I've been going here for twenty years and I love their samosas but lately they have brought new staff in and have been nickeling and diming me on the sauce despite the fact that I bring my packaging back in to reuse so that reduces their cost and waste and I have told them the tiny container of sauce is never enough for the amount of samosas that I order. The latest time The guy was really rude to me. Also the last couple of times the samosas have been way overdone. I might have to try and find a new place

Today I visited this shop to buy gulab jamun. There are lots of mouth watering varieties in sweets available. In fact, three-four types of gulab jamun were available. Price is $7.5 per lb, however others are in $6.5 as well. Order receiver lady seems too busy inside kitchen & counter as well. Strict to the point what u need, charge money, order given & that’s it. No customer greetings or any other regards but it’s okay as I don’t mind because my purpose is served to buy things which I needed. Thanks 😊

I tried samosa's here, and they were tasty. Always have to wait in big queue.not sure if orders can be placed on phone.

Best sweets ever, quality is very good. Tasted their kajju burfi and khoa burfi, full of flavours and pure. I would like to visit again and try some more items on their menu.

This place is open pretty early compared to most other sweet shops in Surrey. Their sweets are decent and prices could be a but lower. There is usually a long wait if you go in the mornings so make sure to pre-order.

Hello everyone, as we ordered paneer pakora from Sanjha Punjab in the morning, we first called 30 minutes in advance to ensure we could pick it up right away. However, when we arrived, they informed us that they were preparing and that it would take some time, so we had to wait 15 minutes in the store. The order included 2 pounds of vegetable pakora, 1 pound of gulab jamun, and 2 pounds of paneer pakora. After we returned home, we found that the paneer pakora were not cooked properly and were not fit for consumption. When we immediately called them, they said to come here so we could refund your order and provide you fresh panner pakora; but, when we arrived, they declined and claimed that we were cheating despite the other evidence we had shown. Next time, I won't choose this restaurant because it was a waste of money. Also, friends, whenever you place an order, double-check it right away because the staff there is the biggest liar I've ever encountered, and they have no idea how to draw in customers.

Still the best place to get Samosa under $1 but my recent experience with Channa bhatura was not good. Wait time was long. More importantly bhaturas were so think and under cooked as u can taste raw dough and Channa were almost the same without any taste. Packing was nice but what counts is taste at the last. They are super busy even in the mornings. Wouldn't mind paying more if they improved the quality of food they serve. Didn't sing along Indian Taste. For anyone else then Indian ethnicity I think was good. I would love them to improve as they r still nice people and a good restaurant. Thanks

We ordered food today for the office party. And what a disgrace, they didn’t send the sufficient quantities and no chutneys with 25 samosas. We ordered 3 plate chat and instructed them to send separately so that things were not soggy at the time of eating. So, they gave 2 plates saying it was enough courteous that they were sending it separately. The sweets ordered were 1 lb and they sent half pound. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. I can see the comments why people are so unsatisfied.

Will be forsure returning. Such lovely staff they have who really know their menu and were a great help when it came to me ordering. Best samosas and pakora around 😍😍

Two stars for the samosas and paneer pakoras. They have the best in the area. But sweets are the worst. Cham cham was out of shape, dry and lad lumps in it. Weird taste of besan laddu and gulab jamun. I could feel sugar granules in the Pedas. Never buying sweets again!

I always wondered why this place is so busy no matter when you visit. Today I realized HONESTY goes a long way. Actually, they accidentally overcharged me about $8 which I did not even realize and it was really nice of them to refund it immediately after they found out. The staff is really polite and Service oriented. Really appreciated. Thanks a lot, keep up the good work! And of-course none can beat their khoe di barfi and pakore.

I've come here a few times to buy my favourite treat and have bought it twice and was given 9 pieces to equal a pound, sometimes it'll be over a little bit would be given 9 pieces but the last time I went I was only given 8 which I believe it was under the pound and it was a different person this time and that being a man. I have these at a lot of places and have always been given 9 but some reason this day it didn't happen. I have not been back to them and never will be, why should I take hen they're all over the place and you get treated better at other places

They're not following the hygiene rules on the shop. I saw one guy giving massage to his nose and take out nostile and go to the cash counter after that. And his employees also don't wearing gloves when putting sweets in box.......

Worst customer service ever! I pre ordered my food and once I got there I had to wait to get my food because they didn't even know what I ordered. I finally get my order and leave as I'm driving I notice that I'm missing items from the order I call and the lady answers doesn't understand me then passes it to a man who then hangs up on me. I call back and same issue again so I finally go inside, the man says I never ordered it I said how is that possible as I ordered it and If I didn't what was I charged for as I paid 25 he said no you did not I said I gave u cash a 5 dollars bill then a 20 dollars bills I told u to keep the change. He then pulled out his calculator and said oh yea your right then he said it's total was 20 so I said you owe me 5 dollars back he then proceeds to say the no I owe him money we went back and forth and I finally had enough. I gave him 3 dollars more and left WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Food is below average and customer care is super pathetic they took full money and sent half food and ruined the party.. they didnt send any chutney with samose.. and chat was pathetic, when asked them about it they had audacity to say that they have done us a favour by sending the stuff like that.. will not recommend this place to any one

Ordered food on skip the dishes for a group of people. They sent half the amount of food. When we reached out to get a refund for the food that was not received, they were extremely rude and refused to give the refund. We ordered two pounds of sweets and they only sent one. Ordered three servings of chat and they only sent two. Terrible service and extremely rude staff, would not recommend.

Should have 2 counters atleast as there is always line up and have to wait for 20min for food …also aunty on counter dont know how to present and behave ..owner should have some educated lady at front …else foood is awsome ..

Whats the purpose of giving orders an hour before if you still need to wait in the line for 30 mins. Disgusting service. Wasted my 30 mins here . I placed order at 2pm and reached there at 3pm just for 10 smosas and still waited for 30 mins.

I don't know how they are in business, No greetings don't know how to do customer service. I ordered samosa which were not good enough but chutney served was so runny like water. As I saw other reviews looks like they don't even care but as a customer, I thought I should leave my review about what I felt.
