Impact dental has the friendliest staff around. I have always had a fear of the dentist and avoided it at all costs, but my dentist from when I was 5, Dr Kerry Chin has always made sure I was comfortable. He is so gentle and patient and always made my not so exciting appointments, pleasant. Unfortunately I know he is retiring soon, so I don’t know what I will do without him! Dr Chin, thank you for being the best of the best and I really appreciate all you have done for me!

So I've been meaning to review this place, and finally I have time. Doctor Goli, Seleema and Joanne are who I get my work done from and I must say.. I'm super happy that I made the move to their office from my previous one. The amount of attention and care for my teeth that the team has done for me is by far the best treatment I've gotten from any dentist, hygienist, and invisalign specialist EVER! And I don't say this lightly. If you want a perfect smile, immaculate, super clean teeth while receiving such good customer service.. front desk included by the way!! Then I suggest you head to impact dental where everything has been done properly. Thank you ladies for always making my visits comfortable and welcoming!

My son Dev recommended me. When I came last time, I just fell in love with the Impact Dental as the staff is very friendly and easy to get long with. They made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. This review is way past overdue almost 1 year plus and so well deserved . Last summer I had a terrible infection on my old root canal tooth which had fractured. I called every dental clinic to ask for an emergency tooth extraction, no one could help me and advised me to go to an endodontist instead which would take weeks to book. I saw impact dental next to Pharmasave and I walked in to ask for help . I was in terrible pain and lost hope but Dr. Gollie agreed to see me without any appointment and rescued me . She extracted the tooth plus fracture remnant with ease and no pain . She gave me antibiotics for aftercare and I was saved and pain free and infection free afterwards! She is truly god sent and I raved about her for ages . I will always remember Dr. Gollie and how sympathetic she was towards my plight . I will never be able to repay her kindness. After more than a year later I scheduled a dental appointment with Dr. Gollie and her ever so kind and generous team as I really only want Dr. Gollie to work on my teeth . She has a kind and genuine spirit . Her personality is truly amazing ! She is god sent ! And to my surprise she fixed my cavities without any freezing , mind you I’m scared of needles and it was painless . So again she got rid of my anxiety and fear plus fixed my cavities ! She’s my hero . Julie was the dental assistant and she made the experience amazing by making sure I was not having any anxiety by explaining and showing me what i was getting done and the outcome . She’s a gem 💎. Impact dental centre have an amazing staff from the receptionist to the dental hygienists and assistants . You truly can’t go wrong . My dental hygienist Hasina was so knowledgeable and gentle , she’s quite zen and our personalities were in sync . Salima, my hubby’s dental hygienist was also very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable . Dr. Goli and her dental hygienists are amazing. They are so understanding and accommodating to people with dental anxiety or other issues. I did Invisalign with them too and it was great. So happy with my teeth and so much better then braces would have been.

Had an awesome experience w dr Goli and Julie. They were very accommodating with my gnarly cavity and were able to fill one major one the same day. I also had an x ray done at another clinic, but they tried their best to connect w the other clinic so I wouldn’t have to pay an additional cost. My husband and I have been going here for more than 10 yrs, when we started dating, to now as a family of four. Dr. Goli and her staff are professional at the same time, feels like friends you always catch up on. They're great with kids, extremely patient, especially with my 5 yr old. All the staff are amazing and have been going for a couple years now. If I'm being brutally honest, I used to live in surrey and currently live in Vancouver and still refuse to get another dentist (doctor Goli)/ hygienist (Saleema). And the rest of the staff are just so damn amazing that no words can explain why I don't go to someone closer to home, but what I can tell you is that if you do choose to go to them, you will not be disappointed. Everyone is friendly and the quality of work that my husband and I receive is well above perfect and amazing!

Dr. Goli and her team are very polite and very outgoing, enjoyable environment. I was scared at first. But when Dr. Goli took care of mine dental work and wisdoms extraction. Omg! The extraction! I didn't feel anything once to numbness wear off. The receptionists are very organized in scheduling and checking up on the patients. Thank you Impact dental. I chose this clinic due to 5 star rating. The receptionist was out for lunch however one of the dentist greeted my family. To keep my kids engaged, he made ballon for my kids and we loved it. Never seen such a welcoming dentist. I was disappointed with the dentist. Cleaning is supposed to be done by Dental Hygienists but the dentist did mine n my wife’s. When I asked why dentist is doing cleaning, the dental assistant told me hygienist left early which the dentist, Dr. Fisher, contradicted - he told me he and the other dentist prefer doing cleaning themselves. The dentist did not do any probing for a new patient. He did not advise me about dental hygiene. I was not satisfied with the cleaning. Will not go back to this clinic.

My first visit to Impact Dental today to remove my badly decay wisdom tooth. Dr Goli Khorsandian who attended to me. She did a great job and my tooth is not 'easy' to get extracted out..but she finally did it. At last no more irritating/pain...woo-hoo! Go to them if you are looking for dental clinic. All staffs are friendly and professional.

My first introduction to Dr. Bryan Blonddahl consisted of a 2 hour extraction of a molar that had a large cavity. The extracted tooth resulted in a perforated sinus which he then had to pack and stitch. I was already traumatized by my previous dental experience but I was calm and relaxed during this whole process. He gave me options and fully educated me before the extraction which made me feel like I had a choice and wasn't forced into anything. I HIGHLY recommend Bryan and the entire staff at Impact Dental Centre, they are warm, welcoming and very professional!

Dr. Goli cared for my teeth and listened to my needs. From her standpoint it is tough - she needs to do what is right for my teeth as a medical professional but at the same time she does her best to cater to the individual needs of her clients and that is a beautiful thing. And it takes a lot of effort (I know, I am in the service industry as well). She never appears tired or worn out and is always very energetic every time I see her. Such a great and positive personality and loves her work. Highly recommend going to see her for sound, professional advice, excellent quality dental work, and a kind heart. 5 stars.

Dr. Goli without asking me and without explaining to me what she is going to do, told me I want to make you happy and then put two ant bonds on my teeth to change the colour of my teeth! The colour of my teeth didn’t change at all although she was trying to convince me that it did! Each of those small bonds were 296$!Next time please ask the patient whether they want to do something that you want to do or not! And please explain for them exactly what you are going to do! The receptionists are nice also the hygienist whose name is Salime is very nice and professional! One of the assistants I forgot her name acts like she is the dentist! It’s more professional if everyone acts according to their role!

I had to find a new dentist after my original one retired and did try a few places but was not impressed. Too many issues to mention but am happy to say that the past year at Impact Dental has been without issue. The staff are amazing, kind , helpful and knowledgeable. Being in my sixties during this covid I had my concerns about going to the dentist but Dr. Goli Khorsandian put all my concerns to rest. She took the time to explain all the precautions they take and did have all the safety protocols in place. I never felt anything but calm and her expertise was evident as she tended to my dental needs. She always spoke kindly and explained as she worked what to expect. Her assistants Joanna and Sarah also kind and helpful and knowledgeable. The office staff are the best too very patient in what can be a busy environment. I highly recommend this dental office and will send anyone there with dental needs. Dr. Goli is one of the best dentists I’ve been to in my 40 + years of going to one especially if you’re nervous or have concerns.

Dr Goli is great! I had tooth pain from grinding, she advised invisalign which I didn't like the sound of but it has fixed my bite and my mouth feels great! She has also been really amazing with my kids and has even convinced my 3 year old to stop sucking her thumb!

I wish I could give this place less than 1 star. I broke my tooth last week and my husband and I called around including this dental centre (which is my primary dentist). They didn’t pick up and so my husband left a very detailed message. No one got back to us for the rest of the week, the whole weekend, and Monday. We called back today inquiring why we weren’t given a call back and the receptionist, Julie was extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending. She had no explanation of why we didn’t receive a call back, but instead she questioned whether we even left a voicemail. We further inquired if we could get our last X-ray dates to see if we could forward our files to the dental centre that did help me even when I wasn’t their patient. She didn’t once apologize or empathize with me. Instead of helping us with the information we needed, she went on to state “hmm, you actually owe us money” in a very degrading way. You could also sense the smirk over the phone. When my husband explained that we had gone in months ago and updated our insurance information as requested, she denied that she had any information and pretty much accused of us not have gone in to give our information. Then, she proceeded to state that the person who took our information only works part-time so maybe our information wasn’t correctly inputted. She demanded that we come in quickly to sign off on some insurance forms otherwise we would have to pay out of pocket which makes no sense as this treatment was done almost 8 months prior. What would they have done if we hadn’t called in?! Julie discussed all of this before she even proceeded to explain why we didn’t receive a call back during this dental emergency or provide us with the information we requested. Never have I come across such a rude and bitter receptionist. Before this, I actually had a positive experience with Dr. Blondahl and the dental hygienist Jenny who actually seem to care about their patients but now I will be switching over to my new dentist where I feel welcomed and respected. Hopefully Dr. Blondahl and his father, Dr. Blondahl see this review as it seems they personally strive to make their patients feel like family.
