Its such a convenient location, but need to work on customer service. I went there at closing time, asked for a slice of cheese pizza, they still had it as i could see that sitting in the tray.But the girl working didnot give it to me and threw it away. And the way she replied was v rude, if she had said nicely "Sorry we are closed" I wouldn't have felt bad, but she replied v rudely, gave me such an attitude like i have done a crime asking her for a pizza slice at exactly 6 pm. The other shops in food court were still open, were still serving.

Quality of pizza's is excellent I recently decided to try Pizza at this location and I have to say I was surprised by the quality of the food and service by the staff, especially Rakhi who made our experience more delightful. She was incredibly friendly and really good at handling customers 👏👏.

Freshslice surrey city centre doesn't knows how to cook Thin Crust Pizza.. I went there yesterday evening around 6pm and ordered Thin crust pizza. Staff prepared it in pan and it was not at all cooked from the bottom the base was still uncooked. I told the staff that the base is uncooked and still raw and they just put it again in the oven for sometime, still the pizza was not proper. Rather than staff acknowledging their mistake they just gave the pizza back. It was really bad experience. It felt like the staff was more interested in closing the shop rather than making a proper pizza. I will never come back to this outlet. I didn't like the attitude of staff, it has never happened with me at any other outlet that they gave me thin crust cooked like this.

It was definitely a worm on the pepper in my pizza and they did not accept it and looking for my fault by adding something on it. No refund and even no apology from them.

Its 11:20 on sunday jan 21 2024 and theres no pizzas out. None ready ... The lady told me another 10 mins. Alot of us just went somewhere else to eat. They should honor their hours of operation..

They don't know how to talk to customers. I called them to inform them that let the customer know what it contains in pizza, better then showing the one in display. Then she said that sorry for that can come and get your refund. When i went for a refund she said that mind your language with my employees. I work in customer service too. I know how to talk with people who work because i came up from that position, too. And get good training for them. Don't miss judge the people who come to your store.

This place is my one and only favorite place. Pizza is one of my favorite food and I tend to order here whenever I want to eat pizza. The people working at this establishment know how to talk with customers and even have a great sense of humor. In this place, I felt more like an insider rather than a customer. Nancy took my order and made ordering much easier. The menu is also highly diverse and features a variety of options from pizza to wings. I am going to be dining here again in the future!

I dealt with chahat today and her Service was absolutely amazing I’ve never had dealt with a fresh slice employee who cares about my food so much she made sure I was satisfied with my order. Offered to top off my pizza with the hot sauce Parmesan. She is absolutely awesome I hope more fresh slice employees have the same personality or vibe as a person because she was very kind. Good job chahat you were the best service I was given at a fast food restaurant.

This is probably the worst freshslice I have ever been to. The pizza was "thin crust," not "non-existent crust." The ingredients were mushy, disorganized, it wasn't properly cooked either as some parts were raw. In all five locations; this is the worst pizza they have ever given to me. It's so ugly is almost unappetizing.

I visit fresh slice when I newly came to Canada and it seems to me that fresh slice is ever best specially in customer service. Specially by Amandeep.

This is legit one of the best Fresh Slice locations. They have very high volume in the food court, and so always have fresh pizza by the slice with some of the best selection any time of day (mall hrs permitting). If a Fresh Slice ever deserved a 5 star review, this is the one

Most of the time the girls are not wearing hair nets or hats, not food safe. They have 2 different cheese pizza slices but neither of them with pizza sauce, only a white sauce. Is it difficult to make one with white sauce and one with pizza sauce? There is nothing like a slice of cheese pizza with the proper pizza sauce on it.
