I love drinking coffee in mugs! This place accommodated us by pouring our coffee in mugs. We got one small “coffee” and one “cortado”. Great latte art! They have a quaint sitting area by the window!

They have the best coffee and the cutest little shop. I love their oat milk iced latte and the staff is super nice. There’s a few seats outside and a cozy corner with some seating near the window. They also sell bagged coffee which is perfect for gifting!

The best coffeeshop in the neighborhood. The staff are all wonderful. You’ll notice many regulars who return day after day, for more than the coffee; also rapport with staff and other customers. While my usual is a cold brew in hot weather, or a cappuccino or a cortado in cold; the mocha is a delicious treat.

Matcha latte was OK, but this place is very coffee centric so I did not have high expectations. It is tiny with rustic Scandinavian inspired decor, only 3 tables inside. It is cosy in a weirdly shabby way and music is pleasantly relaxing and nostalgic.

I loved this coffee! We tried the Iced Latte with Skim Milk and it was perfect! The ambiance is so cool, and the price is good too! I highly recommend this place

Great new neighborhood coffee joint coming in from Brooklyn. They have three or four small round tables but otherwise a grab and go kind of place. Good vibe and decor and friendly service. Four not five stars due to cappuccinos being served in 12oz cups and filled to brim so too milky. Otherwise would have been great. Can you get some smaller cups please??? Will revisit to ask.. They have pastries from Roberta's in Brooklyn so I tried the chocolate croissant and it was tasty. Coukd have been a bit flakier/crispier but I don't mind chewy croissants.

I ordered an iced coffee and poured my own lukewarm half half coffee. The coffee was disgusting, it had that burnt and sour taste to it. Also, the service was horrendous. I walked in and the barista was a teenager dancing around not making anything and the guy at the counter was talking to what appeared to be a local, and completely ignored me. Not a hello. Nothing. Then after two minutes of politely waiting for someone who works at the cafe to acknowledge me as a customer, he takes my order and flips the screen and makes me fill out the order form to pay, aka his job. Disgusting coffee. Pretentious, terrible service for a place that looks unkempt with garbage piled outside. Do not go here. The hype is all false. I threw out my coffee. And around the corner I was pleasantly surprised and had delicious coffee, pastries, and kind service at Madman Espresso.

Went to Oslo Coffee Roasters yesterday. It’s such a cute small coffeeshop. I ordered a cappuccino , which was great . I love this place , it’s small, nicely decorated with plants , great music and friendly service . I also love their cute seating space by the window. This place is great for spending a good time with a cup of coffee and do your work or have a little chit chat! Located in west village, I love the neighborhood around as well! Definitely a good pit stop for me while waking around west village !

Lovely place for a cup of coffee. There is not much room inside, but it feels very cosy. They also sell beans and merch.

On my trip through New York I came across this beautiful roastery, which expands my series of reviews of good roasters (and even half as good ones). So here is my impression for you in the usual format: First impression: Easy and difficult to find because it is so small, the roastery is located opposite a police station. It's difficult to get a first impression from the outside, so just walk in. Ambience: The counter at the front makes up about 40% of the store, but it's not bad because it's just small and cozy. At first I didn't notice the treats at the bottom right of the counter... but you know it now. 😉 I think my first sentence was: "How cool that you can create such a great ambience with lots of different things in one room!" Cuddly, small, but beautiful. Eat: Unfortunately, this is more mainstream and lacks the personal touch that other roasters often offer. Conventional hunger is well served with treats like a chocolate croissant! Service: Calm, dry, objective. Not too much, just right. Coffee: That was a dream! One sip and we agreed that cherry dominated as a flavor. So direct and delicious, just great. The bean can also be purchased there alongside another one. Likewise your own cups or bags. Conclusion: Gladly again at any time, but preferably outside on the bench when the weather is good.

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience here. We're in town only for a few days, but have made a point of trying as many recommended espresso shops as possible while we're here. I always order an espresso and a latte to sample the quality of the actual shot. This place has been the best by far. Was also great to experience the atmosphere - lots of locals chatting with the staff about Wes Anderson films this morning and it was fun to experience it with them.

Excellent latte art! Best drink I’ve had at any coffee shop. Very fast service. New favorite place in the city!

Such good bakery goods and drinks! I had a delicious matcha. The environment is super cozy and tasteful. There are a few seats for sitting. You could spend an afternoon on this street as there are lots of cute store surrounding it (thrift and shopping).

Best Coffee I've had in New York. They actually knew what a Long Black is too which is a big plus in my eyes.

GREAT COFFEE, very rich and balanced. Staff was very friendly. Try the americano or cold brew.

Came here to get a quick coffee break while strolling in West Village on a sunny day. Oslo is perfect for this because it’s cozy and has a lot of natural light. Bonus: They have reasonably priced matcha! And they have all the milk alternatives, including oat milk. My matcha latte was wonderful. My boyfriend got a flat white which he said was really good too. This is a perfect pit stop in West Village.

Albeit small and cute with a nice vibe, I was a bit surprised that the cappuccino was offered as a 12oz or larger. To me that's a latte. Still, it was pretty good and better than most other choices right around there.

I like Oslo. The coffee has a nice flavor and they serve decaf. It’s properly hot when you order a cappuccino and tastes great.

Grabbed a couple of oat lattes. Small inside sitting area (2 tables, maybe 5 people at the absolute most) but a lovely vibe! I love the UES location and coffee, but this WV location's latte tasted a little blander and more burnt (?) Still a great experience and yummy coffee but not perfect for me!

Coffee is great at this small coffee shop in west village. There are a few seats available and they’ve got a nice selection of pastries as well. Love the cold brew for summer and I’ve tried their beans as well at home and they’ve got a great flavor. This will definitely be my new local.

Last night, I had a great time chilling at this coffee shop. Their barista was extremely well-dressed, knowledgeable, and attractive. The location was both fascinating and relaxing. Their pastry was also delicious. Particularly when paired with their freshly brewed coffee. It was a fantastic coffee break.
