The chicken was cooked perfectly as well as the pasta. Always a great go to with kids in tow.

I always really enjoy my suppers here been coming here since I moved to Vancouver 5 years ago and it's always really nice. Great fast service. Fun atmosphere I really enjoy sitting in the train car as well. I like that all the meals come with a starter and a dessert and honestly I've loved most things I've tried oh and obviously the sourdough is really good ♡ normally I highly recommend any of the chicken and pasta dishes like the huntsman or the Neptune but on this last visit I wanted to try something new. So I have the pesto with prawns and it was really tasty ♡ their French onion soup is always really good but if you get a salad I like that they put the sauce on the side ♡ my partner got the chefs favorite and clam chowder but he said my meal was tastier XD so tldr: the chicken and pasta dishes are the best, get the French onion soup to start, or try the pesto pasta with prawns ♡

Fair price, good portions, and a fun atmosphere to eat your food in. The Old Spaghetti Factory at this location is big and busy with waitlists already starting from 5 pm. Their entrees come with bread with garlic butter, soup or salad, and spumoni or vanilla ice cream. You can add a few more dollars to upgrade your salad or soup. I got the clam chowder which was very creamy and full of clams and the manager’s special which included two sauces - spicy meat sauce and brown butter with cheese. Both delicious and on top of the pasta. Other people at the table got the penne with chicken and that was alright. I really loved the garlic butter that came with the bread, but the bread itself was hard and overly crumbly. The ice cream was nice to end a meal and for around $25 per person, it is definitely a more affordable option. Atmosphere was great and had an old timey feel. Lots of seating and a rail car to sit in.

Lunch special at spaghetti factory. Love it and all included meal. I use my bonus card. Definitely, I will go back again. Server is nice and I like the decoration. Something special and different from other Restaurants. The only setback is they don't have free parking available. If you take public transit, it won't have any issues.

Such a beautiful place with the colorful lamps & decor! The food was good, some a little salty. Love the concept of ice cream & coffee after meal!

Very reasonably priced “complete” meals that include a starter (salad or soup), bread, choice of main, and ending with ice cream (vanilla or spumoni). Incredible service. Great for families with young kids. Ask to sit in the tram!

What a pleasant experience last Wednesday Sep 6, 2023 !!! The place is beautiful with great ambience . The menu is fantastic and the service offered by Sydney was courteous and very professional. All three dishes : pasta al pesto, pasta with seafood and lasagna were exquisite and well presented . The house blended wine is delicious . It is a place to go back again and soon!!!

I had a wonderful experience at The Old Spaghetti Factory. The service was excellent, and the staff was attentive and friendly. We ordered soup, chicken Parmesan, and baroque, and all the dishes were delicious. It was a delightful culinary journey. What made it even better was the complimentary extras like ice cream, coffee, bread and special butter. Their generosity and great service made for a memorable dining experience.

The best Italian place that I have tried so far. Loved the food and their “all-included” menu. I cannot eat certain kind of cheese and our host was very equipped at answering my questions related to it & accommodating our requests. I would definitely visit their branch in Toronto.

Staple choice for pastas and an affordable yet impressive full course meal. Tortellini pomodoro is a favorite and you can upgrade your soup to a French onion soup for a couple of dollars.

I ABSOLUTELY AM CRAZY ABOUT THE SOURDOUGH BREAD. I just love it! Had salt & pepper wings & ceaser salad, they were great! It is really busy when I came though, so we had to wait a while. The food took a while too, but it was totally worth it!

I was visiting from Toronto and my friends specifically took me to this place. I absolutely loved the place. The place had such a good vibe and the food tasted amazing. Jade suggested us to try special spaghetti and it was nothing like the ones I have had before. Thank you Jade for your excellent service!

We visited recently for our wedding anniversary. The hostess was very accommodating when we need to change our reservation last minute. Food and service were excellent. Only thing that was a bit disappointing was the large group of young men we were seated near being quite boisterous; kind of puts a damper on the romantic mood.

Very nice restaurant with good food. We didn't have reservations and waited 30 minutes for a table this was during the dinner rush around 7. Entrees come with a side, icecream, coffee and sourdough bread with garlic butter. The interior design is very beautiful, I especially loved the rug and decor throughout the restaurant.

It's been almost 25 years since my last visit. The food at this location was good as before when I returned this Monday. The lunch special was delicious and only $13.00 something. Amazing 🤩

The ambience is absolutely amazing. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful. The place is cozy and the service is 10 out of 10. The food tastes amazing and very appealing. Also, they provide bread, soup, salad and sweet dish with all the main course you order which is extra filling. The drinks were so gorgeous and tasted 🤌🏻🤌🏻. A must visit place for everyone around the place.

The place is family friendly and their pasta does taste great however the rest in their menu are just not very worth it for the price. Their baby back ribs is "uh uh" for me. The costco ones taste better to be honest. Their kids menu though has many options and the kids did love it.

Didn’t expect this restaurant located right near the new west skytrain station to be so cozy and antique. Felt like I had travelled back in time to one of those 1950s diners. Very aesthetic interiors and furniture. Now speaking about the food, I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo and my friend the chicken parmigiana with Marinara and spaghetti. I felt like my spaghetti lacked a little bit of flavour but then after ordering some chilli flakes and pepper on the side it was fine, my friends food was just amazing. We then had their green pistachio ice cream for dessert. Over all great place, great service and the food was also good. 10/10 would recommend!

Had a good experience. Food was more than good. Wouldn’t have the meatball spaghetti again but the penne chicken pasta was absolutely amazing. Even the salad and soup were too good. Must try the house salad with the thousand island dressing. Also had the cheesecake with the strawberry sauce. It was a huge delicious piece but only get the strawberry sauce if you like it really really sweet. The servers seemed a little exhausted, maybe because it was almost their closing time. The whole place was very neat and tidy and I would absolutely love to visit again.

What's not to like? It's not going to be mind blowing, but you can count on spaghetti factory for good value and consistent taste/quality if you have a craving for comfort food. I've gone for dinner in the past, but finally went there for lunch. Lasagna was a good size 👍 the clam chowder was a slightly bland but okay.

The place serves nice food and has pretty friendly staff. We ordered two pasta dishes, Pesto Linguine and Seafood Linguine Marinara. Both were cooked perfectly well, flavors were well balanced. Wait times for food were a bit long - we had our lunch between 3 and 4 pm, it was a happy hour, but the restaurant had most seats available. It took about 40 minutes to get the main dishes, about 30 minutes to get appetizers - Caesar and Green salad. However, service was nice, our waitress was super sweet and quick. We got a fresh hot sourdough bread with fragrant garlic butter as a free appetizer and hot water with lemon which made the wait bearable. Also, at the end we received a free spumoni ice cream, which is very pleasant. The portions were big, my husband and myself got really full. The place is stylized with a lot of stained glass, Tiffany lamps, historical artefacts of Columbia and New West stations. I like the dim yellow light that creates calm and intimate atmosphere. One great improvement would be if the door entry and the floor in front of it could be cleaned a bit. It's a high traffic area since the restaurant is located by the Skytrain station and literally hundreds of people walk there daily. However, all customers go through that door and touch it. It would be really nice if it could be cleaned a bit.

The food was good, but there were a few minor issues. We ordered the classic meatball spaghetti and while the sauce was delicious, the noodles were slightly overcooked. The mussels were well seasoned, but the size of the mussel meat was quite small. The fried chicken lacked seasoning, french onion soup was a bit too greasy for us. but it was still enjoyable. However, the service was excellent. Our waitress was very kind and happy, and went above and beyond to provide us with exceptional service. She even introduced the menu with some great stories, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely recommend Old Spaghetti Factory for its excellent service and decent food. It's a great spot for a casual dinner with family and friends. I'm giving it a 4-star review because while there were some minor issues with the food, the service more than made up for it.

This place has everything you would expect from a restaurant. It has a magnificent place. They have lovely, very caring and polite waiters. The flavours of Italian cuisine is excellent. And despite all that, the cost of one meal is exceedingly affordable compared to most Vancouver restaurants.

This was a very nice experience! Visited on a weekend around Lunchtime, and enjoyed our time! Food is amazing, that's pretty standard across all of these locations. Vegetarian options are varied and taste splendid, although are a little more expensive than other dishes. The staff are knowledgeable, patient and understanding. I observed Staff at this Location directly interacting with Children, asking them their orders and then confirming it with the adults, something that I haven't seen at other locations. The family atmosphere and caring staff really go above and beyond here. Bathrooms are clean, no issues there. Decor of the restaurant is also wonderful. One issue I did have, was one of the people at our table didn't get served with the rest of us, receiving his food about 20 minutes after the rest of us, after having to remind a member of the wait staff of his order. Overall, 4/5 stars. Good Food Good Decor Good Bathrooms Good Service (On the most part)

Our Organization was fortunate to have our Xmas party here again after a no go last year. We had their specialty Bella Dinner package menu which gave guests a choice of 7 entrees which included fresh bread, a choice of 2 salads, ice cream dessert, and beverage of coffee, tea or soft drink. I had the baby back ribs which included spaghetti in tomato sauce. The spaghetti needed more tomato sauce. The portion was plenty as I had the leftovers for lunch. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Service was prompt. They had a section of the restaurant reserved for us. Overall, the dinner package was of great value. You need to reserve early. Note Sundays to Thursdays, they close at 9:30 pm. Fridays and Saturdays they close at 10 pm. They have seven other locations in BC. We went to the one in New Westminster. Best to park in the parkade next to the Skytrain station. If you have to add time for parking, we found out it’s a pain as there’s on easy parking App. Make sure you take a photo of the parking machine that has the lot number. Then you will need to Google the name of the parkade with the lot number. The rate is $5 for 2 hrs.

After the unpleasant experience we had at an Italian restaurant in West Vancouver, I'm so glad to have came to here for dinner with my friend. The service was beyond exceptional, and the food arrived fast. It was almost foreign to me seeing our meals arrive as fast as they did. Hot and fresh, delicious too. I've always been a big fan of this restaurant and I'm glad to continue dining here as well. Thank you!

Great location, easy to get to. It's a nice atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. Prices not great but not bad. Very average, certainly good for a lunch or dinner out but there are many better places for quality and price, even within a short walk.

A nice Italian chain eatery with some interesting pastas. We had the tortellini and manicotti, along with some cocktails and had a great time. Got a little crowded on Sunday night and had a wait time of about 5 minutes, but when we did get a table, the service was excellent and the food and drinks tasted great.

I used to frequent this restaurant before the pandemic. Yesterday was my first time ordering take-out. I was pleasantly surprised to find that their service is even better now. The manager Kyle and his team were friendly and helpful. My order was packed securely and accurately. Our sandwiches and sides were fresh and tasty. Thank you all for your hard work!
