They have to do better with the wait time. I had Lisa she was great. I had a deep cleaning. She did an awesome job. She was very caring and attentive. She has great bedside manners. She asked me several times am I ok. Unfortunately I will be returning because Lisa did a great job.

My service was great. It appears that they have improved the scheduling process because I didn’t have to wait more than 5 minutes after arrival. Lisa was awesome as usual so when you go for cleaning be sure to ask for Lisa. She explains everything that she’s doing and is very gentle and kind.

I've been a regular patient at this office, where both Dr. Sarah and hygienist Olga work for years, visiting twice annually. From the front office staff to their assistants, everyone is consistently pleasant and communicative. Dr. Sarah and Olga, who are both simply fantastic, excel at making me and my child feel comfortable, conducting thorough check-ups, and promoting good dental hygiene. They both stand out as some of the best professionals I've encountered - patient, informative, and performing meticulous and detailed cleanings. Their encouraging approach never makes me feel uncomfortable. Overall, it's been an outstanding experience, and I hope it remains this way.

Today was my first visit at Hutchinson Metro Dental and I’m very pleased with the outstanding services provided. Front desk staffs were very attentive and educated. Usually it is very uncomfortable the X-rays but, Jose Javier did a terrific job taking them. He was above and beyond making sure all X-rays were taking properly and at the same time making sure I was comfortable. I did like the way Javier took all my X-rays. Olga the hygienist did a great job. She took the time to provide a very detailed patient education while she was cleaning my teeth. I do suffer from severe sensitive, but Olga was making sure it was a pain free cleaning. In general the office do provide a very good dental service. I will definitely come back.

During my visit on 11/26/2023 Adia at the front desk was very helpful and helped me squeeze into an earlier appointment when I had one originally in the middle of December. She’s a great staff member that listens to your needs and try to accommodate the best way as possible. The dentist that treated me was also friendly, Dr. Diane. This office will treat you well and make sure your teeth are in great health as long as you keep up with the appointments. During a follow up visit on 11/28/2023, Ashley (coordinator at front desk who will also accommodate your needs) was friendly. Dr. Samantha (hygienist) was great and had my favorite album playing while she did my cleaning. In conclusion, I will recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist. You will be greatly accommodated and cared for.

I love coming to Hutchinson Metro Dental. I been coming for the past 8 years. Jose does a great job on my X-rays and Lisa does my cleaning. I absolutely love the service here.

As usual, my dentist did a very good job. She is very professional ,and she handles me with care. I enjoyed the small talk that we have. It helps distract me while she's working on my teeth...Got my 😁 back

I want to say that I had my cleaning today and everytime for cleaning it's so nerve racking but Lisa my dentist for cleaning is awesome. She explains everything step by step makes me feel very comfortable and very concern with my feelings abt pain or uncomfortableness and very sweet and kind and caring so so important for a patient. The service here is great and the workers and doctors are very friendly and accommodating. I've had great experience with the technicians especially Jose. He always listens and assists in every possible way. His kindness goes a long way. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

My 5 years old son is a patient in this dental clinic and Dr. Sara takes care of him. I just want to say that she is the best doctor ever. She is very proffesional, very patient, so helpful and together with the assistants, Jenny and Ona create a safe and comfortable environment for the little ones and parents too. This lovely team makes you come back as many times as you need and without any fear. My son loves them.

This is my very first visit here today and so far I’m happy with the service Jose and Yona provided. They were very welcoming and very thorough with their duties. Receptionist were nice and waiting time wasn’t very long either. Monday I will be able to see the doctor and I just hope the experience will be just as great.
