Cheap and convenient. Got the classic combo for $6.36 w/ tax. The pizza isn't horrible. Can't really expect much from food court pizza. What brought the stars down is the Pepsi. A pet peeve of mine...when servers don't wait for the carbon fizz to go down. If you plan on giving that much sell it as a small. You're cheaping out the customer.

I wish I could give zero star for this store and their rude staffs and management. I ordered a extra large chicken BBQ pizza without bacon, first time they give me a wrong pizza , I returned next time the Indian guy (jazz) he was very rude gave me a raw , uncooked pizza which the chicken was totally raw .

Been there for the first time and found it to be just an average pizza, nothing so exciting about it. The server( sardar Ji) was courteous. the cashier lady was just thinking about the money, not the customer Lol. overall I am just NOT impressed.

I understand it was me not being observant and attentive but one of worker at this store charged me 29.12 dollars for 4 slices of pizza And I got to know about this when I reached home and checked my account. Absolute worst fresh slice in the country. The same staff are here everyday and they are completely incompetent. They skip people in line, priorities certain people over others, are very slow and do not care about their jobs. The pizza is subpar compared to the vast majority of freshslices I've been to. Always out of the same pizzas and don't have a proper system it seems for making them.

Have had okay luck with the pizza... but the customer service at the Guildford mall location SUCKS. They don't acknowledge you when you walk up, I stood there in three separate occasions (not going to be a fourth), for almost 5 minutes before I was acknowledged and there was NO ONE else waiting or being served. Also, extremely rude employees - none of them are friendly, they look like they are being held against their will to work. They do not like their jobs. It is obvious. Don't take it out on the customer. It's a good thing the brand name of the pizza sells itself, because it certainly wouldn't sell with the current staff behind the counter alone.

We always come here at this location to order Pizza. As always they have the worse customer service. But I don’t mind it as long as they give me the order right. But today I really can’t hold it, the lady that serve me I was so nice to her and she looks so irritated when I correct my order because she did not get it right. And I was still ok with that. But when I asked here an extra plate. She put my change on the plate. And ask her, if she think what she did is clean and sanitary. And she said yes it is clean. Unbelievable please whoever manage this location you better get your employee do there job properly this kind of behaviour is unacceptable!

Poor service . Uncooperative staff just messsing up with orders . Wait time was more than 40 minutes just for one medium pizza. They don’t even know how to talk with customers (poor customer service ) .

Bad Bad Bad Staff…Extremely Rude and Discourteous Staff.The Pizza was half cooked, smelly, the Coke was flat and when we informed them they said you already sipped so we can’t do much. -This particular franchise can no longer deliver consistently hot or even warm product. They are deceitful. This is not an indictment of their corporate headquarters, or other franchises, just the Guildford Mall franchise. - Just saying, I learned how to cook pizza in school. Worked in a pizza take-out. Prepared pizza, delivered pizza, ate quite a bit of pizza, all while listening to AM radio. - Have been eating here once or twice a week for some time. - Earlier this year it was $2.75 for a slice of feast pizza, it is now $3.50. After the latest increase, they no longer display prices adjacent to the product. One must look below the "warmer"/display case, where they are obvious only to a baby sitting in a stroller. Sad, but true. - Alternatively, you can check their flashing overhead screen each time you visit, waiting and watching to see what the new slice price is. - Really don't mind paying the price increases, just don't serve cold or lukewarm pizza slices. Some free advice follows: - Don't turn your back on the customer when he/she is making a valid complaint, even if their race is different from yours. You are the manager of the franchise, try to be professional. - Don't blame the customer for not recognizing the price increases. Make the prices obvious before the customer orders, like last week. - Don't blame the customer when the pizza is not warm, your staff said it had just come out of the oven, or that it would be warmed adequately before they served it. - Good luck with your attitude and franchise. Hopefully you have the humility to recognize that both of these need some improvement. - When/if the service here improves, I recommend the Veggie Feast with pineapple. There is still relative value in their menu, the issues are warmth and service.

Sales associates are always rude!!! They'd ask what you like then makes a face. This happens everytime. Today the order is simple, "2 each of the classic to make 8", one associate looked at me with one eyebrow raised while the other raised her voice asking me to tell them which one?! 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ was i wrong?! They'd make you feel you're stupid.. i just kept my calm and smiled at them but a smile doesn't seem to work with them. The owner/manager should review how they interact with customers.

Quality is good according to the prices. I eat there pizza a lot from different locations. Today, me and my friend went to the Guildford mall location, food was the same as expected but the service was horrible. The cashier was too rude, she didn’t care about us. Worst customer service ever. Ordered pizza to pick up but had to wait 30 minutes then expected the time. Today I ordered pizzas with white sauce.But they gave us wrong pizza with red sauce. I called and explained everything that happened. I asked please give me the correct one with white sauce. The Employee said you can pick it up but you have to bring the old pizza as well. Guilford location is far away from my house, I have to pick it up after one day and I mentioned it to the employee, but still she said make sure bring your old pizza. I was not sure on in-person pickup order. My experience is pretty bad with online order and delivery. Staffs don't communicate on any delays. You will have to call them and follow up if there is a delay. No professional service can be expected with them. This happened to me for more number of times. Awful, ordered online. Pizzas were ready when we got there but had to wait in 10 minute line up of other people ordering slices. No point in ordering ahead. Pizza looks like no effort was made to even try to make it to standard

I ordered two boxes of pizza 16 slices in total, to go! Some of the pizza were cold because the guy that served me did not put it in the oven and re-heat it! Bad service! They served cold pizza because it was to go!? I literally checked it there and touched the pizza it was cold like it was sitting on the room temp for a while! I think they should serve pizza hot even if it’s for take out!

Worst service. There was a girl named Harry. She was so rude. First she was serving me cold slice and wasn’t expecting it to be cold. Then when I asked her for fountain drink she provided me 250ml glass which is definitely not what I get from other stores and charged me $1 and said it was non refillable. Than I asked her for garlic sauce she refused to add it on the top saying it is unsafe to do so. Whereas in Joyce station fresh slice do provide everything.

If you like cold pizza and flat pop this is your spot, been here many times and every time I have to ask them to reheat the slice 3 maybe more times because they don't leave it in long enough and I get a grumpy look because I asked for longer time and they throw it in for literally 10 more seconds, also seen them stack a pizza onto of another pizza that was cooking and the pizza touched a gross black part of the oven, the pop is also practically flat just tastes like syrup and water, don't think ill be back for a while hopefully this review can change their idea of serving customers cold pizza and flat pop. Other than that its pizza its good lol this location just isn't the best.

Nice choices of pizza but my recent visit wasn't so good. I ordered medium pizza but unfortunately it wasn't cooked well. The dough was raw. Please make sure that this won't happen again.

I went to order a pizza and I politely asked the guy working there to use different tongues and he nodded but ended up using the same ones. I asked him at cash again and said sorry if I’m being annoying but I noticed you used the same tongues and he replied “I don’t have time for this so if you want to order do it now” or something along those lines. That’s honestly very disrespectful and I’ll never come here again along with my friends. All I did was request clean tongues that were right beside the dirty one he picked up. Do better if you want good loyal customers.

The staff isn't honest. They lie on the food delivery apps saying that food is ready but in fact the order is still being prepared. They do that to keep their score good and lie to us. I had to wait for 5 mins even after they say it's ready for pick up.

Literally terrible experience of my life🤮👎I was there in line to order pizza, I think they are kinda blind because they wasn’t able to see from where the line start. And the girl who was attending at 6:55pm doesn’t know how to behave she didn’t even acknowledge that I was in the line and she starts from another customer who was starting line from different side. Awful service😐 the girl was really rude💩 They don’t know how to behave with customer or how to attend them, there isn’t any chance that I can expect the good service from them👎👎👎

There was a girl on the counter who offered me free house ranch just to review their stor by a QR CODE. I got agreed but the weird thing she asked me to see my phone what rating I gave. So she said I can only give you ranch if you have us 5 star in each section ha ha . Isn’t it kinda funny . Girl you can not buy my review with ranch I can pay for it .😀😀

We were told to wait 10 mins but we waited for 30 mins!! I understand that it gets busy but it doesn’t take 30 mins to get 4 slices of pizza, on top of that every time I’d ask how long they’d ignore us. If possible I’d give zero stars.

Can't speak for the service and atmosphere of the actual place since I've only ordered from them through Uber Eats but this Fresh Slice location is probably the best one in terms of the food. Ordered multiple times and it's always been consistent quality. Compared to other Fresh Slice locations, they're generous with the toppings and make sure everything is well-placed and evenly presented. Just wish they were open later but that's only because they have the same hours of the mall.
