My fiance and I went to the Titsou bar to enjoy a couple of drinks a few nights ago. The music, the decor, the vibe, all amazing! The reason I'm not putting a 5 is because, our waitress (Anna I believe, she has dark shoulder length hair), was being very flirty with my fiance to a level it made the both of us uncomfortable. She touched his shoulder while gazing into his eyes, she kept on complimenting him, she almost got my order wrong... We finished our drinks, paid and immediately left. I honestly appreciate having a friendly waitress/waiter, but Anna(?) was very unprofessional. It's not a healthy way to deal with customers. We might come back in the future and give this place another try because it is stunning! Hopefully, I can give you a 5 star rating next time!

FOUQUET’S NEW YORK might just be the coolest new hotel in New York, just stunning design, (think art deco French style). Color palette of course reflects this vibe and it’s 100% worth having a look around this hotel just to enjoy the attention to detail at this beautiful locale if you have the privilege to stay here. AMBIANCE- cool French vibe on steroids is how I’d describe it! Guests are welcomed like old friends as soon as you return ‘home’! And it’s that sense of home that feels special here… ROOMS - I cannot tell you enough how beautiful everything is, attention to detail incredible, beds are really comfortable, showers have great pressure, toiletries great… you get the idea right? Perfect place to rest your head in the quietest bedroom I’ve ever stayed in Manhattan! SERVICE - just great, super charming, attentive… challenge is going to be maintaining those high standards, but given the team there, I suspect will attract a loyal and likely fabulous customer base FOOD/DRINK - we weren’t able to sample as they weren’t open when we stayed, that said, I’m excited to try on a future visit. SUMMARY - just stunning!!! Or have I said that already?

Stayed for my husband's birthday weekend recently, after falling in love with the spa and enjoying the restaurants over the last year. Pretty fabulous hotel with true 5-star services and amenities -- room service was incredible, lots of little gifts and thoughtful touches, early check in, late check out, a nice table at Titsou every night. Really fun location and my favorite spa in the city right now. Suite was spacious, well-designed and comfortable, with an epic mini bar.

I am usually a Marriott person, but this was an invitation for an event so I went non Marriott for the first time in a few years. I got to say i was impressed. The rooms were beautiful, the staff was super friendly and the overall ambience was great. If Marriott would be gone tomorrow and this hotel had a rewards program, I would be there again!

When I say I LOVE THIS HOTEL, I mean I *LOVE* this hotel! I came for a business trip for the week with plans to leave and check into the new Aman come the weekend, and I ended up coming back because I adored it so much. The aesthetics, the service, the spa, the restaurants, the rooftop, the speak easy - it is all absolutely divine. The only “downside” is that you’re in the heart of NYC and you won’t want to leave this hotel!

The hotel itself feels fantastic, and the service is good. The speakeasy bar is sophisticated and cool, and overall, the place is nice and quiet. However, the café's menu is not balanced to my taste for brunch or lunch. They need to work on the menu, but it's still an okay place to eat.

I came here for dinner with my friends and we loved the food. The overall vibe of the restaurant was classy and sophisticated. The gnocchi is phenomenal! I also got the mezcal cocktail with watermelon and it was decisions - not too sweet, not too strong, just right! My friends tried the tiramisu martini and that was delicious too, if you are looking for something on the stronger side.

This hotel will exceed your expectation. The smiling and warm greetings of the reception will make you feel welcome. The french art deco is very chic and beautiful. I can see the sophisticated details they put into the design, colors and overall ambiance. Entering our room you will be welcomed with a very fresh and clean scent. The room obviously got the same design concept all through out. From the fridge to the chandelier and yes we got a chandelier in our room. Our room makes us feel so grand and important. They have full fridge with choices of delicate, imported from abroad but delicious snacks. Oh and the TV is one of my Fiancé favorite its like a mirror when turn off and a fully functional television when on .We got a complimentary chocolates and macaron. Now lets go to their dining area, we ate dessert and breakfast from their lovely restaurant, the staff are Phenomenal their customer service is something that any guest will feel very welcome. The presentation and taste are absolutely great! We also check out their pool area we just didnt have time to take a dip, Our weekend stay in this hotel is something we will remember forever. Dinner at Fouquet's was PHENOMENAL. This place is exactly what Tribeca needed. I had the sole meunière and my mother had the Chicken Crapaudine. The sole was deboned table side. The sauce and cook on both were A+. Compliments to Chef Orrico! The real showstopper however was DESSERT. Chef Michael Romano delivered classic French staples like a Mille feuille while serving up the best apple tarte I've ever had. The caramel ice cream made IN HOUSE was to die for. Even the perfectly thought out touch of the petit four (mini madeleines, financier, macarons...). No détail was spared. 👏🏼 The mocktails were delicious (liquor license coming soon!!).

My husband and I have anticipated the opening of this location for quite some time as we live in the neighborhood. We had the pleasure of dining twice at the Champs-Elysées location. We stopped by a two weeks ago and was informed by a gentleman with glasses (assumingely a manager)that the restaurant was not open to anyone but VIP guests and still had not obtained a liquor license. We were rudely turned away. The hostess at the restaurant was gracious enough to take our email and phone number. And assured we would receive a call upon opening. She also gave us a tour of the bar and cafe before we exited. ***OUR EXPERIENCE** We popped in Friday night to dine as we were informed the restaurant was functioning and had obtained their liquor license. We were greeted by the same hostess and to our surprise same floor manager. The restaurant was full but the hostess offered us a seat at the bar until the rest of our party arrived. Once we were seated Our seats overlooked the restaurant and had a wonderful view of the bar. Our server whose name I cannot remember was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and recommended dishes for us to try. I ordered the delicious french onion soup and the fish dish. The ambiance was beautiful and the restaurant brought our food out quickly. Our drinks were never empty and our table was cleaned quickly for the next course. The server even folded my napkin when I went to the restroom. While we dined the same manager continuously watched us like a hawk and spoke horribly to the workers from our seats we could hear him. It made us uncomfortable. As delightful as the meal and service was; I do not support establishments like that. My first and last visit.

I enjoyed my stay there so much. Their service is so above beyond. Especially Natalie and Luis at the front desk, not only they showed us around the hotel when we checked in, they also made the reservation at the bar for us even last minute. the room is just so chic. I love the marble in the bathroom and the details in the room are so fantastic! I highly recommend if you visit NYC,

You need to email the restaurant to book a table!( quite antiquated as per NYC standards) So I emailed the restaurant to make a reservation 3 days ago but never got a response. There is also no menu available online to see what the food offered will be. They will need to step it up. Ca ne commence pas bien…

The newly opened Brasserie restaurant even in its early stages is already fantastic. We were greeted by a smiling lovely hostess. We dined on east coast oysters, the best french onion soup I have ever had, luscious dover sole and grilled rib eye. Our server Alex (AJ) was outstanding, a lovely soulful beautiful person. Cant wait to go back.

Everything was at the top. The suites are beautiful, clean. The hotel staff is very attentive. We were able throughout our stay counted on the sympathy of Myriam who is such a kind and professional person. If the boss sees my comment, we have to keep this woman who is so solar and soft. See you very quickly. Our stay was perfect and we will come back quickly. See you soon! :) Antoine & Ginger

Went to restaurant with a friend. Service was really good, we were treated well, but there were a couple issues in how certain things were handled (for example the wine was not served according to wine étiquette, but my guess is that this was due to the restaurant being relatively new and staff was still in training). Ambiance was great, Antoine, the Maître D'hôtel was great, and so was our server. Food was delicious with the exception of the pickle I got with my burger. Terrible pickle, please do something about it. Rest was great.

Everything about our one night stay was superb from the beautifully designed room, to memorable breakfast room service, to the welcoming reception. The only exception to an otherwise perfect experience was the housekeeping staff. Two housekeepers rang our bell at about 9:10a, despite the do not disturb tag we left on the door. Despite saying we did not ring for housekeeping and with the do not disturb tag still on our door, about 5 minutes later a woman who appeared to be a manager housekeeper rang the bell, asked how long we were staying and relayed some other information I am sorry to say I did not completely understand. I explained that we were staying just one night and planned to leave at noon check-out time, when the room would be available to housekeeping. Later, at 11:55a just as I was leaving to check-out, the bell rang again. When I opened the door, the two housekeepers and manager were there and immediately went down the hall and entered a room just past the third floor elevators. I have never had such intrusive housekeeping at any hotel. We felt a bit kicked out, and perhaps all the more so since we were out by noon and otherwise had such a superb experience. Given our overall experience, I would not change the exceptional rating because I believe housekeeping must be misguided somehow and not at all reflective of the type of service Fouquet endeavors to provide.

Fouquets is extremely tasteful and brings a coziness and comfortable feeling to the beautiful cobblestone streets of Tribeca. I cant wait to see how this hotel grows and becomes a foundational establishment in NYC. Be back soon!

This review is of the Titsou bar in Hotel Fouquet. It reminds me of the great bar in FiDi’s Four Season hotel. Beautiful bar and great cocktails and really nice service. Connor the bartender made incredibly delicious cocktails. Relaxing experience. Hostess and note staff were very nice and helpful. Would definitely come back!
