Ordered them via DoorDash. The dasher was the one who called me to let me know my order was cancelled. Then he handed over the phone to a girl who worked there. I asked her why did they confirm my order and not call me? And she just kept saying she didn’t confirm the order…I have worked in service industry for ten years - someone has to confirm it on the door dash tablet, or it will keep pinging your kitchen. And the other thing that annoyed me was they weren’t going to call me. After I asked her these questions she just started arguing. They told me their tablet was broken…but my credit came back and said it was because the demand at the restaurant was high? Idk, overall experience was terrible. Staff is young and dumb. Don’t go there.

We ordered 3 breakfast burritos, they were dry, the bacon looked like bacon bits or something similar and there was no green chili at all in the burrito. The tortilla was old and hard. To have the food delivered it cost 57 dollars for 3 burritos and they were so awful we threw the burritos away. Worst burrito I have ever tried to eat. So disappointed!

DO NO ORDER FROM THIS GHOST KITCHEN, THEY WILL CONFIRM YOUR ORDER AND THEN NEVER FULFILL IT. I had 6 dashers each waiting ten minutes with no word or sign from their staff whatsoever. These ghost kitchens should be shut down.

Got my order completely wrong, food not great. Delivered cold. Wouldn't waste my money here again.

This is the absolute worst breakfast burrito I’ve ever been sold. For $16, I should be filing a police report because it’s theft to charge that much for the trash they’re serving. Burrito was delivered cold, small, and missing all dips. I legitimately was robbed. Horrific food. Go to McDonald’s and get a sausage burrito for $1.29, at least it will be hot and fresh

First time using them through UberEats. I ordered the Build Your Own Burrito which is great. I decided to order their side of fruit for $7 based on the picture although I had mixed feelings about it. I ordered anyway hoping for something close to the amount in the picture at that price and all I got was a small 3 oz cup with 3 grapes, 2 strawberries, and 7 blueberries for $7!!!! Definitely will trust my judgment the first time and not order it again!

My burrito was delish, I did a build your own. I've been looking for a good breakfast burrito for a while. My XL Coffee on the other hand was 3/4 full and in a 16 oz cup. That was a rip off.

The burrito was the definition of “fine”. Nothing exceptional, but not bad by any means. I got the “Morning Bacon Breakfast Burrito”. It did not come with any sauces (like their photo suggests). I’d be curious to try their other burritos. Delivery took 40 minutes to East Village.

Terrible speed of service for such a small order. They had the Dasher waiting for over an hour for one burrito and a bottle of water. The burrito was not great at all and fell apart for being wrapped wrong.
