The receptionist in 21 Audubon office was very rude and her name is Jeanette. I asked her to schedule an appointment for my spouse & I, she misunderstood what I was scheduling and thought that I was trying to schedule my appointment under another person’s insurance(My spouse's insurance). Jeanette didn't let me explain myself when she told me " I don't know what you are asking for and I am not scheduling your appointment, come in person or don't come at all" then she proceeded to end the call. She could've communicated better and asked for my clarification, which I was trying to give her before she ended the phone call. I called on 8/18/17 at 10:57 am. I felt disrespected and I will not be calling back to set an appointment. Very disappointed with the "service" she gave me. I hope something gets done about this rude employee.

They never pick up . I don’t know what are they doing if they are in the front desk .

I been going here for years. I love this clinic they make you feel comfortable and they don't judge no matter what age you are. I came here when i was pregnant with my son. Then i came after and they put me on birth control. What i love is that they have social workers and they talk to you and help you with any help you need. They explain all the birth controls and all the stuff i can use to prevent having a kid. This place is amazing. Only issue is you have to come early this place is always packed. Is first come first serve. They do make appointments. They have social workers, nurses, doctors, and they can give you referrals. The staff are nice and patient some staff can be mean and rude it depends who's there.

A semi clean facility, that’s the nicest thing I have to say. All 8 appointments my wife and I have had have been at least an hour and half wait. Our appointment 4 weeks ago the doctor forgot about us in the examination room. Our appointment 2 weeks ago the office didn’t have it scheduled in their system.But We had an appointment letter with the confirmed date. This most recent appointment was at 3 o’clock we were not seen till 5:15. Everyone is sitting around behind desks chatting with one another. They need more doctors to see patients or a better team to schedule them!

Maybe some doctors are great BUT THE STAFF, nurses and front desk people are a disgrace!!!!! Horribleeee! Does not matter if you are polite and kind and 8 months pregnant like me THEY ARE RUDE AND EVEN TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT THEY GIVE YOU A HORRIBLE ATTITUDE . I put one star because there is a no star option

I have never have any problem at this facility except for the wait time but if it's medical office so you have to be very patient. I went in for a routine check up and I was first seen by a hispanic lady named Kenya. She was very unprofessional and rude. She called me "amor"( love), which is what not you expect from a healthcare provider that you meet for the first time. That was the first red flag I got from her. I explained the reason why I was there for and she practically made me choose between two medical services I normally get done at the same time. After seeing how unprofessional she was by asking unrelated personal questions to my medical care, I told her that I want to be seeing by someone else to which she replied " I don't care". I never felt so uncomfortable with a medical provider. I waited a little longer and I was then treated by my favorite physician Ms. Debbie, she is amazing to say the least. She is very caring and she knows her stuff. She is very knowledgeable and have amazing bedside manners. I would recommend her in a heart beat. I only rated it 1 start because of the first provider who treated me this date. Debbie gets 5 stars plus.

All I wanted to do is schedule an appointment with Dr. Stephanie Warsheski. I have called 3 times today, and waited over 10 minutes each time. Each time, no one took my call. All I got was an automated recording saying "someone will be with you in just a moment". Unbelievable and infuriating. Do not use this network.

This place isn’t punctual there’s always a issue. For example, I’m here today and they all of a sudden have a issue with the system being down and can’t schedule walk ins keep in mind I was there last week and they said they accept walk-ins at 7AM in the morning on the weekdays so I come in at 7AM like they advised, to get seen and they can’t. It’s not fair to people to share false information because I made a sacrifice in going after work to basically schedule an appointment for another day instead of the day that I was there.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Have called 6 times and cannot get anyone on the phone. A switchboard operator answers and transfers you to a line that rings ENDLESSLY until it just hangs up on you. So if you have a sick child, you will never get through! There should be a ZERO Star option because this place doesn't deserve one star.

I love the care provded at this hospital but the wait time on the phone is horrible...especially if your pregnant we shouldn't have to wait on hold for over 45 minutes. im currently been waiting 46 minutes on the phone to someone to pick up and schedule my apt. they need to fix that.

TERRIBLE! I had an appointment in October. They schedule a follow up in January when I was going to be out of town. Haven’t been able to reach them since. They seem to not care about their patients.

Great service and near everything about transportation

I’ve been coming here since my first child was 1 year old she is now almost 15. I have three children all under the care of Dr. Kostacos (who is the best). I would not take them anywhere else.

The front desk and security service are horrible.they won't let me wait for my daughter in the front desk area,I went out freezing and come back in 45 minutes because I was so cold the securities in a rude way ,told again to go ouside,I spent another 30 minutes felt so bad for myself and cry 😥 I don't think I go there anymore.

Terrible place, don't go, the Dominican women all have a bitter face, they serve you reluctantly and instead of doing their job, they spend their time talking 👎 the only kind people are the American doctors 👍👍

21 Audbon is horrible the clinc security runs the clinc. If you don't speak Spanish the security will cancel your appointment. Patients that don't speak Spanish are not accept at the clinc. Racist

Please please just call another clinic, the worst staff when assisting with an appointment, Joanne and Wendy shame on you . Some individuals just need new careers. Joanne I needed your help making an appointment you made me feel as I was bothering you and you just wanted me off the phone . I work customer service I could never treat someone like I was just treated by these two woman that work in a woman’s clinic. Never again.

This clinic becomes the worse ever, you call to make an appointment they doesn’t have any and you go walking they don’t take any. So how I am supposed to see a doctor?

I have been coming to this clinic since I was on my 20s my daughter is now 18years old. I even moved from NY. But every time I visit NY I make an appointment to do a general check up here. Time talks.. years coming to this clicc
