McDonald's has definitely gone bad. From an institution and all the families where you could come and almost celebrate a birthday with a child, this diner turned into a bakery for beggars and homeless people with disgusting and slow service and old spoiled furniture that does not change until the century goes by

WHAT EVER THEY ARE DOING WITH THERE OREO IS NOT GOOD. THEY HAVE IT ON THEIR MENU AS "OREO MC FLURRY" BUT IT IS JUST A VANILA ICE CREAM WITH A SPRINKLE OF OREO BITS IN THERE. TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THIS STUPID ITEM..😤😤😫😫

Coffee horrible they ran out of range juice and gave me water mixed with whatever they had left. Admitted it when I complained and they have untrained staff

The customer service was good thank you KATRINA. Although the employees don’t wear name tags you can simply ask their name or speak to a manager. The parking is good for Brooklyn where most people use public transportation. The restrooms were clean and a nice comfortable size. I like the beautiful seating. There’s a kiosk you can make orders on and there’s a screen to track your order above the counter. The food was hot and tasteful.

Good food, I mean it's a McDonald's. They all the same. The service is a hit or miss, you can get the nicest person or someone completely negligent. But most of the time, I'm satisfied with the service there.

I ordered a large coffee with 7 cream and milk but it didn't seem like they put even 2 nor milk. So I went to the cashier and asked for some cream and he was nice enough to hand me 3 little cups of cream.

This was my first time going to this place. I was riding my bike from the bronx to coney island and I stopped for a quick refuel. I like the new kiosk where you can order you food faster and not have to wait online. The decor was very modern and bright.

I was blown away when i visited this location. I used to live around the neighborhood, and the ambiance was not neat nor where the staff was friendly. To my suprise, when i visited early January, i was very happy with the turnaround. It was so nice and gave the starbucks kind of vibes. This has to be the best dine in experience i have ever had at a McDonald's. Thanks to the whole team, and especially Jaquashia, the manager in training. #promoteher Thank you for your service, and pls keep in the good work.

The overall experience at this McDonald's is above par. I appreciate the cleanliness and service. The staff is very helpful at making sure you get the correct order and all your amenities. The atmosphere here is pleasant and makes you wonder to stay a little and have your meal inside instead. Ice Cream Machines work 😋 and food is served hot 🔥 out the oven. Definitely recommend 👌

This is one of the better McDonald's in the area. The one on Flatbush headed towards the Brooklyn Bridge was a mess. I stopped going after a cashier got rude, and the next day on the news, a woman went over the counter after her. And the one on Fulton and Albany has a disgusting guard. This one is a different one altogether. They have a chicken sandwich that is 6 bucks, but you get two. And it's a butter bun and pickles. It tastes a lot like chic-Fla-lay. It's always clean, and the staff should be proud. Keep up the great job. I love that sandwich with a shake.

The cashier was walking around on the floor while a line of 3 customers were waiting about 3 to 5 minutes before coming to the register and do his job. When I was served I ask for some napkins and was told that I should have ordered it when I was at the cashier. Telling me to read the sign of which I did not see an was not looking for a sign as I knew exactly what I wanted. I was laughted at and shouted to by this young girl. Others were also laughing. I also notice a lot of loud talking and a lot of laughter by most of the employees. Do they know that they are selling food. It was not a pleasant experience for me. While eating another young lady came and pointed out to me where the sign was. I said thank you. She left. Would u believe I came through the other door.

On December 1, 2023 at 1030am I waited on line. When I got to the register, the cashier (a Hispanic male with Grey hair and wearing glasses) refused to take my order and started making drinks. Then after waiting 5 to 10 minutes suddenly there were people behind me harassing me about why he wasn't taking orders. (I wouldn't been harassed and cursed at and getting into an argument with someone if this cashier was attentive to his job). On top of that he blamed me for arguing with the customers whitched happened because of his making pauing customers wait. (Somebody harass and curses at me becase of someone else actions it will cause an argument). Then when he took my order instead of putting one bacon McMuffin he rung up two and over charged me. I tried to explain to him the issue but he wouldn't listen to me and I ended up asking for my money back. The actions of this cashier towards a willing paying customer were deplorable. I will never go back to that McDonald's again.

Me and my bff went there to get a bag just plain bag nothing else and we waited 15 mins there was nobody on the line because my mom forgot the bags to trick or treat but yea it was fine

Service is slow, and they botched up my order several times. I now have to check my order before leaving, Every time.

I'll just do this. Although there's a McDonald's in Atlantic Mall, I'll walk in the heat, rain, or snow just to get to McDonald's, which is located on Atlantic and Vanderbilt. Their food tastes way better, drink don't taste watered down and it very clean, smells great. And there's always seats available. Every time I make a trip downtown, Brooklyn, I must end my day off at this McDonald's 😋😋😋😋😋

The service and time to obtain our food came with impeccable timing the order was completely correct.

Customer service is amazing, young lady kind of tall,sorry I didn't get her name,but she is great and friendly and definitely professional, she even bless me on the way out,great food great experience and definitely will return and recommending my friends and family will be an honor.

I ordered a Happy Meal on the app...I didn't look inside the box thinking that the 4 PC nuggets would have been inside. Come home and give it to my grandson ....and his face said it all...NO NUGGETS ONLY FRIES 🍟 and the TOY. Not good. It hurt me to see my grandsons face soo sad 😔 😟

No ice-cream ! I thought it was only a typical French McDonald's issue, but apparently not Otherwise, it's a McDonald's. Not really well located in a not really enjoyable neighborhood. But we were on the 25th of December, and they were open, thanks to them.

I wish I had taken photo or video - but they were inexplicably playing Christmas Music. Yesterday! Which was June 25th. And TBH, that's why this review is 2 stars because the Christmas Music was a lot more entertaining than the under cooked breakfast sandwich. Which by the way, was off the menu since it was 10:32am but also, still ON the menu if you ask repeatedly.

Cashier Tuesday November 1, 2022. Was coughing and had no mask while she was taking my order. Now me and my family are sick with A bad cough and fever.

Love the coffee ☕️ and breakfast sandwiches. And believe it or not, the best value for a simple vanilla ice cream cone😉!

For the simple reason because they play Christmas music during the 1st weekend of October. Over it.

The food is usually decent here, love the frappe and strawberry and cream pie. Whoever made my coffee yesterday though really didn't know how to make coffee at all... Not enough cream and seems like they forgot to put any sugar... They often forget out miss things. Last week I got the $3 double cheeseburger and fries deal with 4pc. Chicken nuggets. The cheeseburger was barely wrapped and they forgot to give me any sauce for the nuggets. One time I made an order with the sausage burritos or wraps and they charged me 10 cents extra for something...I think it was the salsa??? But I never even asked for extra. I just asked for cup of water... So they kind of suck in a way, but at the same time is Mc Donald's it's fast food... What can we do...

Much better now that everything was renovated. The drive thru is much better except the space to drive around the other cars was eliminated but doesn't matter, just go thru the other exit. I like the amount of self service screens inside because the one near my house has only 2 and are always occupied. I like it!

All I wanted was plastic utensils for my kid. It turned into a 5 minute debacle as the girl at the drive thru window didn’t understand any English.. For a minute I thought I was in a foreign country.. it was very frustrating. Probably not coming back to this location again.

One of the worst establishments ever operated. Fast food....but took 30 minutes to provide cold food. None of the food was prepared right given the ingredients were typed on the receipt. Had to go back twice for ketchup, BBQ sauce and apple slices--all on the original order and forgotten to give us. Everyone simply turns their back and pretends to be working. The waiting crowd was so angry waiting for food that a loud argument ensued while the security guard simply sat there.

A McD’s that runs out of fries at 1 pm is just sad. Buns for the burgers have been dry several times. Apple pie is dried up. Dirty tables and overflowing garbage cans. Also the place is a very chaotic during lunch hour. I was thankful when school ended for the summer because there’s always rowdy school kids in there raising hell. They have to get new music because there are Christmas songs playing all year round . Chaos disorder and just a ratchet place .

1/5/2023, I think I had the best quarter pounder from this Mcdonald of my entire life. Fries were authentic. This location seems to be consistent.

I don't know if the waitress question is just to fill up the test, other wise it's a joke. Except here. Never fails. The French fries are a timeless classic of American Americana. The perfect crisp. You won’t regret it! Kids and grandparents alike are sure to enjoy a great time—fun for all generations. And you can never go wrong with any of their delectable frozen treats!

This McDonald’s is pretty amazing. For example when you order at the kiosk and get your order number it is correctly displayed on the order status screen above the cashiers. Also when you pick for the order to be a eat in order and enter the table tent number they actually bring the order to your table. This stuff never works at other locations in brooklyn. Even the simple stuff like selecting eat in. My order is normally put in a to go bag everywhere else. I take it, they do the same stupid mistake here as well. An Eat-in order in a to go bag 😒 Also you get year round Christmas music here 🥶

This McDonald’s fell off so bad. The food was old, the service sucks they kept forgetting stuff which i had to keep getting out my car hafter going through the drive through. The apple pie was old and they didn’t change the oil for the harsh brown. I paid $45 for this nasty food 🤢🤮

So I never imagined I’d be giving any fast food place 5 stars, but here I am.. I mostly pick up food for my son here, but I’m impressed with the quality of their fries! No burnt ragedy fries in sight. What pushed me to giving them 5 stars was how they handled a recent hiccup with my order. They were very apologetic, and went above and beyond to make it right. It’s what anyone serving customers should do. I didn’t get names, but they worked the shift. Keep up the great work!

My family and I had such a frightening expirence at this McDonald's today. We were almost assaulted by a staff (Teen/young man) member while the Security guard watched and egged it on. The manager walked out and just told the staff member to get back behind the counter. She didnot address the patrons that were inside especially the one with kids like myself that began crying in fear as this staff member ran around the resturant to get in my husband's face.Then as we were leaving he called a few of his young friends in hoodies to wait out in the parking lot to intimidate us.This young man is very violent and should not work at a family friendly environment.

I stopped by this afternoon for coffee and the employee did not put the lid on correctly causing the coffee to spill all over my hand in the store. The employee was upset and stated “you don’t know how to pick up coffee.” He did not offer napkins or ice for the burn. He was upset he had to clean the pick up counter. Please train your staff. This could have been prevented. I’m just glad it wasn’t a more severe burn. Be CAREFUL ordering hot beverages here as they do not do their job properly.

We came to order but no one came to take our order. The bathroom’s are so dirty and smell. The dining area was so dirty that I didn’t even want to eat in. Please fix these things.
