    I’ve been with lift for a while.. on the rehab side. I had the most wonderful kin prior to this year.. recently I had to switch due my og kin going to med school, which I’m so excited for her.. that benign said I don’t trust easy.. today Hayley earned that pretty quick. Very hard to see Kirstin leave but I’ve super pumped for this new adventure with Hayley. The staff at Lift Fitness is top shelf whiskey kind of good.

    I have seen several physio’s over the years and have a great amount of confidence in Tyson. He explains everything and switched from technical to common terms effortlessly. He provided an assessment at our first appointment off my shoulder injury and has progressed with that consistently, giving me details of my progress and clear directions on both his next treatment and my next steps to my recovery. He has definitely become one of my main go-to people. I especially love that he has a true sport and high-active lifestyle view - that has been hard to find.

    I have been with Lift Fitness for over 10 years and I am continuously challenged and pushed at every single workout! The trainers at Lift are knowledgeable, prepared and dependable! If you’re thinking about starting on a new fitness journey I would recommend Lift Fitness as the place to start!

    I've been back at lift for 8 months after 3 years away due to an injury. The trainers are great, the gym is great and their new space is awesome. Give this great boutique gym a try, you'll love them.

    I went here after I had my first child. I wanted to loose the “ baby weight”. I had a great experience and the trainer was fantastic! She was very knowledgeable and pushed me but also new I just had a baby so didn’t over push me. I love it here! Great people and high energy.

    When I started at lift I was in a sorry sight. My mobility was extremely impacted. I had no belief for myself my self-esteem was very low. Over the past yeah entire team have supported me mentally and physically. They believe in me. And not the superficial kind of belief. They genuinely care and want me to achieve my goals. Currently Tyson physiotherapist is working with me so that I can run walk 8K at Thanksgiving. There’s no way this time last year I would’ve thought I could do that. I wake up in the morning and I have a routine. I know what I need to achieve to continue my wellness. With a mixture of online and in person appointments to suit my schedule and my wellness I know I’m going to achieve everything I want. I need to put a shout out to Irina who coordinates my appointments, you are magic at scheduling short notice and fun to hang with. Shannon you have the best team. I love Lift and all you are helping me achieve.

    Love Lift! Been training there for more than three years. Jason is an amazing trainer and has helped us so much. It is a friendly, welcoming workout space. Truly a comfortable and non-judgmental fitness space.

    Love LIFT Fitness! Such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Shannon and her team of trainers are very knowledgeable and motivating. Brittany’s early morning classes are never boring! She always makes them challenging and fun. Plus, she’s got great dance moves!

    Love this gym!! Morning workouts with Brittney are the best - she changes it up all the time - never boring and always kicks my butt!! Shannon and the whole team are amazing. Been going for a couple years now and been enjoying it so much. Love that they have monthly outdoor adventures - hiking, kayaking, climbing the Chief! It’s a great community here, all the members are so friendly and welcoming.

    My first LIFT Fitness experience was what I expected and more due to the challenge and lively environment brought on by the great enthusiasm and encouragement of the trainer, Brittany. The HIIT class was a great burn and range of exercises that I would highly recommend for beginners and others more advanced!

    I’ve been going to Lift Fitness 50+ class for 6 months and my fitness level has increased exponentially. I am so much stronger now. The classes are fun and the instructor and the class members are friendly and supportive.

    LIFT is a fantastic gym with incredible trainers. I recommend it to anyone looking to increase their fitness and stay committed to their goals. I have been a client there since 2020 for both groups classes and personal training. The workouts are always the perfect challenge and specifically aimed at my unique goals. I have especially enjoyed working with Hayley. She is such a skilled trainer and so fun to train with.

    Lift Fitness is a wonderful gym, welcoming to all ages and abilities. All trainers are excellent, and I especially want to commend my two current trainers—Diane and Hayley. They both provide exceptionally good workouts, and their personalities are absolutely platinum!♥️♥️

    This not your average gym! It's a place where everyone; any age and body shape feels comfortable and welcomed. All the trainers are amazing and bring extensive physical and nutritional knowledge and experience. Group classes are set up so that everyone is successful. P/T pushes you and builds confidence in your abilities. Shannon goes out of her way to support everyone and has built a community of care.

    I have been going to Lift for physio therapy with Tyson for about a year, and have started going to Andrea for massage. Both are excellent in their fields. Shannon and her team at lift are a huge part of my wellness plan now.

    Had my first visit at Lift today with Tyson. He did an amazing assessment, he was very through, very informative, and I learned a lot in just one visit to why I am having some issues. Communicating with him was very easy. Kimberly the client coordinator has been great as well with helping me get appointments and following up with me. Looking for to my next visit at Lift.

    I wanted to wait after a few sessions before writing a review to get a real feeling of the place. So happy to have found Lift Fitness! Tyson is a fantastic physiotherapist. I felt like he listened to my concerns but also my goals. He supports me to build strength and come back stronger as a runner, which is my passion. Daniel is a fantastic personal trainer, extremely knowledgeable and supportive. I’ve learned a lot about fitness, and have started to enjoy strength training. After 6 weeks I have noticed some muscle definition. Andrea is a fantastic massage therapist. I’ve been to many many many RMTs, and she is my favourite so far. She is a lovely person who knows what my body needs after all my strength sessions and running. For me it is a one stop shop and a perfect fit. There are others who work there that are very good at what they do. I always feel like I’m well taken care of.

    Shannon worked with a group of teachers at our school and created a fun, yet challenging, workout that focused on team building. She is incredibly positive and encouraging. We all really enjoyed it!

    Very knowledgeable Physiotherapist and thorough with the assessment. I've been going to physiotherapists for many years due to the type of my job and activities and Tyson is the best and most knowledgeable physiotherapists I've ever experienced in my life. He also care about the results. Definitely recommend him 👌

The physiotherapists Tyson & Nico are the best I've ever worked with; Daniel the trainer is super knowledgeable, personable & genuine; I'm motivated, encouraged & challenged without being pushed to re-injury. They all work together to ensure your needs & goals are met; this is unique. The owner, Shannon, clearly hires the best; she is very personable & hands-on; she makes time to ensure you're on track.     I’ve been coming to Lift for 18 months to start a healthier lifestyle and it’s been excellent! They tailored a program for my goals and current fitness level. The trainers (I have Hayley and Daniel) are super supportive. They’re great at teaching new exercises, offering encouragement, adjusting to my capabilities and varying my workout so it isn’t repetitive. It’s been an incredibly positive place for me!

    After almost a year I want to share my exceptional experience with Lift Training & Physio. Since having bilateral hip replacements, Daniel, my personal trainer, has been truly wonderful, transforming my life through his guidance, support & knowledge. He knows my limits and when to push me better than I do. A true professional. I see improvements after every session. Tyson, the best Physio I’ve worked with & got me on the road to begin working with Daniel. Shannon, the owner, was my first introduction to Lift. She was pivotal is motivating me to move forward with confidence and know I’d see success quickly. Lifts Customer service team is always consistently courteous & willing to provide assistance with any questions or schedule changes. Lift training has been instrumental in my journey, thanks to this incredible team. More than highly recommended! It’s been life changing.

    My experience at Lift has been the best personal training and physio experience I have ever had. As someone who has had a previous, very serious spinal injury I was weary of being able to lift heavy weights but have always felt safe and supported at Lift. Ryan is such a great trainer/ Athletic Therapist and the appointment I had with Tyson was excellent. If you are looking for personal training backed by skill and education this is the place.

    Kathleen is an excellent instructor (50+ forever young). She creates engaging circuits, regularly changed up so you are continually challenged. Exercises are readily adapted to fit individual requirements. My strength, endurance and balance have markedly improved in the last three years. And it's been fun - more laughter than groans.

    I've been training with Daniel at Lift Fitness for about 8 months. I was starting weight training from scratch. I am a busy mom with young kids and wanted to start weight training to make me strong again. Daniel was able to build up my strength and now has me lifting weights that I never thought possible. He challenges and keeps me motivated. The staff at Lift are kind and attentive. Two thumbs up.

    Every once in a while you come across a business that reminds you that we are part of a larger community of people who want the best for each other. The owner of LIFT is a truly caring and empathetic person and her attitude towards putting her clients needs first and foremost above the business clearly permeates to the rest of the therapists and trainers from the rave reviews already given.     I found out Lift has physio services. I discovered them when looking for a personal trainer. Justin (physio) is a great! Kind, caring and professional. He helps to set good goals and is measured and thoughtful with his treatment plans and advice. The Lift team is friendly and are helping me to get through my recovery from running injuries.     Went for the complimentary session offered to discuss a training plan. Met with Shannon. She was lovely, caring and very informative. Spent an hour talking about my needs and what I'd like to get out of this. She gave me some exercises to start with at home and made sure to show me how to do them so I get the most out of them. Will definitely go back!

    Awesome people and attitudes. Pre-surgery physio with Justin has been going great. Surgeon wanted me to work on maximizing range of motion before surgery and Justin asked me all kind of questions and is continually checking in with me during sessions to see how I’m feeling. Very knowledgeable and great follow-up and accessibility.

    Started going here this past year and have received great personal training. The facility is clean and organized. and my trainer Jess even provides me a copy of each workout so I can train on my own . I have already noticed significant improvements particularly with my posture and core. The at home virtual training has been good as well to keep me encouraged and motivated.

    Awesome facility! Great staff! Even better results. I have been seeing Justin for Physio due to a recent injury and he has been so great providing relief to my injury and giving me the exercises to regain the strength back in my arm. Even at these challenging times Shannon always reaches out to all her clients, whether it’s online training or nutritional coaching, or asking how we are doing aside from the best trainers I’ve come across. she makes sure her clients are looked after. that’s what makes Lift that gym !!

    I love the community feeling of Lift. A friend and I did doubles training with Sarah and although she kicked our butts, we had fun! I've also done mobility training with Meagan and really felt my 50+ body limbering up. Life got busy and I've let my fitness slide but I'm really looking forward to getting back to Lift and feeling strong again.

    I first found out about LIFT after searching for a trainer who would be able to help build my confidence after an injury. I have been working with two trainers at LIFT for about a month now and so far, my experience has been great! The trainers are knowledgeable, kind and encouraging. I would recommend LIFT to others!

    I am so grateful for Lift Fitness and the wonderful trainers. I have been going to the over 50 weight training class three days a week for several months now. I'm 65 and was a bit apprehensive about whether or not I was capable of keeping up. Fitness trainer Kathleen is so encouraging, helpful and knowledgeable that she empowered me to push me past self imposed limits. I feel so much stronger now and general well being is better then it has been in many years! The classes are very challenging but Kathleen is very aware of people's personal limitation and will adjust exercises to accommodate anyone who has knee, back or other problems. I honestly hate to miss a class and recommend it to anyone wanting to challenge and change their fitness, strength and balance!!!

    I am now 2 months into my fitness journey at Lift Fitness so I thought it would be a good time to write a review. I came to Lift Fitness looking for a personal trainer that could help me rediscover fitness, and move me towards a more active and fit lifestyle while also working around my injuries. After my initial visit with Shannon, i knew that i had found the right place. Shannon put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. After an initial assessment I was ready get started. I was initially set up with Jason, he did an wonderful job at building helping me up my general strength while being mindful of my injuries. I now work out with Jessie & Reece who are both amazing trainers with great knowledge. The studio area is very clean & they take COVID precautions seriously. If you’re looking for personal training in a private setting, give them a try!

    Shannon and her team at Lift Fitness are consummate professionals. They work with their clients to develop a personal program that is both challenging and achievable. Whether you are looking for strengthening, conditioning or improving balance and flexibility, Lift will pair you with a trainer to help you meet your goals. I have lived with lower back problems since my early twenties and can honestly say that Lift Fitness has played a primary role in helping me develop a more pain free life. I cannot recoomend Lift strongly enough. As a smaller fitness company you will find the personal attention and support to help you achieve your fitness and/or lifestyle goals.
