    Came in to get my headphones fixed or replaced. The service is amazing. They're so helpful and everyone is polite. This space is so interactive and there is plenty to do while waiting. Games to play, boards to write on, spaces to chill in with different vibes. A must visit. Way better than Apple 🤣

    Had very basic question on very easy connection from watch to new S23. Lots of sales people just standing around on their phones and won't help because it is a 'technical question'. So have to wait in the queue. 20 minutes and waiting. Wish they would be more like Apple here. I don't recommend this place in any way.

    Amazing! a new experience and how designed this is! If you are a lover of technology and the Samsung brand alike, I recommend 100% that you come and stop by here, it will be an unforgettable experience! They also have a repair center and sales ONLY for accessories! NO SALES OF EQUIPMENT OR TRADE IN. They are all very friendly!

    I've always been a number 1 fan for Samsung as a brand. I've never had a phone other than Samsung throughout my life. But I was surprised with the customer service in this specific store.. Came inside 7:40pm (they close at 8) I asked the lady (her name is Sky) to get my online pick up order. She got all the needed information along with my ID copy. She asked me to wait for 2 minutes. And it has been around 45 mins, I'm still waiting, "SKY" IS HOME ALREADY! SHE LEFT!!!!! And I'm still there after the closing time.. waiting to pick up my order.. Such a shame! I really expected a way better experience. (I can't simply come the next day bcz we are travelling back to DC)

    Can't really rate it but I gave 4 stars because it was really nice and the rep was informative, I just went in to browse. I was pleasantly surprised how beautiful and cozy it looked. Great spot for a venue, they even have a stage that hold performances. Definitely a great place to chill even if you don't needa service but doubt you can do that. Not saying break your phone to go but shyt it is tempting, lol, JK

    The hubs rarely has destination spots, but Samsung 837 was on his list. Our last visit to Samsung 837 was before Covid hit. I'm happy to say the essence of the facility is still there. There's always a friendly host/hostess at the front door. The cafe bar on the second floor is now a spot for a genius bar (smart move). The remainder of the building is what it's always been: an adult playground. We spent a good chunk of time with one lovely assistant who gave us a detailed tour of the Samsung smart home. I'll also share there are fast chargers in various areas of the building. This space is clearly built for lounging and exploration. If you're a Samsung fan, you guys make a stop. The exhibits are always changing. If you're interested in creating a smart home or wanna play with technology, this is for you too.

    The store is incredible! The products and staff are both amazing. One staff member in particular was stellar, her name is Dakoda. She was very helpful, high-spirited and personable. She made the store experience that much more exciting. She was the catalyst for me purchasing a Galaxy Watch Active2 for my beautiful fiancé! I will definitely be returning.

    The front desk staff responsible for in-store pickups were extremely unprofessional! After I arrived at the store and registered my online order and name, the staff asked me to browse around inside, assuring me that someone would bring my purchased watch to the front desk. So, I spent about 10 minutes in the store and received an email with the subject "Thank you: Samsung order complete" and a message stating "Items picked up." I then went to the front desk to show them the email I had received and provide my order number, inquiring about my order. However, they informed me that it wasn't ready yet and that someone would bring my items to the front desk. So, I waited at the front desk for 15 minutes without receiving any further updates. I approached the front desk again, showing them the email I had received and asking about the status of my order. One staff member asked for my name, and I provided my first name and mentioned that it is my first name. Another staff member said they knew what was going on and that I needed to wait some more. Consequently, I waited at the front desk for another half an hour. During this time, many people who arrived after me received their items and left, but my name was never called. Finally, after an hour of waiting, I approached the front desk and informed them that I had been waiting for an hour. One staff member asked for my last name, and when I provided it, he suddenly realized something and told me that "they have been always looking for me". They retrieved my items inside a hidden counter and gave them to me. As you can see, the entire process was highly unprofessional. My full name, order number, and item details were clearly marked on the items I received, but none of the staff members took the time to carefully check and match the information during my inquiries. I suspect that my order was ready while I followed their suggestion to browse in the store initially, and that's why I received the email notification. However, due to the disorganization and neglect of the staff at the store, I ended up waiting for an extra hour unnecessarily. I deeply regret not choosing to have my order shipped to my home!

    Are you looking to try any of the items in the Samsung eco-system? This is the place to go. They have a ton of products that you can review and test out. Another bonus if you are looking at the S24 lineup is that they have every colour available to see in person and buy on the spot, this also includes all of the online exclusive colours. One caveat (at least at the time of this review), you can't buy a 45W charger to go with your phone which was weird, considering that this wattage is required to have the super-fast charging.

    Visited for phone hardware repair. The online scheduling was very easy to use and booked an appointment without issues. I arrived and checked in with someone upstairs until a technician was available. My technician Ricardo had a very strong understanding of company policies, consumer research, and customer service. I did not expect to be so satisfied with the service job on my S21 Ultra. Its a very nice looking store as well, would like to visit again!

    I had made an appointment earlier in the week to get my phone fixed. I have the flip 3 and my screen protector has been lifting in the middle, which is something that happens. With that being said I am allowed one free screen protector repair. So today, after traveling to get there I was not given service that I was told I would get. I received a text message yesterday, the day before my appointment, asking what my issue was so that they can see if they have the appropriate equipment. I was told they did, and yet I am typing this out with my screen protector still in need of a repair. I was told because of 2 scratches on my phone it was "out of warranty" so there fore to get my screen fixed I would have to pay $390 to get a new screen, not screen protector which is free for me but a new screen. The other option would be for me to take my screen protector off and leave and use my phone unprotected, which automatically kicks me off warranty. My warranty is still valid so why would that even be a suggestion. After receiving that awful advice and service I proceeded to call Samsung and got such a different experience and advice it puts this place to shame. Not only did they not do everything they were supposed to do to actually service my phone, they tried to take advantage of me and my situation. After calling I now have a solution that's 1000% better but also has more sense than what I was advised. And also keeps me in warranty. This was my first experience in a Samsung store ever, it was the worse experience I could've had.

    Love the experience. Not just a repair show. Came to fix my phone but enjoyed the full experience around it. Nice presentation of different technologies. Place for the kids to wait. Place for the bigger kids to play on a gaming PC. And a nice show once and hour or so.

    I called to speak directly to an agent, and was promptly assisted by a friendly and knowledgeable associate. My service appointment was wonderful as soon as I walked in I was greeted, even the security there are nice. The agent Ricardo was the same agent I spoke with on the phone. He was very honest about what would be required to complete the repairs, including any possible issues and what the resolution to those issues would be. He did a thorough check up of my device while remaining friendly and engaging. My appointment was during off peak hours and repairs took bout 30 minutes. My device looks brand new and the service was outstanding. FYI: The location was great I had plenty to do while I waited, although I suddenly noticed how much I depended on the phone.

    Located in the meat market, a few steps away from the High Line Park. The store is clean, staff are friendly and it has everything Samsung that you might want to buy or try. It even has a photo booth!

    I used to come down here back in the 90s to the clubs and I came back today to have my Samsung phone fixed and the salesman Bradley Augustine was very knowledgeable he fixed my phone I bought an external hard drive I'm going to come back for the flip phone. An a television ! Bradley was very patient very knowledgeable wonderful staff clean store they also had a DJ he was awesome felt like I was back in the club they should keep the DJ every week they could use some more Christmas decoration! Down stairs but overall the entire staff was outstanding ! I will be back thank you for the excellent service Bradley!

    Needed to get the screen for my brand new Flip 5 replaced and was told by Best Buy that I needed to go to Samsung store since Best Buy doesn't have parts for this brand new phone yet. I was impressed aesthetically with store. Modern, hip, eye-candy. Perfect for the trending meat packing district. I didn't have an appointment and was 5th on a list but was able to be accommodated in about 15 minutes. Pretty good. My Samsung rep was great and explained how the repair process would take and was told to give about a week. I went in about noon and then received a call that phone was repaired in 3 hours. Awesome! Highly recommended! Manage your expectations. I heard certain customers go off on reps as if they made decisions for customers for not having insurance or trying to blame Samsung for their own abuse of product. I had no insurance and I knew I was gonna pay a premium but my rep gave me a discounted rate. Treat with respect and may get much in return. Good life lesson

    For a while during the pandemic I think you needed appointments & it was difficult to get there for some times. I think that has eased & getting seen is easier. My phone was broken. I am pleased to say that they were able to fix it same day. When they returned the phone to me it looked like it was shiny, clean like brand new. Excellent work & nice service people.

    Today was yet another fantastic experience at Samsung Washington St. After 4 visits to my service provider, once again Samsung service team came to the rescue . I had the pleasure of being supported by Devin. He is resourceful, extremely personable, a mega multi tasker, and problem solver. He just makes everything work, while smiling..     Place was ok, i think the employees at the service desk should work on customer service skills. You're greeted by then telling you you should come back the next day because you have 6 people ahead of you and your not getting your device repaired the same night. Like, hello... how are you? How can i assist you today? Then you can tell me the wait and what not to expect if waiting

    The service at this location is stellar. Samsung 837 is one of the best store experiences I ever had. I’ve visited the store several times in the last few days, and each time, I leave the store better than when I came in. Angela, Devin, Emil, Ricky, Vince, Brandon, Izzy, Skylar, Alex, Nigel, and Bradley were excellent. I love how everyone on the Samsung Care team is dedicated to going above and beyond for each customer, no matter how complicated their situation.

    My phone's screen decided that it didn't want to work any more, so I visited this location for the first time. I was a walk-in, and I think they might have fewer staff in the evening, so I did have to wait about 30 minutes to be seen, but the space itself is pretty cool so you can entertain yourself a bit while waiting. When I first sat down, I was told my phone would be ready by 1pm the next day, which I was already pretty happy with. I don't know what changed, but they were able to expedite the repair and had my phone ready within an hour! Thank you to the team (the only person's name that I got was Rick, but there were several other helpful team members there) for helping me out so quickly!
