Wonderful staff that make you feel very comfortable and who provide genuine customer service. I went 20 minutes out of my way due to the energy and helpfulness of the staff when making the appointment on the phone, and my in person experience was even better ! Go here!

The girls here are soooo sweet, I don’t know if these girls are trained all the same way but man it’s working they are super sweet and nice and that’s why this business is so successful because of their customer service.. the owner should be proud of these girls

If your here to tan at the desk and find yourself behind an undecided walk in be prepared. Unfortunately the receptionist doesn't know enough to tell the person to step aside while deciding what they want so members can sign in and tan.

Always a great experience at Beach Bum. The customer service is fantastic and the prices are affordable. I had a previous bill from a few years ago and the manager was so helpful by giving me options to still get my airbrush tan before my vacation without having to spend extra money. They offer different beds, uv tanning and sunless booths. They also have custom airbrushing which is affordable as well.

My spray tan artist was great! She was respectful of my privacy and did a thorough job to prepare me for the upcoming wedding of my son. The shade she chose (Island) was perfect for my dress and shoes (sandals) for that event! I would recommend this location and the one on Staten Island as well.

I got to the fresh pond location because they’re open late so it’s convenient to go get sprayed after work. The girls are friendly enough. I always get compliments on the airbrush tan. The shower in an hour is a blessing because you don’t go to bed with spray tan on. I tried the pre and post moisture lock and felt like my color wasn’t as deep and didn’t last as long. Would love the bayside location to have later hours and more consistent staff available for spray tans

Wonderful staff and very clean. I’ve tired the versus spray tanning booth and the Lay down beds. I was impressed by the quality of the machines and the tanning results.

Clean place. Friendly staff. I've got a sheet with tanning options and pricing. The girl at the front desk was attentive, courteous, and signed me up for coupons which I later used to get my first free tanning session. They are not aggressive, hard-sellers which for me it's an A+ point. They were helpful, gave me all the information I need to take my decision and got some free tips. Love this place! By the way, the machines were great condition (got the Platinum and the 360 degrees spraying panel). Great place I totally recommend.
