disconnects
after
holding

sometimes
even
hear
someone
pick
up
and
put
you
back
on
hold
or
disconnect
you..
One
time
I
said
blank...
I'll
walked
over
with
my
cell
phone
still
on
hold
got
there
before
they
even
picked
up
which
means
the
hold
time
was
....on
a
good
note
there
is
a
woman
that
works
there
I
read
her
name
tag
her
name
was
Theresa
if
that
is
correct
she
is
super
helpful.
Over
all
I
can
not
recommend
this
Walgreens.
Unfortunately,
I
have
no
choice
because
CVS
was
no
longer
a
preferred
pharmacy
not
that
there
any
better,
but
much
closer.
I
do
like
the
phone
call
reminders
as
you
get
more
detail
including
price
of
prescription.
Their
website
has
lots
if
issues
with
accuracy
script
information,
but
calls
are
always
correct.
However,
I'm
still
getting
emails
that
my
prescription
is
being
processed
and
will
be
already
picked
it
up
and
gives
a
date.
I
get
one
everyday
with
the
next
day
day
for
the
same
prescription.
I
called
headquarters
to
ask
if
they
were
having
issues
with
their
website.
I'm
lucky
if
they
could
even
spell
website
let
alone
help.
Hence
why
this
continues
to
go
on.
