PetSmart is always preferable & regular visit for my bird. I used to visit stores to buy food & stuffs for my lovely bird. Today we visited this store along with my family. Parking spots are available for vehicles in front of store. As usual I found sections for bird, cat, reptiles & dog. I got my stuff but in small qty as I was searching in big packet but I satisfied. Only single suggestion (not a complain) to store, bird section is very small & their stuffs can be explored widely as very few comparison of dog & cat sections. Please keep price competitively & stock more. Thanks for the support & services. 🙏

Staff is great, friendly and knowledgeable. I'm having my dog brought in here for training, it's been pretty good so far, the instructor (Barb) is really good and have great understanding of dog training and behaviour, would recommend. After basic training is complete, I feel confident of the knowledge and hands on experience that is taught, note training learned in class has to be practiced when at home too, so don't expect to have your dog learn things in class only, you have to do your part to continue the training on your own time .

Horrible service. Rude and unprofessional , as you can hear them gossiping, rather they are more into their conversation then wanting to provide kind service as it's their JOB. The only girl I like is the one that helped me put a large box (dog crate) into my car. She went above and beyond as she even helped me put my personal belongings back into my car with out being asked. That shocked me because it was that extra bit of kindness. So thank you to you!

I love Petsmart for the convenience and the fact that they have lots of fun stuff for my pets. It’s also the only place I can get most large packages of my Guinea pig supplies. My two stars is because one again Petsmart staff proves to be impersonal and uneducated (as you can see by the review showing an inhumane hamster cage). Anyways, my partner and I recently dove into the world of Guinea Pig parenthood and it’s been great. Of our 7 girls we got 3 at Petsmart and they’re all a pleasure. The trouble lies with the fact that they assumed a very sweet Guinea Pig (our TimBits) didn’t get along with others when in fact she does. I’m not surprised she had issues at the store considering she has a big personality and the display cages are inhumanely small for one Guinea Pig let alone multiple. We got her for free because of her attitude and the fact that she was getting too old to sell. The second problem comes from the fact that we now have a very pregnant Guinea Pig. We don’t mind, in fact we picked her because she was pregnant. The problem is I could tell she was pregnant in 5 seconds while the staff was apparently oblivious. She’s due to give birth in the next few days and we will be keeping all the babies. I was also super disappointed to open her carrier and find there was absolutely no bedding it’s it so I desperately had to try to stop a pregnant Guinea Pig from sliding all over the place. Usually that’s why I avoid Petsmart because they tug on my heart strings but as I said they have a lot of supplies I can’t find elsewhere. Overall I recommend Petsmart for supplies but I wish they would stop selling animals or at the least become more educated on proper animal care, housing, husbandry, etc.

This Petsmart is always so reliable for having what I need for my dog and cats. I like that the layout is perfect to bring your dog for some sniffing enrichment. The staff has always been kind, helpful and hard-working. They remember their customers if they see you enough :) Plus, I can appreciate that they never let the line get too long. The manager with glasses is a sweetheart too, seems like a good guy who picks nice staff.

My Husband and I took our 2 big dogs to PetSmart on 72nd in Surrey for a bath and grooming. I believe the young woman who did the care of our animals. Her name was Devin. She did an amazing job on both of our animals. The animals left there with big smiles on their face and they were very well groomed. I highly recommend taking your fur baby there for a bath and a groom. Definitely ask for Devin. She knows what she's doing. We will be returning there to have our animals bathed again shortly because of her.

Got my 6 year old a Syrian hamster here it’s been 2 weeks and she’s a little bundle of joy! The girl who packed her in the box for us was super educational and was able to answer all the questions we had!

The salon has cancelled back to back appointments for my dog 24 hours prior to his appointment. The first excuse was the online system shouldn't have allowed me to book that particular time slot. The second excuse they have given me is the groomer has called in sick... appointment is on Thursday and yet the groomer has already called in sick 24 hours prior to Apollo's appointment. Just atrocious customer service. Forget this place.

Have to book an appointment for my dogs nails.... Never Have to bring vaccination and rabies shots proof... Never had to before... Every other groomers doesn't haha

I really like this store. Fun to bring dogs on a rainy day. Good selection and prices. Found some bargain beds for the new puppy, for $7. The staff are really good here -- friendly and answer all the questions. And, as I figure out what Chinook likes to eat, they are great about taking back what he doesn't like.

Barb is a brilliant trainer, so patient, friendly a d gets the job done. Staff are very nice and helpful.

Came in today looking for a good cat food for my senior kitty, after the Vet's office gave me misinformation about having my regular food in stock. Chelsea was super helpful, and went above and beyond to help me find one my picky girl would eat. She took her time and gave me some great advice. She also helped me carry my other purchases to my car as I'm currently unable to lift anything heavy. She didn't rush away like alot of other PM employees do. Great customer service! We need more people like this in stores. She was great! Keep up the great work!!

Pet Smart is a great store for all your animal needs, although they don't always have the best deals, but definitely has reliable products that are usually a little overpriced.

This is the BEST location. By far the largest fish selection, bought beautiful aquarium plants and snails too. The tanks seem very well taken care off and I have not seen any dead fish in them. The employee at the fish section was amazing, super helpful and in general just great customer service. It’s not even the closest pet smart to me but I certainly prefer to travel further and have a much better selection and service.

Everything you need under one roof If you have a pet. Reasonable prices. Found an ideal leash for our new puppy. Lots of choices. Great place.

I purchased a pair of guinea pigs and have been buying supplies from time to time at this store. My overall experience with this store has been fine so far. Keep in mind that you should do your own research on the specific pet(s) and not rely on the employees here. I find the advice given by the employees aren't always accurate and tend to encourage its customers to make more purchases that are sometimes completely unnecessary.

This store is always clean and well maintained. The staff here is always friendly and helpful. I have never had a stocking issue at this location, everything I need is always in stock. The fish department is also well kept and they've ave quite the variety. For the reptiles, they usually have a few available.

Quiet and not busy at noon and very clean and well kept. lots of selections for fish and and reptiles and birds, and of course the cats that are up for adoption.

Amazing service! Although, I will say the treats are very expensive-- a good alternative is Costco. :)
