Best experience I’ve had at a dentist - staff is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Explained everything very clearly during imaging and my teeth cleaning. Felt like there was a focus on making patients feel comfortable too!

I’ve been going to Koppelman Dental for years, and will continue to go. Great care, customer service, and no lectures about my lack of flossing! Dr. Koppelman’s top priority is that I’m never in any pain, which is very reassuring when getting dental work done.

We visited the office today for a consultation on my daughter’s wisdom teeth. She had already had conflicting recommendations from two other dentists. Dr Adam examined her and agreed with one of the two prior evaluations. He was super calm, patient and clear. He explained the situation and our options and wanted to make sure that we understood. In the end, he recommended that my daughter did not need to have her wisdom teeth removed at this time, which was a great outcome for us. We will follow up with Dr Adam as suggested. I’m so glad we found him, and would highly recommend.

This is the best dental practice I have ever visited--and, unfortunately, I have been to more than my share. Dr. Adam Koppelman is not only very personable, but also extremely knowledgeable and up to date on dentistry's latest advances. As such, he always inspires confidence--even when delivering occasional suboptimal news. With state-of-the-art imaging and 3-D printing technology, and the latest general equipment at his disposal, you know you're in the right hands--be it for preventative, cosmetic, or more serious dental therapeutic procedures. I recently moved back to NY after a several-year period, and Dr. Adam and his reception staff treated me as if I had just seen them yesterday. I felt like I was coming home. They treat you like family, not just an another anonymous patient. Look, given terrible childhood experiences, I still dread the thought of going to the dentist. However, if I have to go anywhere, this is where I want to be. Koppelman Dental is an oasis of calm, and I'm always confident that I'm getting the best possible care.

Hygienist Eric was absolutely fantastic, very through, very gentle, very knowledgeable. Oral exam and review with Dr Koppelman was unhurried, thorough, and a pleasant experience. The team at this office are always highly professional and courteous, and make me feel like a valued patient.

Excellent experience every time! I’ve been coming here for about 2 years for cleanings and had 2 extractions. Everyone is friendly & professional. I was originally referred by a friend who mentioned their thorough exams (as a new patient you get a 3D rendering of your mouth & well documented photos). It’s always easy to book an appointment & get to their convenient location. Plus they have handy goodie bags :)

My dentist recently retired, and I started looking for a new dentist in the city. I had a great experience with Dr Koppelman. He ws very detailed and explain it everything to me clearly. The staff was very friendly, the facilities are clean. I am glad i changed my dentist

As always excellent experience! They are always caring for the patient. I never have to wait as they are ready for you. They have the latest equipment making things like having your x-ray taken (which I always disliked) súper confortable, something that I always dreaded in past and here I don’t even worry when they say “lets take some x-rays”. Adam and Jorge are both amazing. And being able to speak to Jorge in my native language makes me feel so at home. Dr. Adam takes a very kind approach, focuses on what you need and sets a plan for you to make it the best and easies one. They really respect the financial aspect and I never felt like they were just trying to charge me for random things you don’t need as I also experienced in the past places. They will only do what’s right for you making sure there are no surprise bills on the mail. Lastly, the process of making appointments and asking questions over text messages makes it super easy and they respond right away. Everybody in the reception is kind and very helpful. Koppelman Dentists are the Best we have ever been to! They are the most calming and knowledgeable professionals. I had a tooth pulled and a crown and didn’t feel any discomfort at all! Dr Adam even called to see how I was feeling! I live in NJ but travel to NY city for this group! I would never go to another dentist! They are Fabulous! I recommend them to everybody! They are GREAT!!!

I chose this practice 8 months ago when I had just moved here and needed an extraction (!) Not the best time to try a new dentist but they are good communicators and I felt confident. Resulting work has been great. Routine things post-covid also have been handled with professionalism and kindness. My son goes there, too and they handled his needs well. Dr. Adam answers all my questions with patience and understanding.

This practice deserves more than a 5 star review. Doctor Paul and doctor Adam are not only knowledgeable, I trust them 100% and it was not easy for me, coming from very bad experiences, what I like even more is that in addition to being so good in what they do, they are the kindest doctors I have ever found, both of them. You can see they are passionate about their job. I would like to spend a few words also for their staff: every single person in this practice, from receptionists to assistants, everyone has incredible manners and customer service skills. It is nice to enter a place and being welcomed every time, with a smile and a nice word. They have the best team I ever experienced!

Easily the best dentist office in NYC. I’ve been coming to Koppelman Dental for ~3 years for routine cleanings and minor issues such as cavity and sensitivity. Everyone at the office is extremely friendly and professional. They are very transparent with costs upfront (so no surprise bills 3 weeks after your visit) and only recommend procedures they feel are necessary. Dr. Adam is my main dentist and it’s always a pleasure to be treated by him. He’s extremely knowledgeable and patient and always happy to answer any concerns and questions. He will make sure the treatments/procedures you receive are done to perfection (and he personally sees to them). The hygienists are all very professional - you’ll be in-and-out in 30 minutes for a cleaning and they never try to upsell you like many other dentists. Front desk is very organized and it’s always a breeze to schedule or change an appointment via email/text/phone. They are hands down one of the best healthcare service providers I know and just a bunch of people that actually care about their patients.

Dr. Koppelman and his staff were extremely kind and thorough! There was no wait time and they were extremely considerate of insurance and different cultural needs (ie covering my hair). I highly recommend the practice!

I wrote a review in the past, but after my appointment today I felt compelled to write another. i’ve been going to this office for a little over 7 years now. Most of us who are in our 50’s and 60’s, I’m sure have some form of PTSD when it comes to going to the dentist because of the experiences we’ve had when we were kids. I had a root canal done about 15 or 20 years ago. Just recently my crown became loose. Although they tried (multiple times) to put it back in, it kept falling out. Dr. Koppelman (Adam) told me I would need an implant. Now most of you would understand, my heart almost came out of my chest from fear. When I went to the office today I was a nervous wreck, and as usual Adam with his calm, sweet demeanor, calmed me down, he took his time and explained everything that was going to be done. He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I know that I still have a process to go through but I’m confident that they will help me through the process and make this journey stress-free. The process was painless. Words cannot express how I feel about this place. They are all amazing, even the staff. My whole family goes to them and I highly recommend them.
