The office has a comfortable setting. The staff are friendly, efficient and professional. Dr. Kavaler listened to my concerns without me feeling rushed and was able to diagnose my problem spot on!! She's warm, compassionate and a true gem!!

This experience was, on every level, the polar opposite of way too many others types of visits to specialists. The staff were welcoming, the office was bright, even the bathrooms were cheerful rather than clinical. More importantly however, Dr. Kavaler was patient, and carefully explained her feedback in a way that was easy to understand for me. She validated my concerns and gave me important feedback and a plan going forward of treatment options and protocols to follow.

For my appointment, the wait wasn’t long. Staff is welcoming. Barbara and the other Nurse (can’t remember her name) and the doctor made me felt relaxed and comfortable. I was able to express my circumstance and they provided positive feedback. It’s my 2nd time visiting Total Urology and the reception from the staff, along with the exceptional service has been outstanding. I’ll definitely recommend.

Dr. Kavaler is an excellent doctor. She is comprehensive in her exam and give a thoughtful recommendation. Nothing is rushed and she is always willing to answer questions or concerns, she does not just look for the easiest solution, she will work with you for a positive outcome. I find her an example of the best of the medical profession and wholeheartedly recommend her and her practice for someone looking for excellence in urology.

The time and care taken by the staff and Dr. Kavaler was impressive. This was my first visit after being unsatisfied with my present urologist. Every member of staff listened to my complicated story and the examination was complete. The doctor sat with us and communicated all of her observations and recommendations were thoughtful and encouraging. I have been a patient for over 20 years. I cannot recommend a physician more qualified, compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated than Dr. Kavaler. Having serious kidney issues can be devastating and seriously diminish your quality of living. Prior to becoming a patient, I consulted with numerous top rated surgeons with no luck or resolution. My experience was very positive at this practice! The environment was very pleasant and calm. The front of office staff were very comforting and reassuring as I was a bit late for my appointment, and the office seemed very active, but receptionist reassured me that they would fit me in! The person who first took my GYN history was pleasant and professional and educated re GYN issues. The Sonogram tech also was pleasant and extremely gentle and efficient. Dr.Kavaler comes from the placed of advanced education Medical training and experience. Her assessment and physical exam was progressive and diagnosis specific. She is lla kind and gentle empathetic practitioner🌈 She instructed me re 4 interventions possible for my diagnosis and was respectful of my choices, while explaining the follow up interventions still required upon my return visit. I highly recommend this practice and I recognize that insurance coverage for the care I received is a gift‼️

I love this office. The doctor - Elizabeth Kavaler and the people who work in the office (special shoutout to Jessica, Tatiana and Christina) are extremely helpful - take care to make sure you are comfortable and assuage all your fears.
