Whenever I go to Penn station , I always end up buying atleast 6 or a dozen donuts from Krispy Kreme.. my kids just love this .. after having really mediocre donuts from other shops, these donuts have that extra taste .. of course it’s a bit expensive.. it’s kinda ok , once in a while . Conveniently located inside Penn station. Service can be a little more quick . Otherwise love this place … thumbs up 👍

Great selections of donut at pretty reasonable prices for the quantity and decoration. The staff are very fast, attentive, and friendly! The donuts taste super great.

Angie is da bomb! I had purchased a couple of donuts there yesterday. Staff was attentive and respectful. Donuts as usual fabulous. BUT I MUST HAVE LEFT MY WALLET THERE! Got all the way to Long Island, called without having any hope it would be found. But Angie had it, held onto it until I could pick it up today, and returned it to me intact. She even refused to take any reward. What a doll!

The customer service is excellent, the staff were very courteous. Have a variety of donuts that are on display in a very clean showcase. The donuts are always fresh and moist. My favorite is the glazed donuts 🤣 The little bag can be used for a game of Connect the Dots, especially if you are going on a long trip back home

Best donuts in the town! I got the Original Glazed, I pick you, Double Chocolate Kiss, Chocolate Chip Caramel Kreme, Strawberry Dream and glazed Raspberry filled. Everything that was kreme filled was divine. Cotton soft donut with cloud like cream in every bite. Despite this, nothing beats the original glazed! Staff is friendly and also made me aware of the ongoing promotions!

Best place to get fresh, tasty donuts. Their donuts start from $2.19 which is worst it for the way these donuts taste. This is a great place to get your donuts from since its usual not busy so there’s no wait. They bring out special new ones for each holiday and season which is really something to be exited for. Overall if you’re looking for a great donut go to any krispy creme but go here if you don’t want to wait in a line.

My wife loves Krispy Kreme, so we visited this location to get her fix. It is not as deluxe as the Times SQ location, but the coffee is good, and the service was quick.

Crispy Kreme Penn station. In the lobby of Penn station. As far as Donut experiences go, I give it an above average reviews since I prefer their donuts over Duncan. However, Crispy being a chain, isn't on the same level as the custom bakery donuts or the craft donuts like the donut factory on Grand St. However, I must predicate by saying I am no Donut connoisseur. In summary: its better than Duncan, but a step behind the craft donut establishments. This location appeared to have larger selection than the location in downtown financial district.

Honestly the best donuts out there! Very light and airy, not too much dough like from Dunkin’ Donuts. Even just the regular glaze hits the spot just perfect. Have to pick up a dozen or two when your there and heats well for next day enjoyment!!

With Krispy Kreme doing great, they have got some of the worst employees at the counter who still believe in discrimination...I was asked to go back and stand in queue in rudest possible way but the guy at counter, just because of nothing! I love KK, but now decided not to get them anymore, because of this worst incident happened with me at NY Penn KK. Very rude and discriminatory remark by this employee...would advise everyone to avoid them!

The Times Square flagship is finally open with social distance measures in place! You can reserve a time slot online in case it gets too full. Loved watching them bake fresh hot donuts and there was more swag to buy then you could imagine. Their Big Apple donut is $10.99 but comes in the cutest gift box if you want to surprise someone special. The red frosting looked too good to eat!

I ordered the chocolate iced creme filled donut and it was alright. I didn’t enjoy the filling too much, perhaps the custard is better. The dough was good and the icing too.

Awesome Krispy Kreme! Even though it’s underground where the train station is, there is always a large selection of donuts available. Even if the line looks long, don’t be discouraged - it’s very fast moving. Donuts have always been fresh and it’s a very clean storefront! Definitely recommend stopping by if you’re starting, finishing, or even mid-way through your commute! Note: On National donut day, they DO give free donuts. Nothing beats their classic glazed donut. Pros: -Amazing donuts, super fresh and warm -Wide range of donuts available -Friendly staff Cons: -Sometimes a long line - but it does move relatively fast

My most part of the visits to NYC is to stop by at any krispy Kreme store and pickup the donuts and fresh coffee…. Amazing place to have the donuts and you ll have the wide variety of options to choose. My mosy fav is the glazed original donut and the kreme filled donuts. The one here in NYC Penn station is very good, nice service and they are as quick as possible to get you the best. Dont miss out visiting this one if you are waiting for the train…

I wanted to Say what a great Team of gentlemen that work here. Anthony helped and the team of Gents helped me with my order Sunday morning on a very cold day when I was trying to start my time off with sunshine. He really took the cold chip off my Shoulder and started our retail day so pleasant. I would have done the survey, but they are no longer on the receipts. Great job of being just amazing human beings. With a great spirit and great FRESH Doughnuts.

Conveniently located Krispy Kreme in the middle of Penn Station. Coffee here is good, staff is fairly motivated, and prices here aren’t that bad compared to other Krispy Kremes considering this is a high traffic area The Original Glazed Doughnut flavored coffee, which is what I usually order is usually made to expectations and yes, it does taste like Original Glazed Doughnut

Disgusting service. I recieved the email regarding the free Veterans Day free coffee and donut. I went to claim it and was rudely asked are you a veteran? I realized I read it wrong but was really turned off . There was no greeting provided and also her body language was arrogant and rude. I was willing to make a purchase but I just couldn’t give my business to this franchise today. Employees who work in the morning should be friendly and know how offer alternatives and show willingness

I was handed a box of six donuts that had clearly sat there all day instead of being offered fresh donuts out of the case. I don't know if it would have made a difference because it tastes like they're using some sort of high fructose corn syrup for the frosting on the regular glazed donuts plus the donut is not light and airy like it should be. You can get better at a mom and pop place where the frosting cracks like sweet icing should and the dough doesn't fill you up like a bucket of KFC.

Krispy Kreme has a promotion of a free coffee and donut on Mondays, but this location's manager had instructed staff to give only if they have a vaccine card. The cashier eventual gave me one when I presented the offer to her. Had no half and half for the coffee at 800am, odd. The donut was also more of a sample size, 3 bites top, but delicious.

I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve gotten donuts here. Staff are pretty attentive and patient and efficient. Donuts themselves are as good as you expect, despite not being fresh obviously. Looking forward to returning back here time and time again.
