Very elegant boutique with great products filled with rich heritage and craftsmanship it was my very first introduction into fine writing instruments and my experience was amazing the staff was friendly knowledgeable and patient I was allowed to go through all the models in great detail and was introduced to some really fancy pieces I must admit for many including myself will say they are pretty pricey but we'll worth it for for expertise and culture they provide

The Asian woman (with red spectacles) is terrible at customer service She acknowledged us standing in front of her after 5min and on requesting if she can adjust belt length stated use a scissor or bring it here I will show you how to use a scissor. Really ?

Have been there twice (1st visit and pickup) and the staff on both days were very friendly and helpful. Phoebe even send me a text and photo when my pen was ready for pickup.

I needed to pick up a gift and I was in such a rush. They said they open at 10am but they changed their hours without updating it. So I came all the way here wasting my time on travel and wasn’t able to even get in. The staff were nice telling me the hour changed but this is still very disturbing. If the hour has changed a long time ago. Update it online. If want to do business, please open at the indicated time.

Fantastic product. Worst customer service in this store. 1. 40 minutes to check out because no one knew where the correct pens were. Told me one price, ended up being another. 6 people involved in the purchase at check out. Okay I bought it anyway. 2. Called them to tell them that they sent me off with fountain ink. I asked for cartridges. Immediately woman cannot find my invoice. Tells me that the ink was this price and the pen was this price and I have this... nothing to do with the problem. I’m shipping everything back at my own expense just so I don’t have to deal with this store again.
