This place doesn't deserve any stars! Days Inn should be ashamed to have there name associated with such a dump. The entire hotel smells of smoke. There's no AC in the hallways, the stairwells are dirty and disgusting. The towels have grease stains and hair on them. The shower curtain is stained. There's a dirty fork with rice on it from a previous stay in our room. I'm seriously considering sleeping in my car tonight. This place is absolutely disgusting!

I don’t like giving bad reviews BUT I am making an exception… this place was horrible! The first room they give us was filthy the beds and linens wasn’t even changed from the previous customers… then they give us another room absolutely disgusting! Even though it’s a non smoking room it’s smelled like stale smoke… spoke to the manager who was very rude we just couldn’t stay there that’s how bad it was! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Horrible. Both Mattresses had Huge reddish brown stains looked like a crime scene and this is a Wyndham(?) Front desk brought 8 plastic black trash bags to cover them. Spastic heater. We had already paid. Cigarette burn holes on covers. Traveling with disabled grandson just released from NYC hospital. Honestly will be lucky to not end up sick from the stale cigarette smell and oily walls. And the thing is this is truly not exaggeration. R U N

This hotel is not the good place . I had booked 3 rooms in this hotel for Two weeks ago . While we reached to the hotel , There was a very rude and irresponsible person named Biren Singh at the reception. He said ‘ my reservation was cancelled just at 3 pm making a cause that my card was denied. But that was not the truth , my same card worked in another hotel right a way . They had my contact number but didn’t do a single call on time and directly canceled my reservation. We requested him to give another room if he has but he did misbehave and showed us the room with smoky smell , we had our kids also and couldn’t stay there in such a bad rooms .Thank god we found another better hotel . The guy gave us a hard time that I never forget it .

Room 216 has bed bugs. The hotel doesn't offer any coffee nor breakfast. I had been bitten at least 15 times. I move out after one night. The only thing the motel provided was cold water. It has no elevator. The stairwells are unclean,

From the time my sons and wife walked in the lobby it reeked, like a cigar lounge. We still proceeded, collected our keys went to elevator, entered room apparently they wanted us to clean it from the last guest. It wasn't cleaned. Went back down to the lobby told them about the smoke and the room they gave us a room around the corner from the lobby, which I mentioned stinked. The 2nd room wasn't clean also at this moment the boys was coughing and sneezing we had to leave and explain to them. At the moment we are trying to get refunded and it's looking impossible. Something needs to be done with this establishment. #smelly #dirty #filty

I really wish I had looked at these reviews before simply assuming this hotel would be decent because of the Wyndham name. The hotel is just not inhabitable - every bit of carpeting reeks of stale smoke and it's frankly hard to breathe. For just $40 more you can stay the Holiday Inn across the street.

Does NOT deserve the one star. Sheets were disgusting, hair everywhere and moldy food in the fridge. The microwave had spilt food in it. Booked ahead and wouldn’t give us our money back (even though they said they would) $130 dollars for NOTHING. Horrible service. There were a lot of stairs- not accessible. Spelled horrible like cigarettes and mold. Never never never stay here. The holiday inn express is slightly more, but way way way better. It’s across the street.

Filthy. It's a filthy hotel. I saw the Wyndam name and assumed it would be well managed and clean, but it's not. There were stains on the bedspread. There's stains and mold below the air conditioner, the toilet wasn't properly cleaned, and the entire hotel reeks. There's literally a pile of garbage in the office, that's visible when you check in. The garage looks unsafe, and there's discarded trash and broken furniture in the garage. I asked to park up the hill by the hotel, and at first they tried to tell me it was all handicap parking only. There are three blue handicap parking spots, but three yellow as well. After arguing, they let me park by the hotel, and not in the unsafe garage. They charged an extra fee for the safe in my room. The lamp by the desk didn't work. All the furniture looks second or third-hand. But really it's just how dirty and dingy the whole place was. It's disgusting. Please stay anywhere else. Stay in your car if you have to.

I wish i could give 0 stars to this hotel. When we arrived here in the morning we were late for check in. We checked in at 10 AM MORNING. The lady at the reception allocated us a room. In that room there were no bedsheets, no comforters no pillows everything was on floor. When we asked her to give us another room she threw tantrum on us by saying you have arrived late and she can not give us another room. In reality there were no rooms which were ready. Every room’s door was open and rooms were in same situation. After 50 mins of wait somebody came and fixed the room. The room smelled like cigarettes and smelled like urine. We literally left the hotel in few hours and booked another. This place is not suitable for humans or animals. Please don’t try to save few bucks. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.

unpleasant hotel, the smell of cigarettes was disgusting from the moment you get to the lobby, the cleanliness is horrible, there was someone else's hair everywhere, it doesn't look like in the pictures, an horrible experience! we had to clean it by ourselves! THE WORST HOTEL I’VE BEEN IN TO

This was by far the worst place I have ever have made reservations and had to immediately leave, the cigar/cigarette smell was awful. Paying less isn’t always the best choice, this was disgusting and the parking is crazy and the side road and up a few blocks are so steep, no pride in running this place what so ever and of course I didn’t get a refund but I didn’t care. There was no way I could stay there. I could not believe the condition of this place. It literally should be shut down for unhealthy conditions. Even though my stay was in the spring of 2021, I can see through the reviews recently that nothing has changed.

My experience at this place was not particulary good one. The owners who operate this place under franchise agreement are so miserable both husband & wife its unbelieveable. I don't think they have heard the words 'Good morning or Good afternoon' at all. A smile and friendly attitude does not cost anything but goes long way. They should both either retire or retrain ! The place while being a budget outfit at least be clean if nothing else. My room was smelly, smelt of smoke and the toilet seat was broke and should have been replaced long ago. One thing for certain I would not be staying there again even if offered free stay !

Just don’t do it. Hair in the bedding and towels. Pulled up sheets to check for bed bugs (none found) and the mattresses were horrifying. Huge brown/red stains down the sides of the mattresses. blood? who knows. chain/bar lock on door had been removed or broken off. Dirty mini-fridge, old food had leaked in it and was not cleaned. dirty microwave. The window in the room was broken. Visibly dirty floors, pubic hairs in shower/on towels. No breakfast “due to Covid,” though i would not have trusted eating it anyhow. walls were yellowed and legitimately sticky to the touch. Loud doors slamming constantly.

Hotel smelled of pot, person next door was smoking and it was coming through our bathroom vent. The guy up front did not care. We were a party of four, and they only gave us two towels, when I asked for additional towels I was told they did not have any. I was hoping other reviews were wrong or that the hotel has cleaned up a little bit, but this place showed us that they were not. Stay away from this place.

Smells horribly of stale cigarettes. Ceiling has bubbles from water damage. Walls are dented, broken and damaged by humans. Microwave was very old and damaged. Furniture was damaged. Noisy location. Noisy patrons slamming doors at 03:00-04:00. Floors, bed and surfaces were clean. No signs of bugs or rodents. Bed was comfortable.

I’m gonna phrase this as “nice” as I can: This place is a dump. The staff are so rude, they double charged us for our room, they almost REFUSED to switch our rooms because ours had bugs and SO many cigarette stains, and the hotel is not handicap accessible in any way. I hate it here and I’ve only been here for three hours. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to

Not well maintained, Trash can not emptied before assigning the room. Comeout didnt worked properly. Had to change the room over the night to upstairs because no one is available to fix the comeout issue in the night.

The whole hotel is dirty. There is a fruit basket in the lobby and the only thing in there is a rotten peach. There is an opened bag of Doritos with hot sauce in it on one of the tables. Our hotel room wreaks of what smells like mildew. It’s so bad we had to spray every where with cologne but the smell comes back. There is hair in the shower. There is something greasy looking on the night stand and there is hair. There is something brown that looks like was wiped on the lamp shade in our room. I really hope it’s not what I think it is🤮. There is dried liquid on the fridge. No ice in the freezer. The bathroom counter feels really dirty. Our carpet was soaked. The mirror is filthy. It is clear they do not clean here. I have never seen anything like this. What do they do all day while working here? They also charged us twice. We had to let them know and we had to ask for a air freshening spray. How embarrassing that we even had to ask that from them. I would be embarrassed if I worked here. Even the hallways smell. Please don’t stay here. They need to close this place. Clearly they care about one thing only.

One of the worst possible places to book a room. When your entered the building you will have marihuana smell in the hallway and in the rooms as wells as humidity which can lead to serious allergies. We asked to be moved to another room and we found the same problem even when the rooms have a NO SMOKING sign. We called Priceline from the hotel lobby and ask for a refund and the hotel staff declined to provided a refunded. This hotel needs to have a health department visit soon!!! Not recommended.

This hotel is disgusting. No A/C, sticky floors, shady area. I’m glad we didn’t stay here. I would rather sleep in my car. I would be physically sick if I had to spend a second longer in this hotel.. a park bench would be cleaner and safer than this place!

No star's this place might be less than a kennel. I would not allow a dog to stay there upon entering our room my wife seen a rat run across the nasty floor.

Place smells, dirty, only 1 person staff and very shady. Don't even look at the pictures the place is an absolute dump!!!! I couldn't even stay there, that's how awful it was never saw a place so dirty. The place should be close down.

The blankets were dirty and torn as well as the pillows. The hosts are not pleasant and not helpful. The neighborhood is in an industrial area so you can’t do much. There was not kitchen or anywhere to get food from, only vending machine. The smell was bad most of the time. I couldn’t sleep form the street and heater noise I do not recommend it at all.

I wouldn't ever want to book this hotel again. Super bad. Smells of cigarettes. In a very shady area. The rooms were fine but the entire vibe of this hotel is very very shady. Stay away. Not worth the price.

The office/hallways smell like cigarettes, and the service was minimal. We didn't expect an amazing room for the price, it was clean but the bedding had cigarette burns. We probably wouldn't stay there again, but if your looking for somewhere to crash for the night, it will do.

It is a smelly place to stay. There is a bad odor in the room that we stayed. Ac was not working well. I do not recommend this place even though it was one of the cheapest option listed when i checked. Dont stay here.

Hotel is good. Complete with microwave and refrigerator. Nice bathroom. Only issue is that the place has roaches.

Recommended thru priceline..not a good stay at all dirty and had Roches ddnt stay got my money back thru priceline after a little push back ..do not stay at this place

The place was disgusting! Rude staff would not even clean the room. Pubic hairs on the toilet seat, head hairs and disgusting debris. Looked like skin flakes and brown crumbs on the bed. Marijuana on the bed, burn hole in the comforter. The odor was immense, reeked like urine & weed. The air was hot, no circulation what so ever. Very sketchy people there and a disgusting hotel! 0 star rating, terrible customer service and quality. Terrible location also. STAY FAR AWAY.

Worst experience ever. Literally roaches, dirty walls, dirty sheets. Loud noise all night long. I regret wasting my time and money. Definitely do not stay there.
