Absolutely love this pizza place. It has my favourite pizza of all time, the Mediterranean, and many other options that I love. There are many great vegetarian options available. The garlic sauce is a must as it is some of the best I have had; a little goes a long way. The chocolate cake from here is also divine! I always recommend this place if you’re looking for really good pizza. The prices are so worth what you get.

This location particularly has amazing staff. Family run business and you can tell they care about all the details. From the moment you order until the pizza arrives on your table staff are great. Pizza is 10/10 for sure Always fresh and tasty!! Keep up the good work!

If you are pizza lovers, definitely recommended to try this amazing restaurant. We were there for lunch with family and ordered one chicken pesto and one meat lovers. Both were fine cooked and seasoned. Only thing I need to mention is meat lovers was a little bit too oily. Also, customer service was excellent.

One of the best in the Lower Mainland! The pizza was perfect. Awesome crust, lots of fresh toppings, and the large was HUGE! Customer service was great as well. We had the Works and the Toscana and both were excellent. Will definitely be back.

Very good Pizza place sort of tucked out of the way by the hospital and medical centre building's definitely would recommend! Authentic Neapolitan Pizza cooked in a stone brick oven. We tried there chicken pesto slices they were freshly made nice and warm had those while we were waiting for our large half pizza we ordered a half Hawaiian and half Capricciosa both halves were delicious. There pizza isn't greasy and the crust on the pizza is a delicious and light doh not to crispy just right. Had a tiramisu for desert that they make which was delicious. I hope to be back again to try something new next time.

Discovered this hidden gem when I was at the Surrey Central Urgent Care 🤣, I tried three pizzas so far, both takeout and delivery: 1⃣️ Oceanside Pizza: 🍕🍕🍕 My mom’s favourite, creamy and fresh with seafood, topped with arugula. A bit salty to my taste and generous amount of scallop. Where are the shrimps??? 2⃣️Truffle Mushroom Pizza: 🍕🍕🍕🍕 I have to say this is pretty yummy! Not so salty, the mushroom is tender and fresh. Although I think Virtuous Pie has the best mushroom pizza, but Captain’s Oven is closer and I enjoying their mushroom pizza! 3⃣️Tuna Pizza: 🍕🍕 This order was completely ruined by my Uber driver, however, I am still very disappointed at the pizza itself. For over $26, I was expecting to be fresh tuna chunks but it’s canned tuna. Very salty and fishy, not really my taste. I will not order again. Overall I enjoy this little pizza place, there are so many other flavours and I am excited to try them!

Went there try the chicken brazilian pizza (frango catupiry) only but I want to try others now. The pizza was great, thin dough and good seasoning - just like the one we can have in Brazil :) The cashier was friendly and the service was fast. Be aware that they don't have lots of tables, but the space has a nice vibe.

Delicious upscale pizza in the mall. The pizza crust was light, fluffy and crispy. It was cooked in a large pizza oven. The pizza was nice with or without the delicious garlic sauce they provide. The dessert pizza's crust was a little hard in places which took away from the experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have great recommendations and are attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere is open with a modern twist.

I ordered 2 slices of margherita for $7.50ish, which is a bit too much, in my opinion. It was reheated until hot which was nice but it lacked flavour. The crust did not taste nor feel authentic. Customer service was friendly. It was my first time there and nobody in the line knew where to line up (out the interior door) or order, and kept asking me. Once we got inside, people shuffled around to get out of each other's way. Mediocre pizza. Lots of good reviews though so I may return to try a different menu item, a freshly made pizza this time.

Bit more on the expensive side and there can be a bit of a long wait, especially if the place is busy so call in ahead of time. The pizza itself is amazing, service is great & the pizzas are a decent size. Not a lot of pizza places in Surrey like Captain Oven's

Really nice pizza, thin crust baked in a oven. Little on the pricy end but if you want good quality pizza with premium ingredients then this is the place to go.

Goto place for our Pizza Cravings. We are fans of minimal toppings maximum flavour and they fulfill that so well. The servers are very humble and really positive vibes here! We ordered a Make your own Pizza with Chicken,Mushroom,Tomato sauce , Mozzarella and Grana Padano. The pizza was so flavourful and delicious. The chicken was soft and well cooked and the crust was nice and crunchy. Also don’t miss their garlic sauce(IT IS SOOO DAMN GOOD!) A must visit!

Tried the Pancetta pizza and Ferrero Rocher dessert pizza. The pancetta pizza was incredible, everything I want on a pizza! Their garlic sauce is really good too. Huge selection on their menu. The location is a little small, but I hope the community can continue supporting them so that they can keep growing! Even a food delivery driver saw how good the pizzas looked and got pizza himself :)

We’ve been here a few times now. I love the quality and authentic Neopolitan style thin crust pizza baked in a brick oven. Going for something new we tried the Toscana this time. It did not disappoint. The garlic dip is also a lovely bonus. We brought the freshly made pie to Bear Creek park since it was such a beautiful day. Couldn’t have had a better match. Great pizza and great staff. Thanks Captain’s Oven!

Pretty solid pizza! Just moved to the area so I'm really glad this place is nearby. Thin crust neoplitan style. Crust is delicious. We had prosciutto arugula..we will try as many different kinds as possible lol I wish you guys were at king George station instead of fresh slice..

Update: We revisted the restaurant today and we had half mushroom truffle & half mexicana picante. We ordered it togo for a little date to enjoy at the beach during sunset. The pizza was honestly so delicious. The mushrooms in the mushroom truffle pizza was very meaty and the truffle taste was quite prominent, the arugula was perfect for a slight bitterness in contract to the sweetness from the balsamic. This was definitely our favorite! The mexicana picante was well balanced and not too heavy. I enjoyed being able to taste the spicy chorizo (sliced into disc) and the pickled jalapeños had the perfect kick. Would definitely recommend this restaurant for their quality of product and customer service. Thank you for having us back again (: Workers are very polite and friendly. The crust on the pizza was thin, but I wish it was more charred and had some smokiness from the oven. The pizza we got was a half and half of their popular flavors; Frango Catupiry & Pizza Portuguese. Unfortunately, either of the flavors were for us, and it was over $40. I'm sure if we had something different it would have been delicious!

My boyfriend and I have been loyal customers to this place for some time now. It is one of the best pizzas I have ever had in metro Vancouver. Our favourites are Ocean Side Pizza and their new Fisherman’s Catch Pizza. I always add a couple of extra toppings to the pizzas too. Their oyster mushrooms are truly out of this world, would highly recommend trying! The staffs are very friendly too.

Excellent experience! We loved so much that we had to get an extra one to go. We ordered one Frango com Catupiry for inside and a half Calabrese and half Portuguese to go. The garlic sauce was a perfect extra touch. Customer service was fantastic. We will most definitely be back!

Amazing service and delicious pizza. We had the pizza Portuguese and the Oceanside and was great! I highly recommend it and we’ll be going back there.

Pizza crust was perfect, the wood burning oven can be noticed instantly in flavor. Staff was nice and prompt. My slices were not perfect however, as they were colder then I like on the reheat. So cheese was not soft. I will retry later perhaps. As the basics were there for a great slice at a respectable cost

Last night we had a pleasure of trying some of the Captains favourites. My husband said that frango pizza brought back so many memories of Brazil. And I absolutely loved my vegan pepperoni pizza. The cheese was lovely and well melted and pepperoni full of flavour. As per owners recommendation, we also tried eggplant zucchini with added red peppers and caramelized onions. Wow, this is going to be my go to from now on!

It was our first time here. Awesome pizzas. Must try the chef special white sauce. I am surly gonna be a regular here. Must try chef’s special vegetarian pizza.

I came here without much thought but I was so amazed at how delicious the pizza was. My girlfriend and I ordered the capricciosa and the prosciutto arugula thinking we wouldn't be able to finish it but we did. The service was top notch as well. 10/10 recommend!

I spent a few days visiting the hospital and this place was a beacon in the dark. I would rank it right up there with emilio finattis. Fesh amazing ingredients and cooked with flame the way pizza was meant to be, In an authentic stone brick oven. Anyone who complains about the price doesn't appreciate the time and effort they put in these pies. And having homemade desserts is the cherry on top 🤌🇮🇹🍕

Always preferred the Neapolitan preparation compared to so many other types/Style. Recently had the pleasure to dine at the "Captain's Oven" in Surrey. The Pizza was Excellent right from the moment you take a bite to finish, the service was prompt, courteous and met my expectations. The restaurant was well maintained and clean. Great pizza. I had the Alfredo Potato pizza and it tasted so fresh and had interesting flavours. Came with great garlic sauce. The staff were also quite friendly and helpful, and quite a few regulars came in while I was there (and were greeted by name). 10/10 would eat here again.

VIP service, super polite and attentive staff. Tasty pizzas and comfort food. Approved location!
