On
my
trip
through
New
York
I
came
across
this
beautiful
roastery,
which
expands
my
series
of
reviews
of
good
roasters
(and
even
half
as
good
ones).
So
here
is
my
impression
for
you
in
the
usual
format:
First
impression:
Easy
and
difficult
to
find
because
it
is
so
small,
the
roastery
is
located
opposite
a
police
station.
It's
difficult
to
get
a
first
impression
from
the
outside,
so
just
walk
in.
Ambience:
The
counter
at
the
front
makes
up
about
40%
of
the
store,
but
it's
not
bad
because
it's
just
small
and
cozy.
At
first
I
didn't
notice
the
treats
at
the
bottom
right
of
the
counter...
but
you
know
it
now.
😉
I
think
my
first
sentence
was:
"How
cool
that
you
can
create
such
a
great
ambience
with
lots
of
different
things
in
one
room!"
Cuddly,
small,
but
beautiful.
Eat:
Unfortunately,
this
is
more
mainstream
and
lacks
the
personal
touch
that
other
roasters
often
offer.
Conventional
hunger
is
well
served
with
treats
like
a
chocolate
croissant!
Service:
Calm,
dry,
objective.
Not
too
much,
just
right.
Coffee:
That
was
a
dream!
One
sip
and
we
agreed
that
cherry
dominated
as
a
flavor.
So
direct
and
delicious,
just
great.
The
bean
can
also
be
purchased
there
alongside
another
one.
Likewise
your
own
cups
or
bags.
Conclusion:
Gladly
again
at
any
time,
but
preferably
outside
on
the
bench
when
the
weather
is
good.
