The place was very small. The massage was horrible. I paid for 50 min massage and only got 30 minutes. Most spas have timers. They counted the time they had me sitting and waiting and the time it took me to go to bathroom and get undressed. Nothing but stretching. I can do that on my own. The lady who did massage necklace got caught in my hair. My small earring fell out of my ear. The only good thing about this visit was the cake and drinks. I could have got or made myself. The birthday gift are 3 small scented soaps. No strawberries with chocolate like stated. Sorry It's not worth it. I have to get massages due to health condition to help blood circulation. It did not help

The spa was absolutely amazing!! My boyfriend booked a couples massage for us for my birthday and the experience was impeccable. From the brilliant masseuse who kneaded and prodded all of my kinks, to the minty aroma smell, along with the soothing music and calm water drops, I was in Heaven!! When greeted, the staff was professional and courteous, the environment was inviting, and the bathrooms were some of the nicest I’ve ever seen!! This place is a must see!! I can’t even describe the exhilarating feeling I felt while there. Once the massage was over, we were invited to relax in the jungle lounge which featured a rocking hammock, plants all around, TV screens with calming scenery beach locations, and multiple lounge chairs. I was given a birthday sash and a slice of chocolate cake to celebrate my birthday, as well as a takeaway spa gift and a beautiful rose. I can’t compliment this spa enough! I truly loved this place and will be back!! This is a memory I plan to relive over and over again with the Love of My Life!!!!

I had to park in the garage which was not far from the spa. The employees were nice from the beginning to the end. I had a 12pm appointment soon as I got there I was seen which is amazing. The lady who gave me my massage was incredible she made sure no oils got in my hair. It was very relaxing after my massage I was seated in a relaxing area where the employee brought me mimosas and they sung Happy Birthday with a mini cake (which was not of my liking) also had chocolates. I would recommend this place and I would come back again service was 10/10. I also left with mini scrubs and a birthday card from the employees.

I came to ZZ day spa for my birthday and couldn’t have asked for a better spa day celebration! I was treated the complimentary mimosas and chocolates while I waited for my facial and the whole staff was so amazing! Gary Eva and Ksenia at the front desk were so sweet and attentive and Alena who did my facial was so caring and knowledgeable- if you’re looking for a spa to give you great service and relaxing treatments in a beautiful and clean space, look no further! I got one of their birthday packages - spoil me package. That includes a Swedish massage and European facial. I love that the birthday packages included a bday cake, a birthday sash and hat to wear during your visit, 2 glasses of mimosa or champagne, and a spa gift (3 exfoliating soaps). The customer service was great! Milica did my massage and Zara did my facial, she was so sweet! This was such a calming experience. I will definitely be back!

We found this spa on TikTok and booked it for our birthday (wife and I). Everything was perfect from the moment you walk in and greeted. Massage felt so good! Shout out to Eva and Shova. We then were escorted to the cabana area. With the birthday package they brought out a cute cake, followed by a photo session. She Vania was the best! She made sure everything was perfect for us! What an absolutely wonderful spa. My wife and I came for a very relaxed time. We got a couples massage and enjoyed the hot tub afterwards. There is an area to enjoy mimosas, chocolate, little cakes and relaxing music afterwards. The best part is the service of course. This has been the best experience we have received! We celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. The staff is amazing and so attentive! We have had messages before but if you want the full experience you need to go to ZZ day spa. I could not say one bad thing. We are not from New York but I know where we will be going when we come back.

The best spa experience I’ve ever had in NYC! The staff was extremely nice and offered us champagne and cheesecake!! (The cheesecake was DELICIOUS). I got a deep tissue massage (I have a genetic back problem) and the masseuse was very adamant about making sure the pressure was correct. The facility was clean and the spa packages are a great deal! I will 100% be back again!! Thank you for the wonderful service!

I was gifted a massage, I arrived late and was still able to be accommodated and not be rushed. That was key. The spa is gorgeous (56th street) and relaxing…another bonus. My massage by Erie was AMAZING!!!! I would def recommend and come again.

The front desk ladies in general were all very warm, friendly and welcoming. It was my 1st visit to the Spa and I was greeted with smiles, warm lights and a great aroma. The facility is clean and supplies well stocked. My hott stone massage done by Chhaya was Amazing. Her arms and hands are BOSS! Good quality champagne and treats, comfy relax area and their selfie room will have you feeling like a kid again! P.S dress cute and get some dope pictures! It’s completely worth it! I received more than my monies worth at ZZspa! I will definitely be back.

This space is beautifully designed, I forgot I was home in New York. I usually go to spas on vacation. Id like to note that staff is very friendly and makes sure you are comfortable. I absolutely love how you are welcomed with champagne and consistently cared for. I got a facial and a deep tissue massage. Both services were amazing. My favorite part of the experience was watching Kenzie interact with customers. She is so bubbly and sweet. This spa is great and they genuinely care about their customers. Pull up, u will love it. I visited with my Sister who is a regular here, and my bonus mom. We all had a great time. Love it here and i cannot wait to come back.

The best place to get a couple's massages! The girls were not only professional but also sweet and polite! Omg totally amazing!! they made my sister birthday truly amazing!!! Birthday celebration in New York ✨️ 🤪. We traveled from Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina. I must say it was worthwhile. The manager greeted us personally with birthday cake, sparkling cider and gifts for the birthday girl. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy the couple spa.

My masseuse Nancy was kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable, and my body felt so relaxed after my 55 min classic Swedish massage. Afterwards, I was showered with gifts! By far one of the most luxurious spa experiences I’ve ever had. I had the pleasure of visiting ZZ Day Spa on my birthday and was treated like an absolute queen. From the moment I walked into the 56th street location I was greeted with warm and welcoming energy. My massage was absolutely amazing and very relaxing. The masseuse took her time and made sure I was very comfortable. After my massage I was handed a delicious mimosa and given a tiara and birthday sash for the the special occasion. ZZ Spa was so kind to sing happy birthday to me and present me with a delicious chocolate cake to enjoy. The owner came out and greeted me and presented me with several soaps to smell and after choosing three that I loved, wrapped them up for me as a gift to take home. If you are hesitant to book.. do it!!! You’ll love it !

My friend brought me here for a birthday surprise and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have spent my day! From the ambience to the cleanliness, this place was the prefect place for a relaxing time. Aleya gave me a facial and I swear it was the best facial I’ve ever had. I also got a massage but unfortunately don’t recall the name of the nice woman who did it. The staff was all beyond welcoming and friendly and I wouldn’t have wanted to spend my birthday any other place. 10/10 recommend & would definitely be returning!

This was my first ever spa experience, a gift from my friends and my boyfriend, for my birthday. I was treated amazingly the entire experience. And was even give a cake and tiara at the end. Each and every service was great. The staff is incredibly sweet and patient, and everyone up to the owner of the place was incredibly attentive. If you’re looking for a place to go, look no further. It’s like meeting a new batch of potential friends almost. I can’t stress enough how great this experience was for me.

From the moment i called to make a reservation I knew I found the perfect spot to kickstart my vacation. My friend and I flew in from out of town and were worried any delays could make us miss our reservations, but they assured us we would be taken care of. When we arrived we were greeted with water and mimosas.We opted for the 80 minute Swedish and were taken into a sweet escape of beach sounds and soothing music. Once we were done we were provided with more beverages and a mini cheesecake for each of us. We also got to select three complimentary scented soaps to take home with us. Hands down the best way to begin our vacation and rehabilitating our bodies from the red eye we flew in on. HIGHLY recommended spot!

Enjoyed an amazing massage at this spa today! They took care of everything right when we walked in the door from bringing us champagne or mimosas and little chocolates. The waiting room is extremely unique and peaceful with small fountains and lots of plants and comfortable seating. The vibe is very relaxing and the staff are very nice. My massage was one of the best I’ve had in a very long time! The staff seem very experienced and cater to your needs! We even got a small gift as we left! I would definitely recommend and would come back!

I’ve been here a few times but the service and quality gets better every time. When I walk in, the front desk welcomes you into their space. They’re proactive about making sure you are relaxed before your session. I had Helen this time around and she applied the best pressure. I walked out the room feeling light and glowing. I brought my sister for her first massage ever and she absolutely loved it. The therapist checked in with her to make sure she enjoyed her session. Bonus - I came here for my birthday and they made me feel so special. I was celebrated with a cheesecake platter and chocolates.

Sometime earlier this year my dad sent me a gift certificate to ZZ Day spa. I called this week to book, hoping it hadn’t expired. However, I was able to book a massage. I later learned their packages and certificates never expire. I was expecting a 60 massage and maybe a water and chocolate bar. However after my massage I was given a glass of champagne and candy. Then I was given a stash and tiara. Ksenia informed that there was a whole room dedicated to selfie taking and I needed to stop in. After I came back to a slice of cake and they sang happy birthday to me. My dad lives far away and well I felt so special with these strangers. So if you are looking for a gift. This is it!

Came here as a Valentine’s day treat and it was amazing. From start to finish, the exprerience was great. The massages were so relaxing and the facials had us glowing! To end it we were able to enjoy mimosas and dessert. Will definitely come here again!
