    They dont adhere to the express pickup lane. What is the point of it???? Medication is NEVER ready even though system says its ready....or they lose your medication and dont know what happened basically telling you it your problem now. Most staff is nice and tries to help out. Its the weak pharmacy operation under the pharmacist. Than they refill it with you waiting - than back on the line. No one picks up phone call. I called them while standing in line for 20 minutes and I could hear phone ringing and ignored. My physician had same complaint when he tried to call the pharmacist.

    Giving this Walgreens a 1-star is like kicking them when they're already down. But this is by far one of the most depressing and inefficient stores in the area. Be prepared to wait for everything - prescriptions, check-out, if what you want is behind glass, etc. I even witnessed employees talking back to customers who complain about long wait times. If you can go elsewhere, go elsewhere. And if you don't believe me, look at the other reviews.

    Don’t go there unless you have to. Pharmacy serves only one window regardless how long the queue is. Besides, they are not helpful at all, not very customer friendly. They were good before pandemic. I don’t know whether they are under-staffed now or not.

    Hold time is ridiculous on going disconnects after holding min. 20 mins. You sometimes even hear someone pick up and put you back on hold or disconnect you.. One time I said blank... I'll walked over with my cell phone still on hold got there before they even picked up which means the hold time was ....on a good note there is a woman that works there I read her name tag her name was Theresa if that is correct she is super helpful. Over all I can not recommend this Walgreens. Unfortunately, I have no choice because CVS was no longer a preferred pharmacy not that there any better, but much closer. I do like the phone call reminders as you get more detail including price of prescription. Their website has lots if issues with accuracy script information, but calls are always correct. However, I'm still getting emails that my prescription is being processed and will be already picked it up and gives a date. I get one everyday with the next day day for the same prescription. I called headquarters to ask if they were having issues with their website. I'm lucky if they could even spell website let alone help. Hence why this continues to go on.

    Spoke to theresa from Pharmacy on the phone. very rude and unhelpful, gets easily irritated and interrupts. so many things wrong with this location. the pharmacy FORGOT my prescription, and FORGOT to contact the insurance until it expired and i had to track down my doc to send in a new one, and WAIT AGAIN. skip out on this pharmacy asap, idk why it’s still open.

    It’s always pretty busy at the checkout line, but the staff is always helpful. Tip: Parking is always super hard to find between 9am to 6pm. Parking spots in the lot usually opens up after 7pm.

    The worst store in this area. Checkout lines are always long because it is never properly staffed, employees are crabby, pharmacy often takes days to process a simple prescription (even if you have great insurance coverage).

    The hold time is embarrassing for this location. Either you get disconnected after 20 minutes of waiting or you have to call over and over again to get someone to actually answer you. This morning I had to call 5 times to speak to someone because it disconnected after less than 5 minutes each time.

    At one point a great pharmacy, with great pharmacist that did every thing to help now choose a diffrent place if you actually want to get your medication, horable pharmacy techs and staff that don’t care we have to do there work when they overcharge for medication,
