A comment to the Owner's reply... I did not use a food app delivery driver. I ordered through Panago's phone# and the in store driver came with the food. Why blame the driver? The store person only put one dip into the box top. That's why the service is poor... passing the responsibility away. Once again disappointed. I like the pizzas, but the service out of the Sapperton location is poor. I stopped ordering last year because I was constantly shorted on dips or sides. Also had a wrong crust or two in the past. Tried out a Tropical Chicken tonight and the pizza was good. BUT, they shorted me on dips yet again. Apparently counting to one is easy, but two is just too difficult. Giving up again, will order out somewhere else next time. Too bad...

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a thin crust pizza and opened the box and saw it was the original crust. The young girl working gave me a disgusting look because I insisted she make a new thin crust pizza. She rushed the new order and when I got home I noticed the dough was undercooked. You could not even hold the slice of pizza in your hand without all the toppings falling off. Horrible pizza for $23. I will never go back to this location again.

Pretty good pizza. Quick lunch/in a hurry type pizza meal. They earned one extra star for good customer service that really tries :)

Ordered chicken wings not bad ... could of been cooked a little longer 😏

The lady working is always friendly and kind and so nice to my children we drive extra ten or fifteen minutes to go to this location rather than the location near us

The garden veggie pizza was good but the jerk wings were FANTASTIC. The wings tasted fresh, hot and very well seasoned. I ordered delivery from their own website and the delivery person was very kind and accommodating as well. Overall, I enjoyed my lunch greatly!

I scheduled an order for pick up and it was perfectly made and ready to go as soon as I arrived. We ordered a plant based pepperoni and olive pizza for my child who loved it. Big for a small! Enough for two people.

They tried to deny the use of a valid gift card because the card or the reader itself was broken. I had to ask them to manually enter the gift card number into their system so that I could use it. If it were not for my persistence they would have stolen 25 dollars from me.

Pizza was great but hot spicy wing was kind of overcooked. It taste just a little bit of burnt. It is understandable cuz it is oven cooked. I hope next time theres some improvement on that :)

Their delivery driver decided to drive around behind me AS I'M BACKING INTO A PARKING STALL. When confronted, the reasoning he gave was that he was late for his next delivery. Apparently, avoiding being late for a delivery justifies nearly causing an accident.

This is a clean and friendly panago and the order is always right at this location! Parking out front and fast!

On a got Sunday afternoon, they took our order of 8 pizzas and had it ready for pickup in 15 minutes. Saved the day when Uber Eats cancelled our order within less than 30 minutes to scheduled delivery.

Good service but the pizza is hit or miss. It's pretty bad and dry some times and only 'pretty good' at the best of times. Prices are reasonable for their quality ingredients but I strongly feel the food should taste better. Not my first choice of pizza in the area with fresh slice and Gino's... Hell even a frozen pizza is better!

Getting to here from the North is a bit of a pain, and the parking isn't great. Good Panagos, their pickup timing is on point.

The pizza is basically bread new cheese and its voice has one pepperoni with barely any cheese. Absolutely horrendous. I can’t figure out how to add a picture but this is just absolutely unacceptable.

There's a lot of pizzerias in the hood, and none are terrible. I like that this Panago is open late and never had a problem with quality of product or service. I would have stopped ordering long ago if I thought quality was ever an issue!
