particular
franchise
can
no
longer
deliver
consistently
hot
or
even
warm
product.
They
are
deceitful.
This
is
not
an
indictment
of
their
corporate
headquarters,
or
other
franchises,
just
the
Guildford
Mall
franchise.
-
Just
saying,
I
learned
how
to
cook
pizza
in
school.
Worked
in
a
pizza
take-out.
Prepared
pizza,
delivered
pizza,
ate
quite
a
bit
of
pizza,
all
while
listening
to
AM
radio.
-
Have
been
eating
here
once
or
twice
a
week
for
some
time.
-
Earlier
this
year
it
was
$2.75
for
a
slice
of
feast
pizza,
it
is
now
$3.50.
After
the
latest
increase,
they
no
longer
display
prices
adjacent
to
the
product.
One
must
look
below
the
"warmer"/display
case,
where
they
are
obvious
only
to
a
baby
sitting
in
a
stroller.
Sad,
but
true.
-
Alternatively,
you
can
check
their
flashing
overhead
screen
each
time
you
visit,
waiting
and
watching
to
see
what
the
new
slice
price
is.
-
Really
don't
mind
paying
the
price
increases,
just
don't
serve
cold
or
lukewarm
pizza
slices.
Some
free
advice
follows:
-
Don't
turn
your
back
on
the
customer
when
he/she
is
making
a
valid
complaint,
even
if
their
race
is
different
from
yours.
You
are
the
manager
of
the
franchise,
try
to
be
professional.
-
Don't
blame
the
customer
for
not
recognizing
the
price
increases.
Make
the
prices
obvious
before
the
customer
orders,
like
last
week.
-
Don't
blame
the
customer
when
the
pizza
is
not
warm,
your
staff
said
it
had
just
come
out
of
the
oven,
or
that
it
would
be
warmed
adequately
before
they
served
it.
-
Good
luck
with
your
attitude
and
franchise.
Hopefully
you
have
the
humility
to
recognize
that
both
of
these
need
some
improvement.
-
When/if
the
service
here
improves,
I
recommend
the
Veggie
Feast
with
pineapple.
There
is
still
relative
value
in
their
menu,
the
issues
are
warmth
and
service.
