    This store is suppose to be the #2 store in the world, yet professionally it takes last place in ethics and moral. The management staff that has been led by former district manager Chivon Daley manages to keep this store in check through fear and unlawful tactics. The Store Manager Natalie Martinez had such a high turnover rate over the summer that any corporate head would look into it. Unfortunately because of the district manager being worse than the store manager, it continues to be allowed without any corrective action. Two Employers lost family members and instead of following protocol, emotionally abused their power to guilt people into quitting or being fired(one for time and attendance, knowing that someone passed away). The Assistant management is no better as Kristina Miranda only re-enforcers the behaviour while Stephanie Vera just tries to maintain her position. Finally the Sales lead Kimberly Arriaga could be one of the most condescending people I have ever met. Not just to her team, but to customers as well. I watched as she spoke down to a customer while I was waiting only to see this person walk out for the sheer audacity this lead has. I am not the first person to see this and I won’t be the last. I know you may be asking how I could possibly know all of this information but a store shouldn’t lose over a dozen employees in just under 12 weeks. This leadership team puts profit over people to the point that no one feels confident in going up to them about anything. How their HR team has not investigated them let alone the entire store for everything that has occurred is not surprising since all reports seem to be stopped before it could reach them. Any review given is stopped before a corporate position can review it. Yet something should be done to improve this store and the abuse that the staff has to take in order to do their job. I would not recommend anyone work here let alone shop here. This store should be shown that this type of behaviour will not be tolerated by anyone. I took my time writing this out because it is something that should be worded properly.

    There are 2 things. It would be nice if they could have booked it. Especially for like for the holidays and when they having a big sale. And then on online is the same thing. You wanna order something? But it doesn't let you. Pick it up or anything because it's close or certain time of the week.

    This store is as ghetto as the females that work there. They are rude unfriendly and unprofessional . . I will never go in there again . I rather crawl down the high way on my hands and knees to ridghill mall

    This place used to honor their jewelry but it is changed over the last couple of years I received a bracelet from a secret Santa the clasp broke I took it to Pandora for a repair I would have even paid for the repair but they would not fix it because I couldn't tell them who bought it (hence secret santa) anyway I now have a bracelet that I can't use I recommend not purchasing a bracelet or anything for that matter from Pandora you have to give too much information to purchase something that is not that valuable and I don't think it's any of their business who I am I just want to be a customer buying a piece of stainless steel/ silver jewelry or paying for a repair

    I stopped by Pandora to get my mother in law a customized bracelet for Mother’s Day, and found exactly what I was looking for. This bracelet is absolutely gorgeous and will make the perfect gift. At first when I walked in I was ignored by the managers, which was really disheartening, but I had a lovely young lady named Chelsea approach me and help me from start to finish. Coincidentally she was the young lady I saw on TikTok that inspired me to purchase at Pandora Jewelry for Mother’s Day. She personally designed my bracelet and organized the charms to perfection. She worked with me and my budget to make sure I had the best bracelet for my budget. I couldn’t be more thankful for the time and consideration she took to work with me to perfect it. She was kind, patient, and professional. If you stop by the store and are not immediately assisted, don’t give up! Try seeing if Chelsea is present, and I’m sure you’ll have an equally amazing experience as did I. I’ll be working with her exclusively from here on out for all my Pandora jewelry needs. Thank you SO MUCH.

    Bay plaza mall picked up preorder opened it in front of clerk wrong size bracelet she wouldn’t exchange it told me to get back online when I am standing in front of her who gave me package ridiculous explain to me the reason for this when you have me in front of you with my package that she gave me . Never ever again. Customer service is lacking.

    I had an excellent experience with Itzel. I felt so comfortable and felt like she read my mind with all of my needs! She went above and beyond to help my complicated self. I am looking forward to going back and having her help me again!! Someone give that woman a raise!!!

    All I have to say is OMG!! Kimberly is the best!! She was not reluctant in helping us find the items we had in mind. You can tell she absolutely loves her job and customer service is her super power. She made us laugh and feel comfortable while shopping and I also blame her for the larger than expected shopping spree we ended up purchasing ( in a good way ). I am so happy with my new items.     Chelsea took care of me and she was exceptional. She went above and beyond to find what I wanted in the back. She was also very patient and lenient. This location gets busy at times but she took her time with me and made me feel comfortable while I was being indecisive finding an ideal gift. Great customer service overall.

    What’s going on with the lead sales manager? Because she thinks she owns the store and that anybody that walks in to pandora store can’t afford to buy stuff from there. Nasty attitude I walk in and while I was walking for about 3 minutes the lead sales manager approached to me and said to me with an ugly attitude did you find what you going to get? And I really wanted a pair of earrings for my niece so I said to her I’d like to get these earring and then she looked at me and said what else? That’s all? Follow me to checkout Looking me down like woman who do you think you are to be looking down on people you don’t own the store you just work there and this company just gave you a “promote name” as a lead sales that doesn’t mean you are the rich person there cause let’s be honest if you are rich you wouldn’t be working there to be treating people like if they are poor. Fix your attitude cause you have no ethics at all and as a lead sales manager you are making the company to lose money instead of adding more value remember to the company YOU WORK FOR. Not the one that you own.

    Love this jewelry store !!! Went to add on some charms to my bracelet ! It was a surprise to me that we had to wait on line to get in , Instead of walking straight into the store but the line moved Quickly and we were satisfied with the help! She was very sweet and helpful !!!

    Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The managers Natalie and Kim were so rude to my grandmother. They have horrible attitudes towards customers and even their employees ! Soo unprofessional. The first time I ever shopped there they gave me attitude for not wanting to sign up for a Pandora card. Upon our last visit we were being helped by Kim who I believe is a manager, I overheard her calling another customer “broke” because she didn’t purchase the diamonds she was looking at. Totally disgusted and that was for sure my last trip to that store ! I spread the word to friends and family to NEVER visit that store. 0/10

    I ordered online and my order was ready in less than two hours on a Saturday! And a week before Christmas. I came in and did not have to wait the line. I was Greeted by an amazing lady who paired me up with a guy who was also amazing! I was out in less than 10 minutes. Great experience overall. Will definitely be coming back here.
