We had a terrible customer experience today. To begin with the person in the store is not at all welcoming. Not willing to explain anything.A very pathetic customer service. Second we order two thin crust pizzas (pics attached) one of them was very hard like a biscuit. And the size was also very small compared to the other. So after we came home we opened it to our disappointment. But we thought we should get a explanation for the quality and size so we head back to the store. This time there is another person at the store and she looked at our pizza and said there is nothing wrong with it. Even after saying that the crust is like a biscuit she said that's how thin crust is. I am very disappointed by the way the people at the store received and interacted with the customer. Such a shame that a pizza chain franchise is not willing to hold to the standards of the parent company.

amazing compared to the other freshslice in Guildford mall. In this one they add lots of toppings and the staff are really nice 👍. The pizza actually tastes fresh and this pizza restaurant definitely will leave your tongue asking for more.

This is the worst location of Fresh slice pizza. The cheese pizza tasted bad, and their service is horrible.I did pizza order today for my daughter and her class mate ,and when I went to pick up the order, the store gave my order by mistake to someone else who opened my boxes and then returned them. They man in the store put the boxes again in the side to sell them for me.l was in the store in that time. When I told him that he can't do this because of Covid, he became angry, took the boxes, and said "go buy from other store". This was very disappointing. Even one star is too much for their service

The most delicious mouth watering pizza if i had till now from fresh slice pizza is this TAJ SPECIAL PIZZA i got referred by one of my friend when i had this pizza man base is crisp full of topping as you can see in pictures below i request to Fresh Slice management to put this recipe in there menu so everyone can taste it once in life. The Owner Mr. Gill of this store was so nice humble guy always give advice to new customers for customized pizza. I request fresh slice management to add this pizza on all stores so everyone can have it i live in vancouver for this pizza i specially come to this place twice in a week.

Great chain here as they're very attentive and friendly. They dont skimp out on the toppings and cheese unlike some other freshslices I've been to.

We ordered two 12 inch medium thin crust pizza today. The butter chicken pizza was baked well and it was 12 inch, but the other pizza we ordered, was burnt much smaller in size and was crispy with very less toppings. We definitely will not order from this place again and will not recommend to anyone. It was a complete rip off.

Absolutely loved my 1st pizza experience here in Canada with fresh slice. You rarely find any pizza outlet selling pizza slices which is a really great idea as a person like me is usually full in 2 slices and a drink as their combo pack. They have delicious dips too and mine personal favourite is roasted garlic. I highly recommend this place!

We ordered mediterian online arround 2:05. Order 5342. It was under cooked to the point that we could not even eat the base. Very disappointed. I want to upload photos here but it doesn't allow.

Worst location. Ordered an XL pizza with thin crust but never got one. Ordered extra corns never saw so. So disappointed and so bad location and customer service sucks. Wish could give 0 star

This pizza is BAD. I ordered delivery, I live 5 minutes away and it was cold. It was not in a thermal bag, and no sticker to keep my pizza box closed. The delivery driver was the worst I've ever had. I should have ordered from domino's. This place is trash!
