The whole process what absolutely perfect. It was better than I expected to be honest. I have made purchases from IDC in store that did not come close to the online purchase of the natural sapphire company. The process was so good, I went back and purchased a ruby and, emerald and my wife got another sapphire. I ordered a pair of ruby earrings from the website. I was very satisfied with everything. All the stuff was decently wrapped in the package, including the case holding the earrings, the certification documents and the receipt. On the earrings themselves, they are of high quality in both materials and the design. The color of the rubies are pure; the cut is perfect. The bases are elegant.
