    Never trust this place. As an 18 year old girl, my family and I are shocked at how badly this company tried to take advantage of me. I went in for a small oil leak that I was wanting to be fixed before I was going on a road trip. They charged me $370 for the diagnostic to tell me I had an oil leak that I literally came in telling them was there… This resulted in a $1900 repair cost as well, me not knowing much about how servicing on a car works I paid what I needed to pay and went home. My dad was infuriated when I told him what happened and he ended up getting $160 back from the $2400 bill. I got my car fixed, started driving home and the check engine light comes on. Nice. I brought it back to them which I never should have done. They then CHARGED ME for the repair for the mistake THEY MADE. Not only that but I’ve been out of a car for 3 days because they don’t have loaners. I work in dealership myself and cannot believe they can just take peoples cars for unknown periods of time and not give them anything in the meantime, so unbelievably inconvenient especially considering how poor the communication was throughout the entire process. Please go to a different dealership, take the extra 10 minute drive and save yourself a lot of money and headache. *update* after myself, my mother and my father all spoke with the manager, he finally decided to not charge me for the repairs from the problem they caused! It only took me threatening to call Ford Canada and the VSA.

    Spent a few weeks dealing with multiple dealerships trying to find a new Mach E that was available right away and not “in transit” and 2-20 weeks away. Most would play the game of not giving any information unless I came down to the showroom in person first. Or when I asked about matching prices I got the story of “I need my managers approval who needs the owner’s approval so come down and help me put pressure on them”………… I decided to give Titanium Ford a try even though their advertised price was not the cheapest because I did have a good experience with the service department many years ago and found them to be honest. I got in contact with the sales person Hershey and he went above and beyond trying to help me. I got a call from him within 15-30min of filling out the form online. He went over every model, colour and option package of what was available on the lot and stayed after hours to go over every question I had including reviewing the window stickers line by line. The next day he sent me a personalized YouTube video showing me everything we discussed the previous evening and inviting me to come down but was not pushy at all. Gave him a call to talk about price and was at his desk a few hours later Negotiations were quick, easy and most importantly transparent and honest. Only issue was I was not prequalified for the best rate. One of the finance managers who goes by Fluffy came out talked things over and assured me that if I gave him until the end of the long weekend he could fix everything for me and save me money. He ended up getting me the premium extended range for the same payments the other dealer was trying to get me to sign for the standard range …. Except he got the same bi-weekly payments on a 6 year term not 7. Saving me well over $10,000 over the life of the loan. Because of him I get to drive a brand new premium EV for what a civic + gas would cost me.

    Have owned Lexus only for the last 20 years, but was interested in the new Mustang Mach E GT Performance Edition. Factory ordered one from Kal, took delivery a week ago, and could not be happier. The dealer experience was even better than Lexus, and that is saying something. Highly recommend this dealer !

    Only after been thru so many dealers, I realized a honest and sincere business does exist here. I was being way too careful thinking they would do trick like other shops do. But they were clear and straight forward. I got the nice trade-in $, and my new baby, I'm satisfied! Thanks for Rick' service. This is recommended!

    I had a great time today buying a new ford F150 . Ali sajadi my salesman very professional showed me all the features in the car and I’m very pleased to be owning such a great deal .. staff was also very friendly specially Rich and Erfan (sales managers ) Avinash ( insurance advisor) Mark ( finance manager) thanks to all team 😀

    That car I purchased from douglas!! He is very nice person!! I highly recommend this person. Many dealership force me to buy or don’t let me leave same day. But he is very nice guy. Go talk with douglas!! All finance teams also nice as well.

    I just purchased a used vehicle from Titanium Ford, with Rick Singh helping us through the transaction. Rick and the rest of the Titanium Ford team were extremely helpful and treated us fairly throughout the process. I was especially impressed with how organized everyone was.     Just recently bought a 2018 440i GC from these guys absolutely phenomenal service. The sales representative Ali really helped me out in making sure the paperwork gets done with no problem super fast and efficient. Thankyou so much Titanium ford.

    I got a NISSAN ALTIMA from Titanium Ford and i was helped by Raymond every thing was done very good and after one month brakes got problem and i reached to Raymond he got booked me a service check appointment and i was given ride back to my home, in 5 hours i got call that both rears brakes have been changed and car is ready to pickup and i was charged nothing. Best customer service!!

    Douglas at Titanium Ford was great at communicating with me to help me buy my first car that was not 20+ years old. I had done my research and I knew what I wanted. I did not have time to go all over the place to check out different vehicles. I gave him my budget and he found exactly what I was looking for within the parameters of my budget. He was not a pushy salesman. He simply delivered exactly what I was looking for within a day or two of speaking with him. He has a kind laugh, he was personable, knowledgeable, efficient, honest and straight up no B.S. I would trust him and recommend him to anyone looking to buy a newer, used vehicle.

    Bought a defender with Jas, the full buying process is easy and straightforward. We’re from out of province so have a lot of question about the car.     I knew what I was looking for and the team found the car and built the deal to suit my needs. Jerome and the sales team were awesome, Tavi in finance was also great. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire deal and even let me take the car on an extended test drive before we signed paper. Amazing hospitality from all staff here, car was detailed perfectly before delivery, service has also been super helpful. If I could give 6 stars these guys earned it!

    Titanium told me 2 hours for service, and it was 2 hours! I Couldn’t believe it! They were very accommodating also, as I needed to work from the shop while the truck was being serviced, they gave me a desk and everything! The staff was excellent; very friendly, helpful, and left me to do my work in peace. I definitely recommend Titanium Ford.

    Paul was very friendly and not your average car sales man, not pushy at all. He treated us as if we were family. As well as Dave in the finance department, he was able to work some magic and in the end we were able to get my father a reliable vehicle at the right cost. Definitely check these guys out.

    Taking advantage of consumer is worst thing for a business. Tried to sell a car above MRSP understanding that we need a car, BEWARE consumers they will throw cheap tricks to make money. Never ever going to suggest anyone FORD brand.

    Titanium Ford Service Department has been the absolute worst, most frustrating Service Department I have EVER encountered. If I could give these clowns ZERO STARS I would. Or better yet, negative stars. I wish I could get back the hours I have spent on hold with this lemon of a Non-service Department. My plan is to make a formal complaint to their General Manager, Dealer Principal and Ford Canada about their dismal performance.

    I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone. I traded in my vehicle and got an excellent trade in value for my previous vehicle and got set up with a new vehicle at an excellent price. The whole team from the sales rep, Jem, to the manager, Ali, to the finance manager, Dave were kind and courteous and went above and beyond every step of the way. After having bad experiences at numerous other dealerships, I will only be going to the Surrey Titanium Ford dealership going forward.

    This service is getting worse, last time I brought my family car Ford Edge to change summer tires to winter ones, and I got my car back with 45 psi in each tire instead of 35, as it suppose to be. Waited 25 minutes more to get it fixed. Today brought my pick up Ford F150 to make some Ford motocompany recall, and asked them to fix my left light, it was bolted. After receiving back my truck, realized, this light was fixed, not shaking anymore, but light doesn't work itself, before it worked. So, lost 1 hour my working time, and still waiting when it's going to be fixed. Very angry and dissapointed

    They have an excellent team over there at Hallmark Ford. I just drove away in my new car. From the beginning, they were kind, easy to deal with, courteous, and most importantly for me when it comes to dealerships, they were not pushy. They want what's best for you and your family. The sales agent, Sean is a solid dude, and someone you can really relate to. Sales managers Cam and Dan are equally as solid and very professional. If you're looking for a new or used car, get a hold of the team over at Hallmark.

    I continue to use hallmark service strictly because of Floyd. After horrible experience at a different dealership with the purchase of an f150 I lost all respect for Ford. Floyd has since restored that faith. He is easy to get along with, has no problem explaining issues in different ways so they make sense. He doesn't gouge or push unwanted services. He is friendly and respectful and always follows thru with what he promises. Although I don't think I'll ever purchase another ford, I will continue to follow Floyd wherever he may go until I'm ready to replace my vehicle. Hallmark take note and make sure you keep Floyd happy as he is an incredibly valuable human.

    Last week I purchased a new 2020 Ford Fusion from Hallmark Ford. The sales representative was Paul Cho. Paul provided excellent service. He took the time to explain everything about the car.     Ask for Ulyssies Lima by name he’s the best got me into a beautiful F-150 lariat with no credit and low payments with the best rate in financing! Got me the truck within a day and only spent a hour or so at the dealership. If your busy he is the guy to go see! Not to mention he is great to deal with he really takes care of you!

    I recently purchased a vehicle from Titanium Ford. The service was amazing. Every person there was attentive to my being there. After a non-rushed discussion, a vehicle was recommended that I never considered. The vehicle is in perfect condition and runs like a dream. It was a better suggestion than I was planning to purchase. The salespeople Ulyssies Lima and Agnes Wnek went to some extreme lengths, faced some challenges that tailored a plan suited to my financial situation without compromising my current stability. I was in doubt about my approval beforehand, and certainly glad I decided to see if my application would be accepted. Not only did I qualify, but he helped me set up with a financial advisor and trustee to assist in a more stable financial future. This helps me ensure the loan will be met with little risk or difficulty. I am still in shock to be honest. There is no lack of recognition and recommendations with this company. I watched how other customers were addressed as well. This company genuinely cares about everyone’s circumstances, and treats all with compassion.

    I bought a brand new Ford Lightning for work and after only a month and a week into owning it I had battery problems that required fixing. It has now been there for a month and a half with no repairs done on it and zero timeline or communication as to when the parts will arrive. In addition to that they felt a compact size car from enterprise would be a sufficient substitute for a pickup truck I use for work so I’m paying $20 out of pocket daily to be in an “upgraded” rental (a wrangler) on top of the payments for a truck I’m unable to drive. I have called in several times for updates with no real answers and also called Ford Canada as suggested by them to only get the same run around. Due to my experience and lack of any kind of care toward the situation I’ve been put in as a result of this I would not recommend Titanium Ford to anyone
