    Just bought earrings a young woman with curly brown hair that works in the beauty department was so nice in helping me find toner as well as earrings for only 25 she was so sweet and thanks to her I found reasonly priced earrings thankyou for you help you are so sweet and helpful

    Big shout-out to the beauty department! I am not really sure about the names of the workers, but there were two ladies. One had black curly hair and one had red hair up in a high bun. Both were super patient and helpful. It was our first time shopping for fragrances and they definitely made the experience a lot more enjoyable. If you were to get fragrances, I would definitely recommend this place 😊

    The staff was friendly and they were willing to help. I always see a staff person stocking up the shelves. The store is clean and organize. I used the self-checkout, and it was easy to use.

    I have been a regular customer for London Drug until having this. Ad experience with one of the sales men called Armaan M as shown on my receipt. I needed samsung tablet for our work urgent.Went to this store at 8 am. Got one as Armaan told me brand new( notice for the manager:no discount and orginal price😂)When I went home it was having Gmail and locked for someone. They returned my money but he kept arguing that he told me it is open box and tried to convince me that he can remove the account from it. I needed a new tablet, if I wanted a used one I could go to market place and get cheaper. The weirdest thing that I asked him if this is the used one’s price what is the brand new? He told me simply: The same😂 They refunded my money thankfully, but I wasted my time and got disturbed too from the argument itself. We have a business and totally recognize that keeping the regular customer satisfied is the most important thing ever in any business.

    Good prices and selection on a lot of different things. Their stereo and computer section is good also. Pleasant shopping experience. You don’t see as many moms with their young brats there. You might find a select few items cheaper at WalMart, but it’s horrible in that place and I avoid it.

    Unethical lady at the lotto place. Was not nice at all seeing us as brown people. Train your staff nicely. It can ruin somebody’s day.

    Bought a bottle shaker that wouldnt scan. Waited for over 15 mins and they couldnt find the barcode and had me wait at customer service and didnt solve the issue. I also wanted the scan code of practice and they wouldn't do that for me either. They couldnt do anything for me and that shows just jow unprofessional they are.

    I have been renewing my insurance at this location, every person I spoke with were helpful except one. I initially called them to ensure she can help me with my issues, she told Me she can. So I asked her what time they’ll open the next day, she said at 0900, good thing I live close by, when I went there the next day, i found out they open at 10am. So obviously the lady didn’t know their time of operation. When I spoke to her (same person over the phone the day before) she said the issue can’t be resolved. I initially told her over the phone if it’s possible to reprint the previous insurance record which expired a few weeks ago, and she said - Yes. Now that I came in person, she said - it’s not doable and have to speak to ICBC, so I left. I called the Lougheed location and the lady was SUPER HELPFUL! Wow she should get a raise! She gave this 1800 number to call and they’re able to email me the copy of my previous insurance. I called the number she gave me and everything went so smoothly!!! The lady at lougheed location obviously is way more knowledgeable and she knows what she’s doing.

    I just want to remind everyone, never buy anything from this London Drugs, because I bought a vacuum cleaner and it broke the next day. I went to customer service to return it, but they actually refused to refund me and said that I needed to go to the vacuum cleaner manufacturer to return it. , the manager of this store also came out and asked the customer service not to return the goods to me. This was the first time I heard of going to the manufacturer to return the goods, so I complained to the London Drugs headquarters, and they directly passed it on to the store manager, who is an old white woman. Very bad attitude! They didn't give me a refund in the end, it's a rubbish company.

    Worst customer service .. apparently they won't exchange an item , if it was a buy 2 get one free . I ve never read that anywhere . The supervisor was rude "APPLE" .. learn how to treat customers or go clean toilets you may be better at that . A good way to lose a customer that spends a lot of money at your store. . London drugs customer service has gone down the toilet .

    I have a book going to a publisher at the end of the month. I need negatives digitized. I go to king George London drugs to get them scaned. I am told they don't do that as he is standing in front of the lab. So I go to to Guildford London Drugs and ask for prememium scan. They tell me they can't do that. Three days later I get my scan and my disc. I ask why I could not get premium. They said I can. Just come back tomorrow. I take my disc home and put it on the computer it is completely blank. Now I have to find a lab somewhere in Vancouver that can scan pictures.

    Great place for snacks sold at more affordable prices than other grocery stores. They got more selection of personal care items as well. It just better than shoppers drug mart. They just need more locations.

    Worst service. I gave my brand-new laptop to these guys for a screen replacement, and these guys actually ruined it. Before the replacement, they inspected my whole laptop to see if it was damaged or not, which it was not. But then they gave me my laptop, damaging it on the left side. My only mistake was that I was in a hurry and didn’t check my laptop on time. If I had checked properly while picking up the laptop, I would have surely complained about it and also gotten a replacement or something else. I will advise the other customers to please ensure that your item is in the same condition as when you gave it to them because they don't know how to handle expensive items.

    Went in yesterday get a gift card for my niece. I didn't see any as I looked around the length of front area. I wanted to ask the staff but they were all engaged at the service counter with their Starbucks drinks in hand and eating oreos. A young lady in a white shirt & a large set of keys on her waist with a rather large Starbucks drink, seemed to be in charge. Another young girl swirled her iced coffee and drank it behind the service counter. Other staff gathered to eat oreos. It was awkward so I just looked for what I needed and used the self checkout. When I couldn't get my gift card to work, I couldn't find anyone to help. I moved to the service counter and the young girl that was supposedly tending to the self checkout was at the counter with another staff. I told her I needed help so she picked up her hand device and did her thing. The male behind the counter was polite enough but I felt like I was interrupting.

    Young woman in photo department needs training in customer service. Store did not respond when called to assist. Very high price on another item I was looking for. Got it elsewhere. Do better.

    I went to take some visa photos with my parents there today. Everyone in the photo department was so helpful and amazing. Alexandra kindly answered all the questions I had about the process. Fuji took time and great care to take good photos for us. I really appreciated his help. Leslie and Joven were very nice too. Thank you to everyone on the photo team for your wonderful service today :)

    When other employee(s) refused to search JUST an empty box for a gift item, "Colleen" and "Apple" came forward to help us. They dedicatedly found the box and packed the item in a bubble wrap. Employees like Colleen & Apple are an Asset for the company/business. Had such a great experience. I urge the management to recognise their efforts so that other employees can learn what CUSTOMER SERVICE exactly is !! Edit: Again went to the store and two more employees named Jazmine and Joanna were really very helpful. Kudos to the team !!!

    The Store Side Staff and Store is very nice. The Pharmacy is extremely busy, the pharmacy assistants seem like they are super confused can't figure our names, numbers it's such a pain getting medicine from here, go to any other pharmacy if you have the option. If you have any serious inquiries or complicated stuff going on do not speak to an assistant. Talk to a real pharmacist. The actual pharmacists are nice and knowledgeable, but the assistants are often the ones you have to deal with.

    Great location, recently renovated. The photo department always delivers on time and my last photobook was done the same day I sent it. Great selection of products and the manager special sales can’t be beat.

    Unreal photo department! Dropped off a roll of film and had it developed within an hour, digital photos printed in less than 30 minutes. Trish W at the counter was incredibly kind and helpful, helped me get everything I needed and made the whole experience very pleasant.

    Dealt with Fuji and Jarrod of the electronic section. They went out of their way to answer my questions and address my concerns. Very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Thank you guys.     The staff there is eager to sell you something. And tell you about a 14 day return policy. But fail to want to keep up with that policy. They say no questions asked, but when you return it. They knit pick over every little thing. And then tell you no, we are not taking it. I was simply there to return and upgrade my JBL speaker from 565 bucks. That wasn't up to my standards for what I paid. And trying to upgrade to the bigger one and I was told no, we're not taking it back and I was well within the fourteen day. But yeah, and I have to phone around to find some one elce to talk to

    Guilford town Centre London Drugs. Worst customer service ever experienced in Canada. I bought a Vicks humidifier and I wanted to return it cuz it stopped working in one month due to a technical problem. I didn’t have the receipt but I had my card transaction in my banking portal. When I asked them to pull up the receipt from their system they told me that the receipt was no longer available in the system. I didn’t want the money back but I wanted a replacement as I have a sick kid my house who was suffering from wheezing.
