Can’t recommend this place. Waited in line for over 30 minutes for COVID testing. They only let one maybe two patients in during that time, I was waiting behind 8+ people standing outside in the heat. At that rate, I would be lucky to have been seen in two hours. For an urgent care, this place seems to lack a sense of urgency. Don’t waste your time:

This is probably my first time giving 5 stars to a Urgent Care facility (or even a medical provider). I went there because I have been sick for several days and wanted to rule out anything more serious. I don’t think I waited even 10 minutes. The nurse was very nice and sweet, took my vitals, COVID test and right after I saw the doctor. Dr. Alves was so caring, nice, listened attentively to what I was saying and didn’t rush me at all. I feel like anytime I need to see a doctor they rush and I can’t even say all the things I need to say, so I felt very cared for. I did a pregnancy test and X-ray right there, and got both results very quickly. Im still waiting on my PCR results which can take 48h, but they called me today to ask how I was feeling which to me was insane (in a great way). I’m very happy with my experience at AG Urgent Care, the best I’ve ever had!

Horrible service. Especially for immigration exam. STAY AWAY.

I walked in on a whim, just felt like it! They had deal or no deal on. My favorite!!! Dr. Nigel is the BEST so sweet! And Everyone is just super cute and kind and they know their stuff!!! Made me feel super safe and listened to. GREAT BED SIDE MANNER! So sweet! ran my tests, easy peasy. the wait was a LITTLE long. POQUITO!!! but hey! its a neighborhood urgent care in a densely populated city. 5 stars. Seriously it was so easy and personable and kind and caring.

They claim to be LGBTQ+ friendly on Google. But the staff deadnamed me and then made way too big of a deal apologizing about it - and then they deadnamed me while apologizing lol! Clearly no training on how to act like a normal person around trans people. Also it took 2.5 hours of waiting to get a rapid COVID test. And they didn't do a good job of monitoring the waiting room: one of the customers in there was yelling/monologuing at everybody (including myself) and took her mask of at a certain point and then took her shoes and socks off and started rubbing her feet. Very NYC, but not the ambiance you want in an urgent care facility.

waited outside 90 minutes for covid test. NO insurance companies will cover both rapid and pcr on same day here. if u dont have insurance, covid tests are NOT free as stated for this location on ny.gov site. bro im fr gona lose my mind.

It took the staff here 3 weeks, 2 tests and 4 prescriptions for different antibiotics for what they first thought was a yeast infection, then thought was BV to figure out that I had a UTI. I have never received such a low level of medical service. Also, they have no way to deliver test results and they'll call you from an unknown number and not leave a call back number. The fact that it took them so long to figure out that I have a very common issue is concerning and makes me question their ability to communicate and give proper care.

the wait time was a little long, but AG urgent care took amazing care of me. Dr Nigel and the nurses were very caring and thoughtful

Dr. Latoya Bettan is absolutely amazing, the nurse was very kind, they have TV playing in the waiting room which was a nice distraction. I think a lot of the old reviews are about waiting a long time for covid testing — their care for me was amazing!

Sitting in the waiting room at AG I couldn’t help but be reminded of the 9th circle of hell. This is a frozen wasteland staffed by “doctors” that not only won’t help you but who seem to want to punish you for daring to ask. I waited four hours and the doctor (Cecil) spent less than 30 seconds with me. He wouldn’t listen to anything I said or even make eye contact with me. I swear when I asked him to prescribe something for my pain his eyes lit up with an electric glow like he was energetically feeding off my suffering. I’m surprised he didn’t have me push a boulder up a hill and watch it roll down over and over again as a medical test. Then again I’m sure he had other patients he had to spend 30 seconds with and then not help. Avoid this company at all costs. It certainly doesn’t qualify as urgent and the doctors absolutely do not care.

I went to AG with my girlfriend and we received excellent care by Cecil and the Team. Wait time was minimal and the advice he gave us was very thorough. Thanks again!

The new location is a major upgrade from the old one and the service is much better than before. Went here tonight an hour before close and was out in an hour! Super friendly staff, highly recommend :) update: i appreciate dr dollison + his medical assistant for their patience, consideration, and care as i seem to only visit when it’s right before closing every time. i can’t recommend them enough! also appreciate how timely and efficient they are with sending out the lab results :)

Please never go here, worst medical experience of my life. They aren’t professional in safe guarding good practice. Never rely on the test result they conclude because they are negligent. I’m mortified to have been put on this kind of stress and emotional damage bc of the lack of procedure and good practice from this establishment. Please never go to this location.

This is not an urgent care facility. Please do not waste your time if you are looking for an in and out process. Their wait time is over 2 and half hours. Save time and find a real urgent care facility. The hospital may be quicker.

This facility is clean, professional and provides results with a true sense of urgency. I've had to come twice to obtain COVID-19/PCR results: in Dec. 2020 prior to an international flight and Sept. 2021 prior to having surgery. Both times, negative PCR results were needed within 48-72 hour timeframes, AG Urgent Care of Bushwick was able to fulfill these requirements. Both times, I've encountered sanitary conditions, professional and kind staff/medical personnel with great bedside manner and security, vacant waiting area and a clean bathroom. If you're in need of COVID-19 test results in a timely manner, I would recommend this facility.

Terrible service, never had to wait this long at any urgent care in the country. Over 4 hours

I made an appointment for the podiatrist. 6/3 @ 4 p.m. I arrived 30min early. There was 3/4 patients ahead of me. Long story short 1hr. and 15 min past my appointment time, I was not called by the doctor. My review: I will never return nor recommend this location. The lack of respect for the patients time is not acceptable. While I was there, there was another young lady complaining because of the same issue. She had 2 young children. One was sick and needed medical attention. She waited so long the day before she had to leave. Not until she started complaining loudly did the doctor become available to assist her. Completely unacceptable!!!!

Went to visit this urgent care with my grandmother and we received excellent service from young black lady. She assisted my grandmother and even spoke to her in her native tongue. She even explained my grandmothers discharge to her and also explained how to use the WeHealth app. Young black small front desk MA gave excellent service and my grandmother is looking to make this her primary office.

I went to AG Urgent Care on June 21 after 9pm, when I entered there was the secretary in a blue uniform, short curly bob wig, or whatever she was tryna do with that bob, dark skin. I didn’t like her service. When we told her the reason we came she looked liked she ain’t want to service nobody or get the doctor we been called and was told to come before 10. Minutes later another customer walks in and ask for assistance, tells the same lady her issue and she tells her she can’t take her, the customer tells her she been called and was told to come before 10, same thing my father was told and yet she still told that same customer she can’t be serviced, and the customer repeats herself letting the secretary know that she was told to come before 10 to be serviced but yet she is being told by the secretary she can’t. I don’t know if she was feening to go home or something but that shouldn’t have happened, the lady really needed some assistance and wasn’t able to get it.

Very professional staff and Doctors, Doctors really gave their full attention and that’s why I’m grateful.Doctors read my report and told me what exactly test need to be done ASAP.

We waited for 3 hours with my sick baby. We couldn't wait any longer because my baby was crying and we left without seeing the doctor.

3 hours and waiting for a “rapid” COVID test.

I came here late Friday night with strep throat. Dr. Dollison and Monet took great care of me. I was the last patient of the evening and they were still so patient and kind. They listened, asked questions, ran the necessary tests and presented me with the possible options to move forward. It's been a couple of days and I'm feeling better with the medication prescribed. Thank you for being so kind and making me feel comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location for the friendly staff and service alone.

My visit at AG urgent care was great!! The staff & provider were so welcoming and friendly. Anai and Monica at the front desk were excellent!! The triage MA was so nice and helped me relax when drawing blood, the DR was very informative and took his time and answered all my questions. .. I will recommend AG to my friends and family :)

I was seen today by Dr.Dollison late & he was great, very attentive. Monica & Christian were very efficient, & welcoming. Thank you
