Mill Creek Coffee is a great company! I work for a large Vancouver property developer and we have Mill Creek come in every week to check on our supplies and restock what is needed. Everyone that I have met has been friendly, professional, and has great attention to detail. Devin, the Territory Manager is an absolute gem! He always comes in with an upbeat and positive energy. Communicating with Devin is very easy and the products the company provides is of high quality.

Terrible terrible service. We were sent the same technician twice and both times he was very rude. At first we just ignored it because we thought that's just how he talks. But the next service call, he was totally angry and hostile for some reason. We were just showing and telling him what the problem is. As a technician, it's your job to take a look and fix the problem. Not get angry for no reason at all, there's no excusing that attitude.

Our office loves Mill Creek! Devin is always tip top professional, on the ball and a friendly breath of fresh air when he comes to the office. He comes in the day before to assess our needs, and then is back the next day - setting up our order into its proper place. We have tried other companies but strongly disliked them. Just save yourself the time and headache and choose Devin. He's awesome. He really cares and does an amazing job. I would recommend Mill Creek for everyone.

Felix has been our rep at Mill Creek Coffee for over 5 years. He's prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and usually has a smile on his face. Mill Creek Coffee provides a variety of teas, coffees, and other office essentials. We continue to be a customer because they offer what we need and provide excellent customer service. When clients have come into our office for seminars or training, they love using our coffee machine. We love it as much as they do because it grinds the coffee beans and you get a freshly brewed cup of coffee as many times you want in a day!
