Please be aware this is not an authentic Colombian restaurant and trust I'm a big time lover for my Colombian peoples dish. This place is a Mexican restaurant portraying like its Colombian but it's 100% not Colombian at all if you want real Authentic Colombian food try pollo marios, El basurero, and Tierras colombianas try those places and then try this and you will see the change in look and taste and we all been to Mexican restaurants and you be the judge and post..... P.s. I'm 100% colombian and a big time meat lover and I've had all types of meats and this place had the nerve to tell me that the meat in the tin plate picture is a Churrasco with a large piece of fat that's half the size of the whole actual meat which is not at all a Churrasco.. now compare the next 3 pictures from 3 different restaurants is a real churrasco and you tell me people is this a Churrasco in the in the tin plate picture???

Came here for brunch and was not disappointed. The menu has plenty of options. The portions are filling and the prices are reasonable. The service is great and the food delicious. TRY THE PASSION FRUIT SANGRIA!! You'll thank me later.

Service is very good. However, food is simply terrible. I ordered a combo with chicken, beans and rice, tostones, salchipapa and yucca fries… there was an hair in the yucca fries, the sausage tasted like if it was expired, the rice tasteless and there was a funny after taste for my drink, as if the glass was dirty. I didn’t complain at no one because I was just trying to enjoy my day but I won’t come back and I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food was amazing as always! I love the happy hour drinks! Service and hospitality is really nice here! The portions are big, so, don’t order too many appetizers cause then you won’t have space for the main. The ceviche here is A1. And the parihuela is the best O ever had

We got there around 8:30ish almost 9, we were seated and brought some chips and sauce. Waited about 10 minutes as multiple waitresses passed by us and we had to flag one down to take out order. The food took almost half an hour to get to our table.. my boyfriend ordered chicken tenders and fries and he said they tasted as though they where cooked to long and tasted burnt. I ordered the grilled chicken with mushrooms the food was good. The atmosphere was okay but the DJ of the night would not stop talking or singing and wouldn’t Dj and let the music play. I understand doing he is doing his job but sometimes you just want to listen to the music and not have it be interrupted by talking. The waitresses looked like they didn’t want to be there. I had a prior issue with this restaurant when I ordered online through seamless and due to the fact that they didn’t update there hours of operations my food was never delivered. I decided to give this place a second shot. All in all it was an okay experience but the servers should be a bit more attentive to the customers and not have to flag someone down in order to get noticed. Would have given a 4 Star rating but the lack service and attention bright it down.

First time there. Was greeted with a free nip of wine as soon I walked in the door, so... off to a good start! Shared the calamari appetizer and had the ceviche. Was delish! Did have to ask for hot sauce for myself and my friend but that’s just our taste. Like it hot! Had the frozen passion fruit cocktail. So good.

The owners of this place should be sued and the dpt of labor should pay them a visit. They pay $40 for a shift of 8 hours, which means they pay $5 an hour to their employees. They take advantage of the people who really need a job opportunity, if you are ordering or going here, you are supporting this kind of behavior, welcome to slavery in the 21st century.

I've never had the opportunity to complain about the cooking of an omelette before. While you can get pretty amazing omelettes, they're usually no worse than decent. This one however was a little...chewy, if you can imagine that. I also asked what was in the omelette beforehand, but was not informed of the onion and tomato folded inside. This was the least of my issues. First of all, there's a large part of the restaurant in which you can smell what seems to be the toilets. We had to move tables to get further away. Secondly, even when the owners weren't singing karaoke(?!) in a manner that sounded like someone was fiddling with the pitch bend knob, the music was still far too loud for a comfortable environment—at some points painfully so. Finally, they were rather poorly stocked, with us being told some time after ordering that two options which we chose were unavailable, as well as a choice of toppings on a third order. The only saving graces were one waitress who was very attentive and kind...and a complementary round of sangria when we sat down—though I'm not sure whether that was customary.

Ordered chicken with rice and beans + ceviche pescado. The ceviche tasted good but the rice was uncooked and the chicken was slimy and had no flavor. Wouldn’t order again

The food wasn't seasoned well, the portions were small and with high prices. It's definitely off my return list

Had the grilled skirt steak medium rare, it was cooked to perfection. The side dishes lentils and rice were delicious.

Waitress staff were friendly and catered to our needs. On the other hand the food was horrendous. Our party got the Lomo Salteado and roasted chicken. The Lomo was over salted and the fries where stale.Did not appreciate the reheated food such as the rice and fries that were from previous days cooked, definitely a deal breaker. Will stop attending.

The delivery service is horrible it is so not the same as the restaurant. I’ve ordered twice for delivery . My ceviche was swimming in the bottom of the plastic bag and all over my car the 1 at time before my two deliveries. The delivery process takes forever and when you receive the food it’s all cold . Then manager Mary sends me another order and she gets mad that I tell her that the food was damaged. It’s not free I payed for it. I will never again order from there again

I ordered thru the Phone a ceviche Mixto. When I got there I waited around 15min not to many people there .. So when I got my order to go I went home and The Ceviche Didn't even Smell good the whole shrimp that it had tasted and smell weird . I didn't even eat the shrimp. They gave me less ceviche and they had the corn potato and another stuff in there ... I had Ordered ceviche not corn or anything else .. even tho it may come with the order.. Not Worth the Price and it didn't taste good at all. I won't recommend the ceviche in this Restaurant.

I had dinner with my boyfriend a few weeks ago. The food was bland in flavor, and the steak had a rubbery texture. The waitress kept parading back and forth our table, flirting with my boyfriend. He noticed it but we ignored it and left.

My friend and I went for dinner on 10/2/23 at the 46th St. location. We tried to order a combo, and the waitress said we couldn't order one. We ordered drinks while we looked over the menu more. When she came back, I asked her what the problem was with the combo (if they didn't have chicken, or what.) She told us that there is a "new rule" that we can only order the combo to go, but we can order all of the same things for a higher price. I asked her what the higher price was, and she said she didn't know. I asked her if she knew mathematics but she said no. So we drank our drinks and left. Maybe this "new rule" is only for fat gay gringos, but if you are expecting to order what is on the menu for the prices that are printed, you may be disappointed.
