A wonderful urban escape with tons of arts and style with cuisines from all over the globe. The views from the food court are amazing. Prices are decent and you get a 20% discount if you use Apple pay to pay on Saturday. Indoor dining space did seem a bit packed when I went (Sunday afternoon). My favorite exhibit was the Multiply 2019, which using a camera could move the tiles on the board as you moved. If in DUMBO, this is definitely a place to visit to grab food and enjoy amazing views. The architecture inside was also quite enjoyable.

Such a fun 🛍️🛒 shopping center and eatery with tons of food vendors from 🍜 ramen to 🍔 burgers and 🍟 fries. Tons of retail spaces, indoor and outdoor seating, rooftop walkways and seating, along with beautiful views of the Brooklyn bridge and lower Manhattan. They also have ample ♿ handicap accessible 🅿️ parking, seating, and 🚻 restrooms.

Empire Stores is a lovely haven located right outside of Brooklyn Bridge Park on Water Street. There are free public bathrooms & you can grab a bite when you visit! It’s a great spot for a break while you’re adventuring around Brooklyn, highly recommend!

Beautiful new indoor shopping mall. If you go to the 5th floor you can get a super nice view of manhattan and both bridges. Everything in there is super pricy, especially the food, but it’s like that everywhere in dumbo now. Also there’s a public restroom but it had the longest line for the woman’s restroom I had ever seen in my entire life.

I gave Empire Stores 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Why did the couple go on a date to Empire Stores? They wanted to "see" if they could "bridge" the gap! 😅 Empire Stores is a must-visit destination in Dumbo! The views of the Manhattan Bridge and the city skyline are simply breathtaking. I loved walking along the rooftop terrace and taking in the panoramic views. It's a great spot to grab a bite to eat or meet up with friends! Plus, they have bathrooms 🚻 ! Really nice view from up there. And don't forget to visit the restaurant on top, they usually have live concerts on weekends

I've visited this outlet several times now, and have been fairly disappointed each time. This area almost feels like a ghost town — almost all of the shops are entirely vacant, and it seems like the mall was designed with a much larger capacity in mind. Unfortunately, it feels that this area has a sterile, unwelcoming feel to it, and the shops here don't have the ability to draw in any number of visitors. I'm not sure what would lead someone to go out of their way to visit this outlet mall, unless they perhaps live very close by. There doesn't seem to be anything that this mall provides that cannot be readily found in Manhattan.

If you're looking for a place to enjoy some delicious food, shop for unique items, and admire the stunning views of the city, you should definitely check out Empire Stores. This historic building used to be a warehouse complex, but now it's a vibrant destination that offers something for everyone. You can explore the food hall, where you'll find a variety of cuisines and flavors, from pizza and tacos to sushi and ice cream. You can also browse the market, where you'll discover local artisans and vendors selling everything from clothing and accessories to books and art. And don't forget to visit the rooftop, where you can relax on the lawn, sip a cocktail, and take in the breathtaking skyline of Manhattan. Empire Stores is more than just a building, it's an experience that you won't want to miss.

The Empire State Building is one of the most iconic landmarks in New York City and a must-visit destination for tourists. It is a skyscraper located in Midtown Manhattan and was completed in 1931. For over 40 years, it was the tallest building in the world and continues to be a symbol of American engineering and ingenuity. The Empire State Building stands at 1,454 feet tall and has 102 floors. It is primarily used as office space and is home to a variety of businesses and organizations. However, the building is most famous for its observation deck, which offers stunning views of the city from 86 floors up. The observation deck is accessible to the public and offers panoramic views of the city in every direction. Visitors can see landmarks like the Statue of Liberty, Central Park, and the Brooklyn Bridge from the observation deck. The building's location in Midtown Manhattan also makes it a great spot to view the city's skyline at night. In addition to the observation deck, the Empire State Building offers a variety of other attractions for visitors. These include a historical exhibit on the building's construction and design, as well as a multimedia experience called the "Dare to Dream" exhibit, which tells the story of the building's creation and its impact on American culture. The Empire State Building has been featured in many films, TV shows, and books over the years and continues to be a popular tourist attraction. Its iconic Art Deco design and stunning views of the city make it a must-visit destination for anyone visiting New York City

Came here today especially to see the new Tom Fruin glass house (available through May, 2019). The place offers great view of the city and the two bridges from the third and forth floors. I was only looking, didn’t buy anything so I can’t recommend any of the stores or restaurants. So my experience was completely free and wonderful, I highly recommend visiting. Live video is available on my Facebook page 🔥

A very wide range of excellent food all on offer in one location. Competition between mini-restaurants is fierce so they all bring their A-game. Handmade donuts and canolis next to vegan everything, adjacent to Ramen, across from Ice cream, and around the corner from barbecue, southern comfort food, Italian, and breakfast fare. Upstairs has scenic views with pizza, meats, and alcohol. Can't go wrong at this Brooklyn intitution. 👍🏻👍🏻

My team had a great time here! We got a Uma Ladette painting without anyone noticing. Only downside was the stench of pretentiousness from the slacktivist hipsters.

Legit tourist trap with mediocre food, high prices and amazing views. Crowded, slow moving lines and more tourists than you can shake a stick at. The photo ops are amazing tho, this cannot be stated enough.

Indeed, when it comes to delivering goods and services, this shopping centre is the best. I'm so grateful because it really has it all in this house. Food courts, boutiques, and many more, from imported goods. I had the best time here because the place was so beautiful and everything else, particularly for my family, was great. Highly advised!

Crowded but amazing. Same building as time out market, so look around, get some food, visit the bar rooftop, do some shopping, etc. amazing overall, especially the view

This is one of the nicest building in Brooklyn. Over seeing the Brooklyn Bridge basically right on the water. The time out market has whatever you need. So many different options. - Dumbo House and Cecconis are my go too!

It's a must-visit shopping center! They have a large car park. You can easily find a variety of restaurants. I definitely would recommend and refer everyone without hesitation to this perfect mall. All the stuff I was looking for in this mall was intact. This place was also very convenient to visit. Thumbs up! Thumbs up!

Food market that has craft fairs too. Food looked great but on a Saturday it was a touch too crowded for my taste. However the upper lovely was manageable and very enjoyable.

Had the fried chicken, was huge meal but I like my fried chicken a little more crispy. The upstairs roof garden bar has lovely views but outdoor seating is fairly limited, but plenty of indoor space .

It's a adaptive reuse project of a warehouse. So from outside it looks like nothing but you will find it surprisingly intimate when you go inside. The architecture and structure itself is speechless. There are not many stores so you will feel spacious but not like crowded in other shopping mall.

  • 5/5 Sandie G. 1 year ago on Google
Was just walking around checking the place out. I didn't go inside the stores or try any of the restaurants. Plan on going back there to try out a few.

Beautiful bridges, pleasant ambience, busy but not noisy urban market place.

  • 5/5 Megan W. 1 year ago on Google
This is a really nice building, and on the outside you can access a look out deck up the stairs that has great views of the bridges. They also have a public restroom, although the line was very long for the ladies (as always). They also have a water fountain. All of the places to eat here feel very high end.

Empire Store has become my must visit when I am in Dumbo and the Brooklyn Bridge Park. I love grabbing an ice cream bowl at Sugar Hill Creamery and having a meal at the many resturants.

By Empire "STORES", I was expecting more actual stores. There are only a couple, aside from the Timeout Market...

  • 4/5 Sara M. 2 years ago on Google
The best atmosphere. Food was pretty good, mac n cheese is definitely recommended. Service could have been a little better but they are quite busy so it's understandable. Would return though. Only down side is they won't allow pictures which is disappointing but what can ya do..
