This hospital is very underrated. This hospital hospice staff are simply amazing!!! I have never been to a hospital like this one. First let tell you about a woman that works there her name is Abu. The sweet, kindest, most humble individuals i have ever met they literally but themselves in your shoes. They’re make you smile n laugh and don’t mind if you help them. I Love this hospital def better than Monti ewww so nasty. If you guys read this I LOVE YOU GUYS!! And thank you for treating my mother like you guys did. 💋💋💋💋💋

I went to see a friend You know really I was very glad of the staff they were courteous & the attentive they were to the patients, it's a good truma hospital,

Went to buy Lunch/Dinner while visiting a loved one. The lady that serve me my $10. Plate was completely disgustingly verbally grotesque and unprofessional, she has a (tattoo of a cross) on her forehead and hispanic. I ask for her name and she said (worker). So I reported her and her nasty delivery.

Ok... this hospital is a good hospital I was told by a friend that works for EMS that this is the best trauma hospital in the bronx.... my mom admitted she was well taken care of but this was the first time she was on the 2nd floor... that's the worst floor so far those people don't wash their patients I had to give my mom a bird bath a few times but other than that she was well taken care of

Even though I had bad experiences in the past, this hospital changed a whole lot. My father has been there and they take very good care of him. They greet me when I walk in and when I walk out. Emergency room still takes forever so if ur not really bad then don't go to the Emergency room. You will be waiting all day. Got nothing bad to say about the nurses and doctors once you have your room. They are very nice.

On July 23, 2022 I called 911 my mom is 75 years of age. She been having back ache for the past 4 days. I just couldnt see my mom walking hunchback. My sisters said she needs to see a doctor. So we call the EMS and they knocked on the door. Didn't say good morning or anything u guys called, walks in saying the St Barnabas is not taking 911 calls. I found that awkward, she has her records there. They took her and said we would have to wait until someone say ok bring her in. I understand that we are going through a pandemic but a hospital being closed on a hot day like this is ridiculous. Especially if the patient is not feeling well and the EMS people were very rude!!! Especially with the patient's love ones. I feel that all hospitals in New York City especially in the Bronx should be open just in case of an emergency. And if it is because of weather these EMS was being rude they don't need to come to work they should stay home and be under the AC unit. Bronx care EMS sucks. EMS # 2851 they were very rude. Not good at all.

This is the worse hospital in the Bronx . The nurses don't care n half the doctors don't either I would never go there for myself I got hit by a car back in 2015 the doctor told me I'm not in prison n go home Didn't do anything Now I'm getting surgery done from another hospital Yes I'm suing

I had to leave the building to get fresh air & get my emotions in order so the patient in ICU did not see me sad. Upon returning to go back upstairs...i was DENIED entry. Very unacceptable. Especially when you have a pt waiting for you to return because they do not want to be left alone

There are really plenty of great people but I I will have to hold judgement until after surgery. This Doctor Adler could really double as All American Marathon Man. Besides knowing his business he has this incredible natural raw strength. And than he was ticking off all my physical problems and he wants to avoid psorisis and he ask did I know what going to happen I said yes I was probably going to die.. And Like his strong overpowering presence they all fell into line because I realized this is the best chiropractic team with all joking aside they've seen alot

The wait time for dental is terrible… 😢

All I have to say it's the worst hospital I've ever been to, I've been paralyzed for 10yrs. so with that being said I've been to a numerous amount of hospital and this is the worst by far....
