The
front
desk
staff
responsible
for
in-store
pickups
were
extremely
unprofessional!
After
I
arrived
at
the
store
and
registered
my
online
order
and
name,
the
staff
asked
me
to
browse
around
inside,
assuring
me
that
someone
would
bring
my
purchased
watch
to
the
front
desk.
So,
I
spent
about
10
minutes
in
the
store
and
received
an
email
with
the
subject
"Thank
you:
Samsung
order
complete"
and
a
message
stating
"Items
picked
up."
I
then
went
to
the
front
desk
to
show
them
the
email
I
had
received
and
provide
my
order
number,
inquiring
about
my
order.
However,
they
informed
me
that
it
wasn't
ready
yet
and
that
someone
would
bring
my
items
to
the
front
desk.
So,
I
waited
at
the
front
desk
for
15
minutes
without
receiving
any
further
updates.
I
approached
the
front
desk
again,
showing
them
the
email
I
had
received
and
asking
about
the
status
of
my
order.
One
staff
member
asked
for
my
name,
and
I
provided
my
first
name
and
mentioned
that
it
is
my
first
name.
Another
staff
member
said
they
knew
what
was
going
on
and
that
I
needed
to
wait
some
more.
Consequently,
I
waited
at
the
front
desk
for
another
half
an
hour.
During
this
time,
many
people
who
arrived
after
me
received
their
items
and
left,
but
my
name
was
never
called.
Finally,
after
an
hour
of
waiting,
I
approached
the
front
desk
and
informed
them
that
I
had
been
waiting
for
an
hour.
One
staff
member
asked
for
my
last
name,
and
when
I
provided
it,
he
suddenly
realized
something
and
told
me
that
"they
have
been
always
looking
for
me".
They
retrieved
my
items
inside
a
hidden
counter
and
gave
them
to
me.
As
you
can
see,
the
entire
process
was
highly
unprofessional.
My
full
name,
order
number,
and
item
details
were
clearly
marked
on
the
items
I
received,
but
none
of
the
staff
members
took
the
time
to
carefully
check
and
match
the
information
during
my
inquiries.
I
suspect
that
my
order
was
ready
while
I
followed
their
suggestion
to
browse
in
the
store
initially,
and
that's
why
I
received
the
email
notification.
However,
due
to
the
disorganization
and
neglect
of
the
staff
at
the
store,
I
ended
up
waiting
for
an
extra
hour
unnecessarily.
I
deeply
regret
not
choosing
to
have
my
order
shipped
to
my
home!
