I had a delicious pizza lunch this afternoon at this location of Freshslice pizza. After I had finished, I stood up and twisted my foot which resulted in my knee hurting, to the point where I couldn't stand on it. The two young ladies that were working there, were very understanding and accommodating to me. Had they not been, I would have had to crawl out of there because I couldn't stand. I waited for about 3 and 1/2 hours to finish work for my daughter to come pick me up. She would have come sooner but I thought the pain would subside, so I told her to wait. I want to thank both young ladies for their help understanding and patience. Most of all I would like to thank Harpreet, for asking a simple thing if I would like a drink of water. To the owner of this location please give these two young ladies a special thank you, especially Harpreet!

A great place to stop by for 2-3 slices of pizza quickly. One time I ordered pickup and they overcooked the pizza too much and still gave me it, so I won't give 5 stars. However overall I recommend

I called them to enquire about the order, the employee who picked the call made rude comments about the punjabi community despite her belonging to the same. She does not have basic decency to communicate with the customers. I forgot to add a dip, she started berating me about it and taunted me about the price and then made a fuss about it. She was probably an international student, my experience with them only cemented the stereotypes attached to the terrible fronts desk workers of tim Hortons, subway and fresh slice. P.S.- the food was terrible, genuine advice do not go there.

I am so shocked by the food I received. I have never seen anything like this ever in my life. I ordered 4 toppings gluten free pizza and I couldn’t believe how trash the food was. So thin it was like they put one small piece of ham and few sausages and few mushrooms on a piece of paper and sold it for $30. When I call them she said you ordered gluten free and this is what you get and I am sorry I cant do anything for you. I understand that you gotta run your business but at what price? Selling people trash and charge them lots of money and expect them To be happy and give you 5 stars. The food was so unbelievably soggy, cold, undercooked, thin, cheap and disgustingly made. Do you have to sell people trash just because they cant eat gluten? So embarrassing. I am embarrassed for you guys. I am thankful uber refunded my money but this is NOT how you should treat your customers.

I ordered delivery with Uber Eats One. There was a fantastic 2 for 1 deal from the restaurant and an additional 40 percent off coupon from Uber Eats. I got 6, yes that's right, SIX medium pies for $42 with delivery and tip! That deal cannot be beat; $7 each. Now on to the pies! The first thing I noticed; the restaurant followed my very detailed, and likely annoying, additional notes regarding the order to a TEE! BIG COMPLIMENTS there, as that rarely happens. Therefore I give a perfect service rating of 5 stars. As you can see in the pictures, the pies are all well crafted, with good and even topping distribution. I requested extra sauce on all pies, a wise choice as I like my 'ZA saucy. There are photos of 4 pizzas instead of 6, as 2 are duplicates. I got pizzas with 3 different types of sauce; tomato, rose, and creamy garlic. All are very tasty. The dough is incredibly soft and tender. I love the hint of multigrain flavour, which is almost slightly nutty with delightfully tender bite and chew through.The crust is quite thin, and I didn't order thin crust on any of them. It is comparable to a foldable New York 🗽🍕 pizza, and that's a GREAT thing if that is what one is craving. That means more topping and sauce to crust ratio. It also means fewer carbs and bloating. The topping amounts are good, with 1 caveat. I do find the pies where I added cheddar are better and the mozzarella only ones aren't quite cheesy enough. That can be rectified with extra mozza OR adding a second cheese as a topping for future orders. This resulted in 4 stars for food quality, but really more like 4.5, which cannot be selected. I cannot rate the atmosphere, as wasn't in the store. I am able to eat 1 medium pie as a large meal, for what it's worth. I don't feel gross or bloated at all! Overall, this is the best Fresh Slice pizza I've ever had. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I think the pies are best ordered hot and fresh and not by the slice from the warmer. Give this location a try and I think you will be very happy, like me! 😊🎉

I recently ordered from Freshslice Pizza, and I must say, the experience was fantastic. The staff, including Jane, exhibited excellent customer service. Jane, in particular, knows her customers well and communicates with great politeness. I appreciate that they always offer the best deals.

Mostly anytime I see them they come with splendid service and amazing food quality. Good hospitality and a nice place to sit for a while. I like the new renovation of their kitchen, looks a bit more classy. Overall I’ll recommend this restaurant over the other ones in the area as it stays open until 2.00 for orders as well.

Completely blew me away with their delicious pizzas and excellent service. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff and was immediately drawn to the mouth-watering smell of fresh pizza being prepared in their open kitchen.

My visit was late night/early morning on April 20th. Very kind late night staff. I had a special request that isn’t part of their normal procedure. I told them it was totally fine if they couldn’t do it, but they helped me out and did it for me! It’s good, inexpensive pizza which is hard to find these days! Highly recommended

Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us! We came in as a big group and had to move tables around and the staff helped and were super friendly! The pizza was delicious, especially their bbq chicken pizza - huge portions! Can’t recommend this location enough.

Best $10 pizza I have ever had. The crust was perfectly done, flavour was delicious and the toppings were fresh, flavourful and balanced. In house eating was clean and inviting. 👌🏻 Staff were friendly and patient and were working hard through the busy dinner hour.

I come here all the time and usually nothing to complain about but i came in yesterday 11-22-22 and I was told i was going to get a cloth pizza delivery bag for 2$ from the lovely lady at the front with glasses, but i ended up waiting an excessive amount of time not to any fault of her own, but to her employees being lazy or incompetent in swiftly serving the customer. I usually have patience but it was quite ridiculous seeing how it wasnt like there was any busy rush going on. I decided to say forget it but the lady with glasses insisted its coming and she eventually gave me the bag. I really appreciated her for doing what she could to calm the situation. I feel bad she has to deal with the others she should have a team working with her and on the same rhythm. Not against her

I have had Fresh Slice Pizzas all around Vancouver….I always prefer to buy the classic combos they offer and ask them to give a little bit of pickled Jalepenos on the side because I like that toppings on my pizza… However, the Fresh Slice franchise located on Columbia Road East, New Westminster, Vancouver is pathetic and hopeless in serving customers what they want…I’m writing this review because it is happening to me for the 2nd time where the front end workers taking orders adamantly denies to serve the pickled Jalepenos when asked even after agreeing to pay for it. As a company, Fresh slice is a very good restaurant and very promising in how they keep up the quality at a affordable prices, But, when the Franchise owners get involved and come up with their own rules, it just makes it worse and pathetic. Imagine how many times I have walked past fresh slice located in New Westminster, Vancouver as I work around the same area and thought that “I wanted have my lunch in Fresh Slice, but, these people whine so much to serve a small container of Jalapeños even when we agree to pay for it.” You are just taking the originality and the quality of a food service providing company. I hope the company takes necessary actions to periodically investigate in how these employees in franchises treat their customers

Great place, friendly staff, and yummy pizza. One of the best pizza places I've been to in a while! Plenty of variety and they have hot slices to go. Definitely will be purchasing pizza from here on out!

I used the official website to order ahead and went there at the time I indicated to pick up. I thought I did not need to wait much time and could just pick up and go right away. But they obviously ignored my pre-order. I needed to wait there for 20 mins and watch them to make my 2 large pizzas. Not a good experience. If you want to pre-order, try to phone them directly instead of going through the website. The only good thing was that the pizzas were hot and fresh. 🫤

Everytime I order here, everything is perfect and ready to go!...I use to not be a fan of Fresh Slice but this location is great to deal with as the quality of what the my sell is excellent ( fresh ) and the staff are friendly...Would recommend if looking for a quick meal !:)

Pretty audacious to mutter to each other about a small tip. Frankly I shouldn't even tip at all for someone reheating pizza for under 20 seconds your not getting 3 bucks for that. Food is good tho but doesn't mutter about a low tip when your literally re heating food for 20 seconds

I went to store just few days ago.I was really hungry and asked the girl there if she can make something really quick. Her name was harmeet I think, not sure. . She was so polite and helped me with the menu. She get my pizza ready in just like 15 mins. Appreciate the service. Store was clean and tidy too.

No options; not replenishing the pizza which is surprising for a Saturday afternoon. Asked if I wanted it heated, I did, it was still served cold after being ran through the oven. The pizza display door is not being closed either so flies and whatever else can get in there. I'm assuming this acts as a warmer, which would explain why customers are getting their pizzas served cold (as mentioned in multiple other negative reviews). Not cleaning off the dine-in tables either.

This is the worst fresh slice I have been to. With the price increased so much and quality of the pizza dropped big time. Lady there also lied about not having more pepperoni coming soon. Tricked me buying other flavours. After finishing up, a fresh pepperoni came right up. Not suggesting this one for anyone.

Kokila greeted me. Her service was efficient, with our pizza arriving at piping hot. Kokila was friendly and accommodating, making sure i had everything i needed. I eat her often during my breaks when I don’t bring dinner or lunch.

Kokila was wonderful, along with the two other ladies working alongside her! We live near this Freshslice and I’m glad because the service is always very friendly. Even when it’s busy, they’re professional and smiling, they take care of everyone, and they make sure you’ve been served and not ignored if they see you standing waiting anywhere. It’s nice that it’s open 24 hours as well, and the app is so convenient.

I had the best pizza of my life at fresh slice. since then i have visited this place numerous times and my personal opinion about this pizza has still not changed and would recommend trying these out guys they have great toppings selections and great prices on a single slices!

Great place for ordering Pizza and the best thing for me is that they have vegan cheese Option ! With just arround 20 dollars you can have an extra large pizza. The New Westminster location is open up to late at night so is really convenient too.

Went in Saturday at like 9-10pm - the warmer had a lot of choices that perfectly catered to everyone. My husband was able to pick out some type of pepperoni and I was able to choose from 2 vegetarian options. The employee on shift was super nice to us- she was great!

Easily the best experience I've ever had at a Fresh Slice. Pizza was hot and fresh. Dough was nice and soft. My BBQ chicken slice was so good I went up for a second. Restaurant was also very clean and the two ladies were extremely helpful and friendly. 👍👍

If your getting a full pizza or just a slice to go its is always good! The tables are clean and its service with a smile everytime. They are proud of the food they make and it shows! Nothing looks sloppy all the food looks fresh everytime. Thanks guys for being part of our comunity

Went to the store yesterday at midnight. I'm surprised that it's open till 5am . The trainee girl is super sweet and was very polite with her service but the guy was an absolute mess . He was swearing while making the pizza and at the girl aswell. He's highly unprofessional.

Pizza is always doughy if you order online walk in is fine you're better off making pizza at home and going to buy fresh veggies for the toppings and get a dessert n pop from the market place for 25 instead throwing out a doughy pizza 🍕we keep trying but I really need to remember it's not worth it.
