People working there have above par service. Equipments there is above par. It is clean. I feel that staff there working efficiently. If you need any urgent matter to check on your health or medical issue, it might be a good point to start unless you have serious medical assistance where you will need to call 199

Dr. Zhang and assistant Michelle both helped me yesterday 6/27/23. I was visiting for some follow up testing and during the drawing of blood I had a panic attack (I have a fear of needles). They were so patient and kind and literally wiped the tears from my eyes. They were able to successfully calm me down and get the blood drawn. This is night and day from previous experiences at other doctor's offices where Ive been further traumatized / have left appointment without critical testing performed. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Take caution before coming to this City MD. I paid $225 for a doctor to come into the room for literally 2 minutes. They didn’t even give me time to explain all my symptoms. I do understand they’re busy, but as a medical facility I’d hope you’d care more for your patients health, time and money. Sadly it seems others have been experiencing the same thing with this location lately.

Staff is pleasant and extremely helpful! Dr. Gloria Park was personable and took her time to address and thoroughly explain my reasons for my visit. I would definitely recommend this location!

I was suffering from a strong shiver in my body and a high temperature. Upon examination, white pus-filled the throat due to tonsillitis. They did not care about this, but they did what they always do when I visited them, which is to examine Covid-19 and all kinds of influenza viruses. They did not give me any medicine, despite the apparent tremor, fatigue, and the sharp fall that might have led to something more serious. They just advised me to take (Tylenol) every four hours. Which is what I took this day, but I did not get better and I did not sleep that night, and it got worse the next day because of the severe colic that hit my stomach, resulting from the pus coming from the tonsils. I went to (NYU Langone Hospital) and I was examined by the nurse, then the otolaryngologist, then the lymphoma physician, and his assistant. they immediately gave me antibiotics and some effective medications. They examined the medical report issued by you and said that it is of no use. My visit to you was a very bad experience by all standards. More than once, my wife and I go to your different locations, and your staff does not prescribe medicine for us, despite our bad condition and lack of pretense, as if someone had dictated that to them.

Everyone from the front desk people, the nurse, the PA, and the x-ray technician were wonderful. It’s so nice to go to a place when you are feeling your worst and be treated with such kindness and care. The PA was amazing and put me at ease the second he walked into the room and greeted me. I was beyond grateful and relieved when I left. Not to mention feeling better quickly with the medication that was prescribed!! It’s very often you go to an office where all the staff seem happy to be there. The Steinway Staff at this location were amazing and should be rewarded!! ⭐️

City MD is a convenient facility, with friendly staff. It’s the perfect place to go if you need to see a doctor but do not need the urgency of an ER visit. Any time I’ve gone I have been treated with kindness, which is important when you’re not feeling your best. The check-in process is relatively easy, and I’ve never waited too long to be seen. The facility is always neat and clean. The team always addresses my issues thoroughly, and efficiently. Overall I’m happy with my experience with City MD and will continue to visit them as needed.

This particular visit was extremely fast, never had a negative experience with staff nor doctor but I have been on the waiting game once but can’t blame the staff for that, the attention people deserve is #1 on my book so as long as the attention is to the patient we good.

I shall be skipping the Steinway Street location for the foreseeable future. Ever since Summitt Health took over, I have been disappointed with the few visits my family has made during 2023. Having to argue with the PA about my symptoms has gotten old. Having to request that they listen to my chest before pushing me out the door was absurd and the following x-ray showed pneumonia! I do not waste my doctor's time, but this location specifically has lost my trust and I will be finding another, less convenient location, but better care than i have received thus far.

staff were excellent and was able to get in to see a provider in just a few minutes. The web site sucked. spent 15 minutes to make an appointment before finally getting the feedback that you couldn't make an appointment for this specific office...

I do not believe the PA at CityMD gave an accurate assessment. My infection started spreading and I ended up going to the ER (2 days after my CityMD visit) after consulting a friend who’s a nurse. I had expressed my concern about my wound and infection spreading and the PA only replied that that’s what the antibiotics are for. She did not tell me what to do if the infection spreads, she did not give me any follow up instructions. It felt like a very unprofessional experience with an unreliable medical professional. I will not return as I’ve lost trust in the facility and its faculty.

The receptionists were kind and helpful. I went 2 times for a physical I needed for a Coast Guard license. I called prior to my 1st visit to verify they had the testing equipment and can do this physical. THEY CAN DO DOT PHYSICALS. The first visit, "no one was there, that can do physicals." I was told today that "the paperwork was too extensive." In other words, the doctor scheduled today was lazy and didn't feel like doing it. Go elsewhere!

The best! Very kind and professional for a patients and physician are very good. Also no waiting long for help from when I check in. Thank you very much!

Facility is clean staff are nice. PA checked on me first then a doctor to make sure everything is right. Went there on Tuesday 8am. Minimal wait. Very convenient location also right next to Cvs is a big plus.

Went this morning for a crush on my finger was seen by a PA bit MD I really wasn’t feeling it when I left and it wasn’t depresses properly and I kept bleeding. When I got home to city as it was day after Xmas I went to another Citi Md uws and saw an MD and definitely got better service and Dr was amazing and si thorough Just my opinion So had to go 2x literally 2 hours later

It use to be so good. Since Covid they forgot about customer service, they have these check-in machines in front, you do everything yourself and there’s like 5 people at reception. NO ONE GREETS YOU. Might as well put those people in the back. Last year they had such good people now it looks like the girls got attitude, I was afraid to ask for doctor letter for work. They don’t seem friendly, will take my business to the Ditmars location or elsewhere.

The entire medical staff at this facility were just great. We unfortunately had to be there on Christmas day, but everyone still seemed happy to work there. Especially being out of town I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they surprised us with kindness.

Nice and friendly staff, clean waiting room, easy check in process, not a long waiting time. All the good things you want from an urgent care! Went for a Covid test and it was simple, would definitely come back to this location
