I had made an appointment online for 2:40, wasn’t seen till 4 o’clock. The receptionist said it will only be a 30 min wait, I was in the waiting room and ppl were coughing with their mask half down, the nurse who took my vitals and gave me the covid test was really nice but I wasn’t greeted the same by the nurse practitioner, she gave me the “she was fed up for the day” attitude. But I was too sick to even care. I do not recommend this place, the practitioner said the covid medication has side effects, duh, and she didn’t want me calling in like others have called in mad that they have these side effects. She was treating me as if I had called in complaining about a drug I hadn’t even tried. Wasn’t polite at all.

Front desk very welcoming and professional. Brought right to a waiting room where we didn't wait more than five minutes. The medical assistant was very patient, warm and friendly. The doctor was thorough and accommodating. Overall, a wonderful visit!

Horribly sick, they took me right away, easy scan registry on your phone. Nurse and doctor was awesome, quickly access the situation and sent my meds to my pharmacy. Nice, quick and easy, professional and very sweet and sincere to me being Horribly sick. Thanks so much.

Everyone was so kind and nice from the moment I walked in. Lashawn, the receptionist and Jennifer, MA, greeted me with a smile and made sure I had a speedy visit. Dr Eloi was amazing. She listened and made sure I understood everything she was thinking and doing. She made sure I didn’t leave without a nebulizer treatment even though it was close to closing. Nothing urgent about this office. Made an appointment for 9:40 am and checked in online. Arrived on time, to find a coat at the front desk, that no one was covering and the lights were out. Someone walked into the office maybe 10 minutes later cutting on the lights. I sat in the waiting area for an hour to then be called to the back to sit in the exam room. What’s the point of having an appointment if the wait is over an hour? They have to do better.

The staff was simply outstanding. I only waited about four or maybe five minutes to be seen by the physicians assistant. Very professional and caring, it was a fantastic experience, especially considering I was not feeling well at the time. You’ve done very well with your hiring practices at this facility. Those young lady should be recognized for the kindness and professionalism. Ray

Reception staff were kind and informative. Easy check in process before coming In facility. Parking is a big plus! Plenty of neighborhood parking also. Waiting room is small but you can wait in your car, just let staff know, I guess. This is my second time coming here for my family. Medical treatment was very good, thanks to the doctor. So glad for this urgent care.

Fast and nice staff. Need to be a little cleaner but experience was good doctor was very helpful listened and took good care of my mother. His assistant very thoughtful made is feel at ease.

I had a good genuine experience dealing with a thumb infection. Besides the wait the procedure was quick and not too painful, doctor was very helpful and caring. Would recommend this urgent care to anybody I know

Waited for an hour in the waiting room even though I had a 1255 appointment didn’t get to a room till 2. Then had my vitals taken and given a strep test and Covid test. Then waited another HOUR for the nurse practitioner to come and tell me my throat was swollen and my seemed irritated and the Covid and strep was negative so it must be allergies. What? It’s not allergies Two hours of waiting to be told I have no voice and goopy eyes due to allergies. Pretty pathetic.

Very clean facility. The wait was quick and the staff was very courteous. Doctor took her time and listened also didn’t rush to diagnose and move on. Great service 🙏🏾

Not sure what’s with all the negative reviews on Yelp. This place is fantastic! Very clean facilities with kind and patient staff, well run and well organized. My husband and I both visited to get COVID and Flu tests and meet with the NP to discuss symptoms. Despite a brief wait in the beginning, we were in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend rather than sitting in a gross doctor’s office for hours on end.

Made an appointment for the same evening and was seen right away. Very clean and the receptionist, nurse, and doctor were very understanding and kind. I was very nervous to see someone at an urgent care and would definitely recommend this one. I appreciate their thoughtfulness and the speed at which I was taken care of.

Place is clean and front desk was very nice and polite, also the nurse that took my vitals. Im giving it a 1 star because I waited two hours to be seen while I believe there was just one patient ahead of me. The doctor left the clinic to get food while there was a little hysterically crying. He was with me for 3 mins and did not seem to be worry about my situation. So I just ask for a prescription and left. Won’t be going there ever again.

Though my wait time was 5 hours, speaking with nurse practitioner Patricia was worth the wait. It was a busy Monday and I was informed when I showed up for my appointment where my number was taken so I can be called when a room was available. I was informed about the wait time. When I was actually called, I waited in the room for 2 hours. I would recommend that a better website should be used for booking appointments as I booked a 12:30 appointment, got there a 12:10 and not seen until 5. If there’s a long wait time or the facility is back up with patients don’t make appointments available. It’s frustrating for patients especially sick patients who want to not wait 5 hours to be seen.

I made an appointment for my 4yr old. Didn’t have to wait. Front desk very friendly and pleasant. Received results within 5mins. I will definitely go back but hopefully I don’t have to. Lol

I made an appointment at 10:05 and was not seen until 10:50. The doctor was in my room for quite literally less than 2 minutes, the whole time dying with an ear infection. The place is nice and clean and well-kept, but it wasn’t even busy, it was myself and 2 other patients and again — I made an appointment for 10:05.

Always happy with the service and the staff at Excel. Today, 12/21, I am updating my review because I received a $725.00 bill from a lab that works with Excel Urgent Care. Apparently without doing any tests or swabs, samples were sent to SUNRISE MEDICAL LABORATORIES for analysis....my insurance rejected it due to being considered experimental and now the lab expects me to pay them $725 for something that was never done.

Made my appointment last minute and i was seen pretty quick. The nurse and the front desk were nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable.
