My experience in the actual facility is usually positive enough. I can always appreciate speediness, which they’re pretty good at. However, when politely calling to receive information I don’t expect to receive an attitude or be hung up on. It’s very rude and demeaning behavior that shouldn’t be condoned especially in a brown and black neighborhood. For me, customer service is everything, so if this represents your company. I will not be returning and will be spreading the word.

AFC urgent care is great. Michael from marketing is amazing. He has help me with Medicaid for me and my family. he is a big help and does way more than anyone can imagine . Without him I would not be able to see the doctor.

My family comes in and we’re always seen quickly and professionally.

I really enjoyed my visit there all working employees receptionist and other providers were so good and professional loving and caring! The Doctor is awesome too! I am Very satisfied!

From the security guard to the receptionist, to the nurse who took my vitals and the doctor who saw me , they all have bedside manners, kind kind people, everything was done with a smile with no attitude, all professional in there work. Thank you, no other place would I go.

During the COVID 19 Pandemic it was very difficult to go appointment to see my PCP September 2/2020 iwas haveing a swelling at the side of my neck the female MD treated me and also give me instructions if I don't feel better in 2 day she clasps her hand and said go straight to the ER her direction save my life went to the hospital on September 4/2020 and have emergency surgery same day

Lady at the front desk ALWAYSSS got a attitude don’t waste your time doctors here will act like the taking care of you but really don’t be doing anything at all but always charging your insurance. Bad communication. Rude services

My experience was very good starting with the reception employees, they are the best in 100% customer service. the service is fast and I felt satisfied with the doctor who treated my girl. If I have an emergency I would not hesitate to return.

The service is very good but you need to go on your website and change the hours for Saturday & Sunday. I got there on Saturday at 7:30 am due to the times on your website were incorrect. Also, you should have a label over the barcodes in the window at AFC letting patients know that’s how you check in. I was first online but the third to be seen which was still fine. I wouldn’t have gone that early if the website didn’t have the wrong hours. But the service to patients are good.

I love everyone here this is the best urgent care… period friendly staff, from the receptionist to the Crystal's and Malcolm’s to the people In the back and the doctors (McDreamy) Adam are the best! I love it here!!! And I love my Christine and Hector❤️💋

The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. Everyone was pretty great up until the Dr. (Rosy, I believe it was). It took over an hour for her to see me and when I finally said something, she came in about 3 minutes later. I told her I was having rsv like symptoms (hard breathing and swallowing, congested burning chest, coughing for the past 4 days, extremely cold and drowsiness), she didn’t do any tests and said that she’ll send my prescription to my local pharmacy. I got there and there was no prescription , just an over the counter Robutussin which I had at home and was already taking !!! I felt very dismissed and unheard and wish she would’ve told me about the robutussin before I wasted my time making that trip. I also got a very WEAK doctors note that only stated I was seen that date. I wasn't given any recovery time on the note for my job to excuse me the next day and I asked the Dr and all she said was if I still feel sick tomorrow, to come back. Which I feel like is another total waste of time seeing that I’m obviously too weak to keep traveling around and not be properly checked. I would recommend the other doctors at this location but absolutely not Dr. Rosy. It’s so sad to see a black doctor who has the capability to help you but chooses to dismiss you

I go because the service I receive from Christine at the front desk is amazing. I have a clinic next door to my residence but they have no Christine, I want to be treated with respect and care. AFC has done that. In and out without any Problems within your lunch hour. Full service facility.

Horrible treatment by health provider. Didn't help me with my symptoms gave me the run around didnt send prescriptions that I need to actually treat my symptoms and medical assistant degraded me over the phone on Sunday June 11 2023 approximately 930 am. They should be closed down or operate as a methadone clinic for all the area junkies

HORRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE! I got there 8:30am on a Saturday (google states they open at 8) to find out they actually open at 9am. The security opened the doors at 9:10am. It is now 9:45 am and still no one has even been called in. The front desk walked in at 9:33 am. What a joke. Super unprofessional and no consideration for people’s time. GO TO MANHATTAN!!! Or a real urgent care. I will not be back.

Really long wait time for an urgent care. Bathroom was nasty and unusable ! some of the staff is rude and unprofessional. Doctor misdiagnosed

I made an appt and they deleted it after continually send me to hold for a long time. I wouldn’t recommend this location the staff is rude except for the receptionist males. The location is also very dirty.
