Well,
I
finally
got
to
the
new
location
of
Sushi
Well
today.
It
has
been
years
since
I’ve
been
there,
so
it
was
like
a
brand
new
experience.
I
rarely
eat
alone,
but
tonight
was
a
night
where
I
was
eating
alone.
I
walked
in
the
door,
and
they
actually
had
a
nice
little
bar
at
the
window
that
you
could
sit
by
yourself
and
not
feel
out
of
place
eating
alone.
The
moment
I
came
in,
they
added
water
to
a
little
puck
that
turned
into
a
napkin.
I
have
them
at
home
and
they’re
super
fun
and
a
great
thing
to
start
with
when
you’re
going
to
eat
sushi
like
me,
with
my
hands
due
to
lack
of
chopstick
finesse.
😅
The
staff
just
made
me
feel
very
welcome
and
wanted.
I
looked
at
the
menu
and
the
price
point
was
awesome.
But
then
the
food
came.
I
could
not
believe
how
fresh
the
food
was.
Every
element
of
the
Bento
box
that
I
purchased,
was
well
thought
out
and
was
not
thrown
together.
Starting
with
the
salad,
I
can’t
tell
you
how
many
salads
look
like
somebody
threw
them
on
the
plate
and
splashed
dressing
on
them
with
no
thought
whatsoever.
My
salad
was
crunchy,
crisp,
flavorful,
and
well
presented
with
the
cutest
little
carrot
on
top,
and
the
two
chef
specials
of
the
day
were
really
adorable.
One
was
two
spring
rolls
I
think
they’re
called
with
plum
sauce,
and
the
other
one
was
a
prawn
skewer.
The
sauce
on
the
skewer
was
perfect.
It
brought
out
the
flavour
of
the
prawn.
I
had
not
had
pink
sushi
before
(unless
I
did
the
last
time
I
was
at
the
restaurant,)
but
I
do
not
remember
that.
I
spoke
with
the
lady
and
she
explained
to
me
that
it
was
made
out
of
beets
and
I
believe
she
said
carrots.
They
had
to
get
a
special
license
for
it.
It’s
very
healthy
and
it
just
had
a
different
flavour
to
it.
so
it
was
like
eating
dynamite
rolls,
but
next
level.
I
moved
onto
the
chicken
teriyaki,
and
the
alfalfa
sprouts
were
just
so
crisp
and
crunchy.
There
was
also
a
really
flavourful
sauce.
I’m
guessing
that
they
make
the
teriyaki
sauce
themselves
or
else
it’s
high
end
and
not
Kraft
lol.
No
matter
what,
it’s
amazing.
I
really
enjoyed
the
tempura.
The
batter
was
delectable.
And
even
though
I
ate
far
too
much
because
it
was
so
good,
I
still
came
home
with
enough
to
have
lunch
tomorrow.
Definitely
glad
I
went
and
I
will
be
back
for
sure.
