Milla was amazing! I was nervous to try somewhere new because I was getting a full highlight but she did exactly what I wanted and it looks so good. I am so happy with the results and definitely recommend going to Milla if you’re looking for a place to get highlights in the city!

One of the best haircuts I have ever had. I am always nervous to get my hair cut as I have very long and thick hair and it’s hard to cut and takes stylists a long time. I had Bella and she did a beautiful cut and blow-out unlike anything I’ve ever had before. They squeezed me in and she had to move appointments around as it took longer than expected but came out lovely.

I had a great experience with Milla. I have long thick wavy hair which the average hairdresser can't handle. I took a chance with Bon Bon and Milla was great. I love my hairstyle and the price was quite reasonable.

I started coming to Bon Bon almost a year ago and have never looked back! The stylist Joelle was recommended to me by a neighbor and I have been so happy with my hair every time I have come to her. I typically get a cut and a half head of highlights with Joelle, and she always knocks it out of the park. Both the color and cut always last beautifully and she is very attentive to my requests. The salon itself is bright and clean and all the staff is friendly. Highly recommend!

Milla did an amazing job and created a beautiful balayage! I absolutely love it and she spent a lot of time making sure I did. I’m glad she spent extra effort to just make sure that I loved my look :) Super happy with it all ♥️

Milla is a genius! Have been twice now and both times have been unbelievably happy with my haircut! The first time was to clean up a bad haircut I’d gotten elsewhere and she totally transformed it! The second time is the best haircut I’ve ever gotten, she has a real gift for shaping hair in a really flattering way, and I feel like a million bucks walking out!

Paola is a master colorist! I have been getting my hair cut, colored (balayage), keratin treatments with her for many years. She is flexible and professional. She accommodates last minute appointments and is very responsive to my hair’s needs. She is warm, friendly and pays attentions to my likes and dislikes when it comes to my hair. She makes suggestions and recommends styles, colors, cuts and products for me to use. I recommend using her. You definitely won’t regret it!

Had the best experience at Bon Bon Salon and Spa! I’ve had a terrible manicure experience at the last place I went to and was super scared to try anything else since then, but Sasha took such good care of me and my nails!!! Can’t wait to go back and try their other services. Also, all the ladies at the salon are super sweet and make you feel like a queen. Jack has been doing my hair for a couple of years now. He is awesome! He does my hair exactly the way I ask for. The blow dry is perfect. My cuts are even. The highlight come out right on point, with the color I asked for and……the hair does not end up damaged!!!!!! He know what he is doing! The best ever!

If you're looking for a real glamour NYC experience, Vivian is the stylist you HAVE to book with. She treats you like family and takes care of you like royalty. I am so picky with my hair, but she's earned my trust from the very first visit. I've never left feeling less than a princess with her amazing blow-outs and haircuts. 15/10 experience, I'll never go anywhere else.

Jack has been my stylist for quite a few years now. He is truly talented and up to date with the new and old trends of hair. I trust him to do any hair style. I love the feeling of sitting on his chair, because I know he won't butch my hair. He is also kindhearted and shows genuine care for his clients. Location - convenient location of the Salon, Center of Manhattan, 39/40 street. 4. I received work experience and recommendations from friends who have been visiting the Beauty Salon for 2 years. 5. Automation and ease of booking an appointment, I was pleasantly surprised in 3 clicks)) 6. Special thanks to Hairdresser Mia. She did her job well, because true Professionals love their work and live it every day. There are downsides, but they are not big. Prices are below average for Manhattan. I recommend and give 4.5 stars.

Love seeing Jack at Bon Bon salon! I’ve been coming to see Jack for years when I’m in NYC. I live in California but I travel to NYC for work regularly. Jack is an amazing stylist, friendly, patient and full of great stories. When my hair is dry and brittle he does a fantastic glaze to soften and brighten it up. Now that I have grays, my hair isn’t as shiny/smooth as it once’s was and Jack always knows how to rejuvenate it. Come see Jack!

This is one of the best service and customer friendly saloons with pretty decent prices. I went in for a complete look-change and transformation and Millia- my hair stylist did such an incredible job in giving me exactly what I wanted. She not only gave me such an immaculate cut but also color fixed my hair that enhanced my look. I really loved the way she transformed my hair look. Love going to Bon Bon salon! Everyone there is so sweet and professional. Nelly gives the best haircut hands down and I’ve got to find out what shampoo and conditioner they use, my hair feels like butter and smells like spring. 10/10 highly recommend!

Bon Bon is a wonderful salon with amazing service; everyone there treats you like family. Olga is my go-to for haircuts. She understands current trends and even helped me think through my possible wedding hairstyle during a regular cut, just for fun! I have Asian hair and she always does a wonderful job with my curtain bangs -- always the right length & shape. So grateful to have Bon Bon nearby!

I randomly walked in about a month ago. Incredible quality service. Needless to say I will be returning. Joelle was an absolute pleasure. Her expertise was able to cut all the dead ends out of my hair that I caused by bleaching it in 2020. Best part? She listened to my request to not take too much of my length. No one even noticed that I got it cut and my ends have never felt healthier. She gave me shape and dimension I was looking for with little need for direction. She’s just that good. I haven’t felt more confident in my hair in years. Thank you Joelle!!! Truly a miracle worker.

I'm very happy I was able to find this salon, all the stuff is very friendly, caring and professional. I've been a regular for more than a year already. First of all, they have GREAT facials - I tried all of them. Larisa is a very experienced skin care professional and my face is always glowing after I'm getting a treatment. Larisa also selected best products to help me benefit from my home skin care routine - I used to spend tons of money at Sephora and could barely see any results before. Olga is a great hair professional, she is a senior stylist and I always feel like a queen after I'm getting my haircut and blowout. By the way, their salon uses only luxury hair and skin cosmetics (for example, Oribe for hair). Olga would always go an extra mile and help me in choosing right products for my hair care in-between haircuts and treatments.

Bon-Bon Salon made my dreams come true with a vibrant red color! She took such great care of my hair and was so patient when it took longer than expected. Loved her fun positivity and she really knows her stuff!

I visited several salons before meeting Bella at Bon Bon Salon. I’ve had two appointments with her and she has worked magic both times! I’m a brunette going grey and she has managed to disguise my greys with highlights and still let me be a brunette. After my first appointment the highlights grew out beautifully and if I didn’t have a new crop of greys right in front I could have delayed a follow up appointment. Bella also cuts my hair and seems to know exactly what needs to be done and her blow outs make me wish I could replicate them at home. I couldn’t be happier with my hair, Bella is spectacular!!

Terrible experience here. Had an appointment with a stylist that was overbooked and he cancelled when I arrived at my appointment (literally on the spot). I was then assigned to a "senior" stylist and was told that she was good. I only needed a trim and a bit of layering and unfortunately this "senior" stylist was so terrible and the haircut was not professional at all. This is not a haircut of a senior stylist standard. She also kept trying to sell me hair products that I never asked for and kept insulting me on how "we" should not neglect ourselves. This is very disrespectful especially since we all have our own life to manage and how often I get a haircut is none of her business. This hairdresser also kept pointing out my few grey hairs and kept trying to convince me to use a hair dye, which I never asked for. She kept insisting that I use this hair dye and book an appointment with her to the point where I just snapped and told her that I am NOT interested and that I am very happy with my grey hairs. Not to mention a disgusting incident where she kept wiping her nose with her hands claiming that she had allergies and then would proceed to touch my hair and face. I could not sit still and left with no intention of coming back. Also, please note that this whole mess was $120 (not including tax). I normally don't mind paying high prices if the service is good but unfortunately this place is a disaster and I will not be back and don't recommend it to anyone.
