It's filled with fantastic material and well-designed locations that capture the essence of the TV series perfectly. The attention to detail, especially the iconic tiles and lights from the show, is spot on. The wealth of information they provide about Friends is incredible. If you're a fan of the series, this experience is well worth it. However, I found it a bit pricey for what it offers, considering that the photos aren't included in the admission fee. Depending on your budget, you might end up spending a bit extra on photo opportunities. The entrance fee in New York is around $54, and as a tip, I've heard that in other cities like Miami, it's around $36. While I haven't been to the Miami one myself, it seems to offer a similar experience since it's indoors with recreations of the sets, essentially like a museum. I appreciated the option to buy coffee and souvenirs at the end. It would be even better if they had a wider variety of memorabilia, more closely related to the show. The tour is theoretically 40 minutes, but I took a bit longer, maybe around an hour. The staff is very friendly and even takes photos with your own device without any issues. I think, for a Friends fan, it's worth going at least once to enjoy the experience.

I am absolutely impressed on how detailed this space is with the show. I’m amazed on how they kept particular items within the show. The place is set up well. I loved how they showed attired that the cast members have worn in the series. A true fanatic of Friends will appreciate and enjoy this. The workers are friendly and as you go through different parts they can take pictures for you in particular spaces that well known in the show. They give you a scan card that keeps track and emails the pictures to you. I had a wonderful time and experience. It gave a nostalgic feeling.

It's a great experience for fans of the show. Being able to walk around the apartments or the Central Perk is really great! It is full of secrets and anecdotes! The museum is very well done, with free photos (sent by email) that are taken directly by the museum staff, so nice! You can also take your own pictures, which is great! I recommend this experience! The only drawback is the souvenir store which is quite small.

If you're a Friends fan, this is the place for you!!! We bought the Flexibility ticket which was $59.50. The attention to detail is phenomenal! I felt like I was one of the gang chilling in their places. The staff is super nice, and will take photos of your group on your devices along with their cameras. The memorabilia is so cool, and shows that they really paid to attention to details when shooting the show. Go and enjoy!!!

It was a very nice experience! The sets are awesome. As a big fan, you really feel you are IN the series. But there is one thing I didn't like , and it was the time we had to wait to enter. My ticket was for 11.30 and we had to wait for 1 hour before to start the tour. They could have had the series on the big screen at the entrance instead of having the same scenes over and over again, so at least you wouldn't mind being waiting for such a long time. And the most important thing... I am really disappointed that they don't have ANYTHING 'in memory of Matthew Perry' after his recent pass. That was very sad.

Must visit spot for any fan of FRIENDS. I’m not gonna lie, I was a tad bit apprehensive going into this and kept wondering how this would stack up against my expectations and it totally surpassed them. It was SO much fun! I mean, could we have had more fun??? I don’t think so lol. The staff is super friendly as well and everyone recognizes that you’re there to have fun. They’ve created an awesome set with lovely props for everyone to reminisce and appreciate. Visiting here definitely brought back a lot of memories from the show. Highly recommend!

If you’re a fan of friends, this is a must do experience if in NY. It’s brilliant, there’s so much you get to see and experience from the Set, you get to see the characters outfits, so themes, scripts, props, little gems you wouldn’t even think of! And the staff are super friendly here and are happy to take photos on your camera or devices too which was so nice. Also at the end there’s a gift shop, and actual coffee shop/cafe in Central Perk. Plus the photos they take of you, they give you a link where you can download them all for free! Was one of the highlights of my trip in NY, 100% would recommend!! Plus special thanks to AJ who was beyond friendly, patient and helpful with us and taking photos! All staff were so kind, helpful and fun which made it so worthwhile!

It is a wonderful experience, especially when you miss watching Friends. The staff is very friendly and place is well maintained. It could have been a little less expensive or they could have included free photos for that price. The set is accurate to minute details. Very well done. You can get pictures clicked by the staff and can spend reasonably good enough time inside at each spot. Must visit for all the fans

Really neat experience for a fan of the show Friends. Actual memorabilia and artifacts from the shows history. My favorite was the two sets of the apartments from the show you have full access to explore. Not too busy and plenty of time to spend checking out the displays and taking pictures. You can get all the digital pictures they take of you for $40, or just take your own with cell phones and the employees will even help you. Would recommend going and buying tickets in advance.

The HIGHLIGHT of our weekend adventure! The amount of detail that went into this experience was outstanding! It really felt like we were on the set! The staff was also very friendly and so helpful with taking photos! I read another review that stated it was an hour long tour, but we were free to move at our own pace & took about 2 hours on our own time! We purchased the photo pass, but you could totally skip that if you have other people in your group to take all the shots you want. The photo pass gave one angle in a few of the rooms, not all. There's also coffee and baked goods available in Central Perk at the end! *one last tip for a photo shoot angle, at the end sitting in Central perk at the small table by the window and have someone take your photo from the outside looking in! It was such a nostalgic view.

An absolute MUST for Friends fans! It was the highlight of our Christmas/graduation celebration trip to NYC! The sets are spot-on, the props, memorabilia, and in-sight to how the show was created and global impact are fascinating. It’s nice having the photo ops but to be honest the lighting is horrible and unflattering. On the upside you are able and welcome to take as many of your own as you’d like and can go at your own pace. It’s fun seeing/hearing some of the most famous quotes and sharing the excitement with other equally obsessed fans- LOL! Shout out to Boss-lady Leah for taking care of us and ending our day on a high note 😘. Overall a great experience! Highly recommend!

This is a must see for any Friends fan! The recreation of the sets are very well done and look exactly like the show. There is also a ton of outfits and items from the show. We went on a Thursday afternoon and there were not many people there so it was easy to navigate and we never felt rushed. Highly recommend!

We had the best time there! We didn’t wait, there wasn’t a line, maybe we just got lucky. You do need your ID for entry so make sure to have that. It was such an amazing experience, the staff there is extremely friendly. Everything is so well displayed and the prop aria was really detailed I saw things from the movie that I didn’t think could be displayed! You can really feel like you are a part of the TV show when you walk into the rooms! It was a bit crowded when we were talking pictures so if you don’t want anyone in your photos make sure to get the private tour tickets. The shop is a bit expensive I must admit that :/, on the other hand the coffee shop wasn’t. Have fun and I do recommend to go there if you have the time and you are a big fan like us! Great for couples as well! :)

This is so nostalgic. There used to be times when we all wanted to reach out and be part of Friends life. This is that opportunity and right here in NYC. We went when covid restrictions were there, so had to keep mask on, even for pics. Hopefully that would have been gone now. The place has it all. You move from one room to the next, Monica’s kitchen, balcony to poke the guy, the ugly dog, foosball table. The list goes on. It is located at a central location. Entry was quick. There were photographers inside who were taking pics from our own cell phones, which was nice. They even had their own cams, and we downloaded our pics from their website later on. Worth the money!

If you're a fan of the show, there's no better place to see original memorabilia. It's fun, a little nostalgic, and you can take plenty of pictures in areas recreated to be as close as possible at the original sets. Monica's apartment and the staircase with the sofa were my favourite

This experience was worth the money. Visited the FRIENDS Experience with my friends and we were in awe with the entire set-up. From the acute display of most of the characters used customs and props to the replica of the friends apartment and the cafe was extraordinary. I really enjoyed clicking so many pictures and made some great memories here.

I loved Friends Experience. I went with my dear Friend and my husband. My Friend and I are huge fans of the Friends, our daily jokes ate from the series. So, we enjoyed every step of it, even shed tears at the beginning)))). Monica's apartment was the best part for me, and that's where we spent the most of the time. It's just you cannot touch anything in the tables or move anything, cannot sit on chairs, only on the sofa and the armchair. I highly recommend to attend the place even for those who hasn't seen the series, but they have to go with someone who knows the Friends. Manhattan, New York

Very fun experience for a friends fan!! Read some reviews about not having time at each place. We were never rushed. We also went early around 10:30 in case. So go early for sure. We got our photos from the qr code on the receipt within a few hours like promised and I downloaded them as well. (So I wouldnt forget the 30 day limit)

I booked two tickets as a birthday gift for my fiancé. It’s nice place for friends’ fans to enjoy all the iconic places from the famous show. We enjoyed looking around and taking photos and doing the trivia tests. Recommended!!
