It's fine. Definitely is not authentic, more of a fast food cafe that's Mediterranean food. Not actually one country's cuisine. Pricey and a bit bland. But vegetarian, and fresh. Went during Pride, and they were Pride-friendly. But calling themselves Israeli? Sorry, can't promote genocide and be Pride-friendly.

One of a kind! This restaurant offers so many vegetarian options - all with great deal of spices!! The halloumi salad was BEYOND TASTY along with falafel wraps! I will go here again & would highly recommend giving this place a try. The staff was very at tentative and helpful in making selections. Restaurant has a few tables inside & outside. They will check your vaccine card/pass prior to placing an order!

I’ve passed by this place a billion times, but it wasn’t until a friend highly recommended this place did I finally stop in. OMG THE FOOD WAS SOOOOOO GOOD. the menu was well crafted. I ordered the chilli falafel burger and the deluxe. The flavours worked well together and the dish was well balanced. The portions were decent sized and very filling. The fries were some of the best I’ve ever had so if you go you must try them. I saved room for dessert and ordered baklava and it was Devine. Very fresh. Very flavourful. I highly recommend this place. I haven’t like a restaurant this much in a while.

Had the falafel sandwich and mint tea. The falafel came out quickly and was very fresh and tasty. It was a nice day and the restaurant was open and light and airy. I saw the famous chickpea tables and thought they were a little tacky, but it's certainly cute and unique.

Great food, variety of options! All dishes are freshly prepared and taste so good. They have big portion sizes so 2 dishes can be easily shared between 3 people. Crispy tomato garlic hummus is the yummiest. Will definitely visit again to try more from the menu.

We visited during a weekday visit to the city. Was crazy crowded but the service was excellent. Everyone from the guy at the order counter, to the chefs and servers worked in unison and super fast.Limited menu and seating but looked like a popular spot with loads of regular customers. The food is okay, not the greatest! Ordered the deluxe pita sandwich and the red hot chilli pita sandwich. These were of decent portion, loaded actually, stuffed with veggies and eggplant. Not the best pita sandwich I have had but I guess these are of Israeli cuisine.Never had one so can't comment on the authenticity! All food was served hot and within a few minutes.Overall happy with the service,a tad bit costly for the pricing and seating arrangements could have been better.

I’ve been to one other Nish Nush location before: this one’s much nicer (in terms of ambience and service), but the food appears to be regularly great! I had their deluxe sandwich this time, and it was - literally- overflowing with all the good stuff: lots of protein and veggies. It comes with pickles, tahini, and crushed chili on the side (I finished all of those too, because the center of the sandwich tends to be a bit dry). I love that their menu is entirely vegan! Also met the nicest staff! Dining here made for a most pleasant evening - I’ll definitely be back.

I went here by myself for an early lunch and it was pretty nice. Cute atmosphere and definitely a lot of seating options for the rather small space. I ordered the falafel platter for myself and was not able to finish it, huge portion and really delicious.

I go to Nish Nush every now and then after work and always order the same stuff: Falafel burger with salad, seasoned fries and baba ganoush. The food is very tasty and the portions are generous. Their falafel is top notch. They had the best baba I have had in New York. However, the sauces and little sides they serve (pickles, onions and etc.) vary depending on who is working there that day. Sometimes you have to ask for a ketchup and other times they put every sauce available on the tray. Their baklava would be a waste of your money in my opinion. Just a bunch of crunchy thin layers of dough with syrup. Super dry with no pistachios or walnuts inside. You wouldn’t even call that baklava in Turkey. Staff is a bit unprofessional too. Sometimes they charge me extra for a larger portion of salad and sometimes they tell me that is not possible. Again, this depends on who works there that day. Overall, this place is a grace.

Wow!!!! Delicious, fresh, generous portions, and great service! I ordered the Trio Falafel Platter and it was really quite impressive to open up! Everything is fresh and excellent quality. Nothing negative to say except I wish I had received more pickles! But aside from that, I will definitely recommend and will return to Nish Nush.

Their Shakshuka is one of the finest dishes I have ever eaten. Wonderful falafel and hummus. They do a brisk lunchtime business but still able to find a seat. Some of the best middle eastern food in the City.

Great Mediterranean restaurant! There’s many different options, we ordered 2 sandwiches and shakshuka and additionally we got side of 2 pieces of pita bread and fries for free. Place is small, we were lucky because when we entered there was only one table taken, but when we were leaving there was a long line to order.

Absolutely delicious vegetarian/vegan Mediterranean/Israeli food. Their hummus tasted authentic. And enough room to sit down and eat. Very pleasant and upbeat vibe to the place. Felt like I was back in Tel Aviv.

Generous portions and flavorful falafel in many shapes and sizes. Spicy, spinach, and regular - all worth a try. Added bonus is the whole pita, not something you find in every Mediterranean restaurant. Seats a bit eclectic - and the chickpea tables inside may not be for everyone, but the food shines through!

Big selection of all vegetarian meals. Had the Classic Forever Sandwich (felafel, hummus, salad, tahini, more) , Roasted Beets, Fried eggplant (not breaded and delicious!) and Haloumi salad for two of us. A lot of food and we took a bunch home. Not fancy. Casual. Friendly staff. Will go again.

Cannot recommend this restaurant enough! My two friends and I came here for a casual dinner and we split the falafel plate and greek salad for an incredible $30 total. The servings were very generous and the flavor was not lacking by any means. The falafel was delectably crispy and the hummus was the perfect balance of spices and smoothness. The pita was perfectly fluffy. The greek salad and salad on the platter were so refreshing and a perfect pairing with the rest of our food. Great quality, great price!! Thank you, will definitely be coming back!!

I liked a lot the humus and the Israeli salad. Big portions , so if you are not over eating and if you order a side, specially of humus and this types of dips, you can share a side into a 3 people. I shared a Israeli salad and the hummus with my sister and we felt we ate a lot , you can see in the picture . I’m not fan of Falafel , but is good.

The food was good, service was quick, portion sizes were good and it was affordable. Great place if you’re looking for vegan Mediterranean food. The Lemonana tasted good, but was a little too sweet. Outdoor seating is also nice and they have a water dispenser.

Great food and helpful staff. We will definitely be back. The shawarma platter was enough food for 2. The red hot chili sandwich was nice and spicy.

Excellent service at this location, food was fresh and served very quickly. Portions are great, and food was delicious. For vegan, gluten free peeps like me, this hit the spot without the worry. Not greasy. Just fresh and yum. Don't have the words but those two should be enough. I wish they had a Nish Nush in Brooklyn. Eyal Hen, Eyal Asulin, Shai Sudai call me, I would love to help open one in Brooklyn please!

It was very delicious. I ordered a classic sandwich 🥪 falafel 🧆. If you are looking for a middle eastern restaurant, nish nash is the best choice.

For roughly 14 dollars the side of falafel (3 different and they give you pita and some nice sauces and pickle on the side) and a beer is literally the best high value & tasty meal/snack you can get in Manhattan. Location and staff are awesome. (Also love the FiDi location)

Really good food. Loved the fact that it was all vegetarian. They could amp up the ambiance and have more seating. The tables were very sticky so we had to spread some paper. But food made up for everything.
