Bought a puppy here and staff that helped me was great! They were patient, kind and helped me narrow down a breed based upon what I was looking for. I was a little all over the place as to what qualities I was looking for but they took the time to explain positives and negatives of each available breed. The puppy did get sick over the next week (as most store puppies do) with kennel cough but the veterinary services included with the purchase took great care and the puppy was fine in a few days. We are really happy and love the new addition to the family! It has been about 2 months now since owning and cannot be happier!

Reading such mixed reviews, I was a little hesitant to visit at the beginning but I am glad I did. I had a very positive experience at this place in mid-December of 2021. Store is very clean with a private space to meet your new companion. Freddy was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. I was able to meet several adorable kittens without being rushed or pressured. I felt in love with not one but two of them, and now I have my beautiful girls - Himalayan Bella and blue Persian Luna. Both are healthy and happy. Even when I had to reach out to the owner for a minor matter, they were super responsive and helpful. Luckily, issue resolved by itself. I had an amazing experience throughout the entire process. Prices are high and in-line for what you can expect to pay for a healthy purebred animal. I would highly recommend this place if you are serious and ready for a significant financial commitment.

I got this girl from here. I went to the store and ask if they had a cat. At first the staff showed me two males. They were so adorable but I wanted a female cat. Then he showed me another cat. She was beautiful but I wanted to see more. After that, he showed me this cat. I fell in love with her at the first time I saw her. I ended up to get her now she is my kid. She is so energetic, healthy and gorgeous. Thank you for the staff who was patient to show the cats to me and explained everything to me. She is my first cat since I lived in NY so I don’t know anything. The staff was very helpful and nice. I’m happy to find this place.

Hi! I have been looking for a kitten and happened upon this store. The staff has been so polite and helpful with me. They really care about the animals here, even one of the staff purchases animals form the very store himself. Which I found to be such a good sign! Most of the workers at this store have medical degrees of some kind. Most of these reviews are about rude staff or their kitten/puppy getting ill. Here's my thoughts: 1. Buying an animal is very serious, you are commiting to owning a life for the next maybe 12 years, so when a staff member is harder on you than you might be comfortable with that is a good sign they care about the animals in their store and don't want their babies ending up somewhere they shouldn't be. Though I need to add that my experience was completely opposite, I found the staff was absolutely lovely. 2. They have a very generous process for if the animal gets sick. Sadly, it's too common that at such a young age these animals may get sick or die, but that's not the stores fault.

I bought Matcha ~3 months ago. He’s been a perfect boy! Supper affectionate and smart. He gets along with other people and dogs. Never showed any sign of aggression and never gave me any trouble. At first I thought 3.7k was very pricey for a puppy, but he definitely worths every penny!

We are super grateful to Freddy. He helped find the perfect kitten for my sons. . He went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Cody, a chocolate brown Burmese was the perfect addition to our family. We love him and he certainly shows us daily how much he loves us as well as how comfortable he feels at home.

my experience with this pet store has been great . I brought my beautiful British shorthair Bonita and words can not explain how happy my children and I are. She is smart and transition into my home with 2 small dogs and children very quickly. The staff has always been very nice and informative and the store is cute and clean.

We got the best cat ever. Expensive sure, but she has papers and they didn’t spay her like breeders always do. She is smart, sweet, beautiful and good health. We’ve had her 7 months now. Now she is coming up on 2 years old and still in good health with a great personality. So happy with her!

So just like everyone I always read reviews. I saw some great reviews and some not so good reviews. I decided to give this place a call and email, I am so glad I did. Every time I emailed someone got back to me. When I called they got back to me. They explained the process and sent me photos of the boxers they have available. It was so easy to work with them. The entire staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. Plus my favorite was reading these fake 1 star reviews and how the owner stands up for her business!! Best part of this review we have a new addition to our family!!! Thank you!!!

We bought a yorkie 9 months ago. We had a great experience and the puppy is adorable, healthy and happy!! Highly recommend this place! And i also want to mention i read some reviews and the owner is hilarious! I will definitely consider coming back l!!

Went in today, met with a man named Dillon and we talked about a ragamuffin. This man was extremely knowledgeable about cats. Very upfront and helpful with my search in general. I would 100% recommend this guy. On another note, not sure what all the bad reviews are about. I think they are some one sabotaging this business?! Not quite sure what’s going on. With regards to the store itself, it’s spotless. Very clean, great room to play with some of the pets. The prices are high but what do you expect. You shouldn’t be offend by high prices in the upper west side, if that happens I’d recommend getting a higher paying job or working harder. All in all 10/10 experience.

My husband and I had a great experience when we got our Chloe 🫶🏻🥰 Our first dog together… she’s soooo sweet. The girl who helped us asked us questions to see what breed would be good for our lifestyle, and it was the best choice we’ve made. We got to see another breed, BUT… we chose Chloe; a Bichon Havanese, and when we had our meet and greet with her, we felt in love… I knew her name was Chloe because I would dream of having a Chloe bag 😂😅 and since I’m not having it anywhere soon, I figured my dog is my Chloe. She’s going to be 6 this year 🥹😍 We have great things to say about this place. Our experience was so smooth and the process was nice and easy. Thanks guys for my beautiful Chloe! P.S. Also I forgot to mention she’s very healthy, and we never had any trouble with her, and never will… Thank God! 🙌🏻💌

My friend and I came in last night to see a Russian Blue kitten. When the guy brought it to us, it was very clearly sick. It was lethargic and could barely open its eyes. They were asking 4k for this sickly kitten btw. We asked the worker if it was sick and he said something about it having dander in his eyes, then backtracked saying something about it having a cold. Weird how it was just in a room playing with a bunch of other kittens if it has a "cold". I would think they would want to prevent the spread. After reading the rest of these reviews + my personal experience in the store, I strongly believe that these kittens & puppies are coming from puppy/kitty mills where they are not properly treated for diseases as customers are led to believe. Before the owner comments that this story is fake, here's a photo of the kitten for proof. I have no motive to leave this review besides that I think it is so wrong what this business is doing and I hope people will see it and reconsider giving your money to this company.

My experience with Puppies and Kittens is it's a business to sell and although the animals look good they are over priced. They care more about selling the animal than the customer. Knowing that I love tea cup dogs (a employee who is no longer with this business) convinced me that a 3 month old puppy they had for sale was definitely a teacup and would grow to be 3 or 4 pounds the most. Trusting her I brought the dog priced at 3,000 and before the dog was a year old, he grew to the size of a miniature dog and weighed 7 pounds. It's all about the sale /money with this business. You have to do your homework about the pet you want and price it should be. Don't shop when desperate for a puppy or kitten, take time to make the right decision for YOU.

I am more than happy with my experience with this shop. I found my forever best friend a little over 4 years ago. I had been wanting a puppy for a long time and decided to stop in one day after work to look to see if they had the type of breed I was looking for (shih tzu/bichon mix) and I also wanted a girl. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and told me they had that exact breed and it was a girl and that I could take her in the private area to meet/play with her for as long as I liked. I even had a few of my friends come join me when they realized I was thinking about getting a puppy that night. I didn’t feel rushed at all by the staff. I was very unsure whether I was going to get a dog that day but they had financing options and also offered to let me keep her there until I was ready to pick her up. All in all, a wonderful experience and my dog is almost 5 years old this year and is very healthy and happy.

I purchased this kitty may 17th of 2022, best purchase of my life, friendly staff, friendly kitty, super pricy but definitely recommend this store! (She’s a ragdoll btw)
