I LOVE Hannam! The prices can be quite high for milk but everything else is pretty reasonable. Sometimes the fruit is questionable (I found a rotting lime) so make sure you check everything. I prefer Hannam over Urban Fare (on Alberni) because Urban Fare has super high quality but also very very high prices so Hannam is my go to for urgent grocery items. My favourite things to buy are Korean products that I may need in a pinch such as their bulgogi marinade (although it’s way cheaper if you go to Sungiven), tofu (there is a square box soft tofu that is terrible don’t get that one; it came out firm like it was previously frozen), sliced frozen meats and specialty products like gochujang, strawberry milk and banana milk. They also sell a kimchi that Koreans love. I really like that there are three cashiers which keeps the line short and that you can sign up for Hannam deals (they text you) and a loyalty point system. Once you hit a certain amount you get $1 off lol. It’s not much really but I guess it’s better than nothing haha. Anyway, despite some random questionable fruit/tofu issues, everything here is great. Highly recommended if you need last minute Asian groceries and ingredients downtown. Lastly, there is FREE parking in the alley underground! It’s free if you park in the right spots, no validation needed.

Korean supermarket which sells variety from K-snack, ready to eat food, range of meat (some are ready to cook Korean BBQ meat). To be honest, it’s a lil pricy.

Terrible customer service. I've purchased a cookware about a week ago. Brand new, still in the original box. Called the customer service to make sure if I could return it because I bought it last Sunday. The answer was NO because Saturday was the 7th day from the purchase date and I was one day late according to their 7days return policy. She was trying to educate me without even listening to me. Clearly didn't know how to handle unhappy customer. I even asked her if I can exchange for groceries but her answer was that I can only exchange to another cookware. I've never heard anything so ridiculous. I called H-Mart downtown to ask their return policy for cookwares. The person said "just bring it back anytime", regardless their return policy. I wasn't trying to return food. Why can't Hannam be more flexible like H-Mart and hire someone who know how to deal with customers better? You just lost a customer by poor service. I will never go back there again!

Good Korean market in the heart of downtown, its got free underground parking, which makes it accessible for those with cars. Although it is relatively small, its got most of the Korean goods & prepared foods that you would need for daily cooking. Their produce section isnt the freshest, but you get by it if you absolutely need it.

It is a Korean grocery store that sells exactly the same things that Korean supermarkets do. It's conveniently located in the middle of Vancouver. Also, Korean staff there were kind. I recommend this place if you're looking for some good Korean stuff.

It's a pretty good place to grab authentic Korean ingredients. It is my neighborhood must-visit for all things Korean. I like the fish balls, beef galbi, in-house kimchi, and sometimes I get hard to find vegetables like okra and various greens.

Was a little tricky to find at first, it’s located on the second floor, staircase is to the left of the flower shop on Robson Street. Small grocery store with a good selection of specialty Korean products. Quite a few to-go and prepared meals available too. Decent prices for fresh produce as well, I believe some of it is locally sourced. Decent amout of snacks and small selection of face and skin care.

Surprisingly well-stocked and reasonably priced little supermarket given the size. Managed to find even esoteric items there. Also found they had the best-priced face masks at $0.99 each. Staff are very friendly too. Can't complain.

Very clean and we kept store. Clear isles and no worries of moving around things. Staff were very friendly and polite, helpful too. Great to see such a variety of foods all in one place. Would definitely come back if we are in this area of the mainland again.

If you are looking for some korean ingredients, i recommend this place. This place is well organized and also staffs are kind and friendly. Furthermore, it has a deli section and you can get fresh and delicious korean foods. Especially, if you go there on weekends, you have a chance to buy things for reasonable and affordable price.

This is the only place in Vancouver that sells seaweed rice topping. Not crowded in the morning. It’s the Korean T&T! It has so much variety of meat! This place has potential since it focuses on Japanese & Korean goods.

Products are fresh and price is low! They also have very affordable korean food and deli here. I am amazed the sashimi salad. Portion size is big but maybe the lowest price in town.

It has been several months(or even more) that I’ve seen this guys working at this place. This tall guy usually works on weekdays afternoon around closing time( I usually go there after work). This guy always with his phone specially when he is at cashier counter. While I’m checking out his eyes always on his phone. This wasn’t not the first time. I talked to other employees already but this guy never change. Someone in charge of this location needs to do something about this situation. I’m pretty sure I am not the only one who complains about this guy. I saw some people were complaining about this guy too. The guy watching webtoon or playing game while customer is paying. I think, working at a market is part of customer service right? I do not expect luxury customer service. I just want to see basic etiquette from him. PLEASE DO EDUCATE YOUR EMPLOYEE.

Great Westend find. Korean store and has mostly Korea goods. It does have the staples eggs, milk, bread, raw meats, seafood, butter, fruits, vegetables etc If you are up for exploring, there are so many things to try. There are marinated meats, all the ingredient in a tray to just dump into a pot, a wide variety of frozen dumplings, ice cream and Popsicles. Korean style ham hocks, pickles, kimchi, etc It is a good store located in between the two big grocery chains.

I love Hannam brand Kimchi, it’s very hard to find a kimchi that does not add rice or corn

You can find a lot of Korean products. Maybe a little bit overprice but definitely good quality and location in the middle of Robson Street

This place is small but it’s packed with all sorts of Korean food and goodies. I actually prefer Hannam over the other supermarket that starts with an “H”. The cashier ladies are always super sweet and friendly. Always look forward to going grocery shopping here!

Hannam's always been my No.1 favourite Korean grocery. Robson location has decent set of cooked foods although there are less options as compared to the Lougheed location, but considering the size of its kitchen and store, that's a great peformance. Lougheed store is huge and Ronson is pretty tiny. Robson store's got hot food, cold food, kimchi - ready to serve, and a decent selection of frozen food. They fit everything in a tiny store.👍 A doggo awaiting the owner is a bonus.

I stumbled upon this place whilst out on robson one day. The daily servings of Kimbop is truly a wonderful snack! I should really come back more often

Nice little Korean market on robson street. They offer a nice selection of foods and products. I personally love the fried chicken wings.

Hannam used to make the best tasty kimchi in town, price used to be 19.99 special then 22.99 and now 29.99 . Price increase which is fine BUT the flavor and the taste changed, lack of fish sauce and the sweetness. Extremely disappointed

Great place for Korean groceries, its small but has most basic items. Good prices and they have a decent premade sushi and other Korean ready to eat items. Also has the usual meats needed for making Korean dishes.

Been shopping here for years and when I took my store coupon they told me it’s expired. Why even provide after purchase coupons when it expires so soon sounds like a gimmick. Also selections of vegetables and meat product is quite limited and products are limited compared to hmart on Robson. Staffs need to speak better English as they seem like just International students getting away with poor English.
